Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Bearbeiten plattenförmiger Werkstücke (3), insbesondere zum Beschichten von Möbelteilen, mit einem das Werkstück tragenden Auflagersystem (5), das eine Vielzahl von Auflagebolzen (8) aufweist, die zwischen einer unteren Position und einer oberen, das Werkstück tragenden Position verfahrbar sind, derart, daß nur die das Werkstück (3) tragenden Auflagebolzen (8) während zumindest einem Teil der Werkstück-Bearbeitung in der oberen Position, die unbelegten Auflagebolzen (8) hingegen in der unteren Position stehen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die von einem Werkstück (3) belegten Auflagebolzen (8) durch Unterdruck an der Werkstückunterseite festgesaugt werden und daß danach entweder das Werkstück (3) mit den angesaugten Auflagebolzen (8) hochfährt oder die nicht angesaugten Auflagebolzen (8) herunterfahren, worauf in beiden Fällen die angesaugten Auflagebolzen (8) in der oberen Position gehalten werden. - Vorrichtung zum Bearbeiten plattenförmiger Werkstücke (3), insbesondere zum Beschichten von Möbelteilen, mit einem das Werkstück tragenden Auflagersystem (5), das eine Vielzahl von Auflagebolzen (8) aufweist, die zwischen einer unteren Position und einer oberen, das Werkstück tragenden Position verfahrbar sind, derart, daß nur die das Werkstück (3) tragenden Auflagebolzen (8) während zumindest einem Teil der Werkstück-Bearbeitung in der oberen Position, die unbelegten Auflagebolzen (8) hingegen in der unteren Position stehen, wobei die Auflagebolzen (8) eine oben mündende Bohrung (10) aufweisen, insbesondere zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Auflagebolzen (8) an ihrer Oberseite eine umlaufende Dichtung (9) aufweisen, die die genannte Bohrung (10) umgibt und daß der von der Dichtung (9) begrenzte Zwischenraum zwischen Werkstück (3) und Auflagebolzen (8) durch die genannte Bohrung (10) evakuierbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Dichtung (9) nach oben vorsteht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Dichtung (9) am radial äußeren Rand des Auflagebolzens (8) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Bohrungen (10) in den Auflagebolzen (8) mit ihren unteren Enden in eine gemeinsame Kammer (11) münden, die an eine Vakuumquelle angeschlossen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Auflagebolzen an ihrem unteren Ende einen kleineren Querschnitt als an ihrem oberen Ende aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Bohrungen (10) zumindest eine lokale Drosselstelle aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Auflagebolzen (8) durch mechanische Abstützung, insbesondere durch eine verfahrbare Verriegelungsplatte (14) in ihrer oberen Position gehalten sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Auflagebolzen (8) seitliche Horizontalschlitze, insbesondere Ringnuten (12, 13) aufweisen, in welche Verriegelungselemente (14) einfahrbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Auflagebolzen (8) in der Höhe versetzte Horizontalschlitze, insbesondere Ringnuten (12, 13) aufweisen zur wahlweisen Verriegelung in ihrer oberen oder unteren Position. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Auflagebolzen (8) und vorzugsweise auch ihre Verriegelungselemente (14) in einer transportablen Palette untergebracht sind.
