Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Pflasterstein nach dem
Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a paving stone according to the
Preamble of
An Pflastersteinflächen werden verschiedene Kriterien/Forderungen gestellt.Various are on paving stone surfaces Criteria / demands made.
One criterion for paving stones is an effective lateral one Gearing through which a firm anchoring of the Paving stones is reached among themselves, so this can withstand high loads. Such burdens occur, for example, by a braking or turning vehicle on. With such stones comes Often an all-round gearing is used, as they do for example from German utility model 94 09 076 U1 is known. Good drainage properties play a role here not matter.
Another criterion is good drainage properties a surface composed of paving stones. So will for example in EP 0 648 291 B1 a paving stone described with a neighboring stone through the front toothed abutting, stair-shaped spacers is. This paving stone allows thrust transmission the neighboring stone in one direction. Through the abutting spacers becomes larger Gap formed between the paving stones, which itself has a positive effect on the drainage properties because this increases the area on the water can seep away. With a strong shear load such Paving stones are subject to increased teeth Risk of breakage and / or increased wear. That is, the Cams have to be made very large and stable around the To be able to withstand loads on their side surfaces. This in turn is material-intensive and therefore cost-intensive and means a reduction in the area on which water can seep away.
The invention has the task of a paving stone in one Propose paving stone system, which good one Has drainage properties and one Thrust transmission from a paving stone to one neighboring paving stone without the risk of damage the side flanks of the spacers is possible.
This task is based on a paving stone
type mentioned in the introduction by the characteristic features
of
The essence of the invention is a paving stone with a Cam group together with at least one cam or one another group of cams of a neighboring paving stone encloses at least one pocket or a pocket-shaped one Forms a space or a kind of half-pocket. By the Interaction of the cams becomes a functional unit formed, in which the cams with the front flanks only to be in abutting contact. With such a shock contact the properties of the stone material (especially concrete and Cement) optimally used, as these materials against pressure are very resistant. Direct shear and Frictional loads between two cams occur Functional units not in which the cams that Side surfaces of the paving stones and the filling material of the Bags work together like a serration. This Loads are avoided between diagonally opposite cams of a functional unit or two interacting cam groups always form a space is. This space or bag is preferably made of sand, Split or a sand-split mixture filled so that water is in the bag can seep away. Diagonally opposite cams two cams belonging to a functional unit or Cam groups only act under with their side flanks Interposition of the filling material on each other. Here the filler distributes the thrust with which the side flank one cam acts on the diagonally opposite one Side flank of the other cam. Thus the acting Force on the entire area of the side flank of the second Distributed the cam and reduced the surface pressure.
The development of the invention according to
starke Kompression verliert. The cross section of the pocket described in
The developments of the invention according to
Pflastersteinen. Somit ist gewährleistet, dass sich die
einzelnen Pflastersteinfelder nicht frei gegeneinander
verschieben können. The lattice-shaped grid, which according to

begrenzt. Auf der Nutzfläche 10 verlaufen zwei Diagonalen 12,
13, die sich in einem Schnittpunkt 14 schneiden. Weiterhin
sind an den Seitenflächen 6, 7, 8, 9 Nockengruppen 20
punktsymmetrisch zum Schnittpunkt 14 angeordnet. Die
Nockengruppen 20 bestehen aus Nocken 21 genauer aus großen
Nocken 22, 24 und kleinen Nocken 23, 25. Die Nocken 21
besitzen eine stirnseitige Vorderflanke 28, Seitenflanken 29,
30 und eine Deckflanke 31. Weiterhin sind zwischen den Nocken
21 Halbtaschen 33 angeordnet. Die großen Nocken 22, 24 weisen
eine Nockentiefe t1 auf. Die kleinen Nocken 23, 25 weisen
eine Nockentiefe t2 auf.FIG. 1 is a top view of a
Restbreite RB auf.FIG. 2 shows a further plan view of the rectangular
Phase 34.Figure 3 shows a side view of the

Rechteckstein 2.
Nocken 21 angeordnet. Die Einzelnocken 35 weisen eine Tiefe
t3 und eine Vorderflankenbreite b3 auf. Grundsätzlich gilt im
Pflastersteinsystem 5: t3 = t1 - t2. Die Nocken 21 sind am
Rechteckstein 2 ebenfalls punktsymmetrisch zu einem
Schnittpunkt 14 von Diagonalen 12, 13 angeordnet.Figure 5 shows a top view of another
Nocken 23, 25, 27. Die großen Nocken 22, 24, 26 sind
abwechselnd mit den kleinen Nocken 23, 25, 27 an den
Seitenflächen 6, 7, 8, 9 angeordnet. Zwei auf einer
Nutzfläche 10 des Quadratsteins 3 verlaufenden Diagonalen 12,

