Description

The invention relates to a roof tile according to the preamble of the claim 1.

Seitenverfalzdachziegel der vorgenannten Art sind allgemein bekannt. Hierbei wird zwischen Preß- und Strangdachziegeln unterschieden. Näheres kann dazu dem Fachbuch "Handbuch für die Ziegelindustrie", Herausgeber: Willid Bender/ Frank Händle, erschienen im Bauverlag GmbH, Wiesbaden und Berlin, 1982, ISBN 3-7625-1485-2 entnommen werden, insbesondere den Seiten 761 und 762.Seitenverfalzdachziegel the aforementioned type are well known. This is differentiated between pressed and stranded roof tiles. For details, see the Textbook "Manual for the brick industry", published by Willid Bender / Frank Händle, published by Bauverlag GmbH, Wiesbaden and Berlin, 1982, ISBN 3-7625-1485-2, in particular pages 761 and 762.

Pressed roof tiles show good stability and tightness of the roofing. They have However, the disadvantage that for forming in addition to a Batzenabschneider a press with press molds, in practice mostly plaster molds with a short service life, be needed, which increases the cost of tile production.

In the generally cheaper stranded roof tiles, it is disadvantageous that a relatively large shear thickness is required to ensure adequate stability to ensure. However, a large shear thickness increases the material and Energy consumption and makes the roof tile heavier. The latter affects also the handling and the installation of such a brick. Besides that is to ensure a tight roofing a large roof tile overlap required.

From DE 4027121 A1 is a roof tile in Biberschwanzform with at least a hanging nose at the bottom of the upper end for attaching the brick to a roof batten known, the Dachziegelfußbereich a circular segment-shaped Course has. Even with this tile is a relatively large overlap necessary to ensure a sufficiently dense covering.

The invention is based on the object, one with low shear thickness easy and reasonably priced stable roof tiles to create, even in larger Format is still comfortable to handle and even at relatively low Overlapping of the individual roof tile rows ensures a tight roofing.

To solve this problem, the tiles by the in claim 1 specified characteristics. Advantageous developments emerge from the dependent claims.

In the tile according to the invention, the advantages of Stangfalzziegeln and Unite pressed roof tiles. However, it is based on a repressing with compression molding omitted and only a profile strand trimming and a Fußbereichabbiegen performed. The bent in the direction of the roof tiles support level Foot area increases the stability of the tile and the tightness of the roofing. The smoothed foot edge gives a pleasing appearance of a covered Roof and contributes to the optimization of the roofing. In addition, guaranteed the tile according to the invention a high-quality Eindekkung without knifing.

A particularly advantageous embodiment is when the foot edge of a Surface formed and the same in tile cross-section at the height of the roof tile support level is arranged. This results in a very dense, extremely drift-snowproof Roofing.

  • In order to achieve a simple roof ventilation, can in a fan brick training in the bent roof tile foot area
  • a) the foot edge made with at least one recess for loading and / or venting, preferably cut
  • b) the foot edge be arranged for the purpose of gap formation at a distance from the roof tile support level.

In the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown and will be explained in more detail below. Show it:
    FIG. 1
a front view of a roof tile according to the invention,
    FIG. 2
a longitudinal section corresponding to the section line II-II in Figure 1 by the same tile and
    FIG. 3
a cross section of the same roof tile according to the section line III-III in Figure 1.

A roof tile according to the invention is in the manner of a side-folded strand folding brick executed and numbered as a whole with 1.

He is made of a profile strand whose cross-sectional profile in principle accordingly Figure 3 is executed. Although there is a 2-nose suspension available is, can also be a single nose design - so he points at least one hanging nose 2 on. Its support level is numbered 3.

The roof tile profile strand has a plate part 4, on both longitudinal sides a Seitenverfalzung is assigned, namely a Wasserfalzteil 5 and Deckfalzteil 6. Particularly preferred and advantageous is a double rebate design (see. in particular FIG. 3).

As can be seen from the drawing, is the Wasserfalz forming area arranged with its underside on the roof tile support level 3 and extends in the roof tile cross-section heightwise below the plate part lower surface.

The area forming the cover fold is integrated in the plate part 4. It is the Plate edge back as a projecting over the plate part lower surface Formed sealing bead. In roof tile cross-section, the Deckfalzteil 6 for Tile center centered over one on the plate part bottom, as Support member and / or reinforcing rib 7 serving longitudinal rib be delimited (see Figure 3) - in a preferred manner, this longitudinal rib extends in the roof tile cross-section Heightwise to the roof tile support level 3 and thus also works as roof tile support element.

The existing in the roof tile head area hanging nose or hanging 2 is / are each from a numbered 8, querschnittsmäßig on the roof tile support level 3 projecting nose bridge cut. In a preferred manner is the corresponding material separation from the single or the respective Nose bar 8 made at the height of the roof tile support level 3 - thus are with the nose cutting at the same time also support points for the Roof tiles 1 created. Particularly advantageous is a nose bridge training as Hollow web, because this results in the nose cutting per nose bridge 8 each two parallel longitudinal ribs, which preferably also for roof tile support are provided usable.

Between the two nosepieces 8, as can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 3, a reinforcing rib 7 may be present. In cross section, it preferably extends to the roof tile support level 3 and thus also forms a support element.

To form a Strandfalzziegels with good sealing in the eaves area is in more preferably and advantageously, the profile strand plate member 4 in its 9th numbered foot area of the projecting beyond the plane of the plate part lower surface Material, namely Wasserfalzteil 5, reinforcing rib (s) 7 and nose bridge (s) 8 substantially freed as well as the rib-free cut Area without additional material compression towards roof tile underside bent so far that its roof tile-foot edge (eaves) 10 on the roof tile support level 3 is located. A smoothing of the foot edge 10 - for example Circumcision at the height of the roof tile support level 3, chamfering or Rounding - allows for a precise contact and improves the appearance and sealing.

Figur 2). As can be seen from the schematic illustration in Figure 2, the roof tile foot area in the roof tile longitudinal section preferably designed arcuate and the foot edge 10 in extension of the determined by the longitudinal rib bottom surfaces Roof tile support level 3 cropped. The foot edge 10 forms a larger area than the plate part cross section would give it - this is due to the fact that the foot edge 10 with the foot area top tip Includes angle (see Figure 2).

The roof tile top can be smooth or slightly profiled. A surface profiling on the roof tile visible surface is in a preferred manner so low, that the roof tile blank no disadvantageous voltage is supplied. The surface structuring may be cut before or after the molding respectively.

According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the tile top has such a structuring that gives the impression of a slate or wooden shingle surface arises.

Furthermore, the invention is not on roof tiles 1 with substantially planar Plate part design (as shown) limited, it can the plate member 4 in Cross section also be deformed.

The roof tile concept according to the invention is also suitable for so-called large bricks - For example, with a brick width of over 300 mm - suitable.