Quadratstein 3 ausgebildeten Pflastersteins 1. Dieser
Quadratstein 3 besitzt an Seitenflächen 6, 7, 8, 9 jeweils
zwei Nockengruppen 20 mit je drei Nocken 21. Hierbei sind am
Quadratstein 3 umlaufend abwechselnd jeweils eine
Nockengruppen 20a mit einem zwischen zwei großen Nocken 22,
24 sitzenden kleinen Nocken 23 und eine Nockengruppe 20b mit
einem zwischen zwei kleinen Nocken 23, 25 sitzenden großen
Nocken 24 angeordnet.
Figure 7 shows a side view of another than
Quadratstein 3 ausgebildeten Pflasterstein 1. Der
Quadratstein 3 weist an Seitenflächen 6, 7, 8, 9 je zwei
zusammensetzen. Die Nockengruppe 20 besteht aus einem großen
Nocken 22 und einem kleinen Nocken 23. Zwei Diagonalen 12,
13, die Ecken 15 des Quadratsteins 3 verbinden schneiden sich
in einem Schnittpunkt 14, zu dem die Nockengruppen 20
punktsymmetrisch angeordnet sind. Grundsätzlich gilt bei den
Quadersteinen 3, dass die Rasterbreite RB der Rasterlänge RL
und die Breite B1 der Länge L1 entspricht.FIG. 8 shows a plan view of a
Figur 9 zeigt in Draufsicht einen quadratischen Pflasterstein
100 eines anderen Pflastersteinsystems 104 mit einzelnen
Nocken 101.
FIG. 9 shows a top view of a
Figur 10 zeigt das Zusammenwirken der Nockengruppe 20, des
Pflastersteins 1 mit einer Nockengruppe 20' eines
benachbarten Pflastersteins 1'.
Nockens 22 anliegt.
Figure 10 shows the interaction of the
Fig. 11 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf im Pflastersteinsystem 5
verlegte Pflastersteine 1. Hierbei kommen Pflastersteine 1
angeordneten Rechteckstein 2d.
Rechtecksteinen 2 besteht. Durch die Anordnung der Nocken 21
an den Rechtecksteinen 2 ist sichergestellt, dass zwischen
waagrecht und hochkant verlegten Rechtecksteinen 2 nie
Einzelnocken 35 mit großen Nocken 22, 24 in Stoßkontakt
treten.11 shows a plan view of paving
Fig. 12 zeigt eine weitere Draufsicht auf im
Pflastersteinsystem 5 verlegte Rechtecksteine 2.
Fig. 5 beschriebenen Rechteckstein 2. In Fig. 12 ist ein quer
liegender Rechteckstein 2a und hochkant liegende
Rechtecksteine 2d, 2e dargestellt. Bei dem hochkant liegenden
Rechteckstein 2e handelt es sich um einen Rechteckstein 2,
der spiegelbildlich zu den Rechtecksteinen 2a, 2d ausgebildet
ist. Durch derartige Rechtecksteine 2e ist ein versetztes
Verlegen der Rechtecksteine 2 mit einer ungeraden Anzahl
Nocken 21 pro Nockengruppe 20 möglich.Fig. 12 shows a further top view of the
systemfremden quadratischen Pflasterstein 100 dargestellt.
Der systemfremde Pflasterstein 100 besitzt Nocken 101, die
punktsymmetrisch zu einem Mittelpunkt 102 angeordnet sind.
Die in Fig. 13 dargestellten Rechtecksteine 2 entsprechen dem
in Fig. 1 bereits beschriebenen Rechteckstein 2.
Grundsätzlich gilt für alle Pflastersteine 1, dass im
Pflastersteinsystem 5 immer entweder große Nocken 22, 24, 26
mit kleinen Nocken 23, 25, 27 und/oder kleine Nocken 23, 25,
27 mit Einzelnocken 35 und/oder große Nocken 22, 24, 26 mit
Seitenflächen 6, 7, 8, 9 in Stoßkontakt treten. Dies wird bei
den Pflastersteinen 1 dadurch gewährleistet, dass die
Nockengruppen 20 punktsymmetrisch zum Schnittpunkt 14
angeordnet sind. Im Hinblick auf den Stoßkontakt von kleinen
Nocken 23, 25, 27 zu den Nocken 101 des systemfremden
Pflastersteins 100 wird das Zusammenwirken durch eine
spezielle Anordnung der Nocken 21 am Pflasterstein 1
verwirklicht.
Somit
werden die Nocken 101 vom Raster 4, 103 parallel zur
Seitenfläche 105 geteilt. Innerhalb der einzelnen
Nockengruppen 20 sind die kleinen Nocken 23, 25 in einem
Abstand f voneinander angeordnet.
entspricht i. Hierbei gilt
h + i = g = 2 f.
Wiederum gilt
i + f + g + f + h und RB = i + f + h.
Einzelnocken 35 ausgebildeten Nocken 21 aufweisen. Gemäß
einer nicht dargestellten Ausführungsvariante ist es
vorgesehen, dass die Pflastersteinsysteme 5, 103 die selben
Rastermaße aufweisen, so dass die Pflastersteine 1, 100
abwechselnd verlegbar sind. Eine solche Übereinstimmung ist
bei den in Figur 6 und 9 gezeigten Pflastersteinen 1, 100
verwirklicht.FIG. 13 shows a top view of a
h + i = g = 2 f. For the side surfaces 8, 9, on each of which a
Fig. 14 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf zwei zusammenwirkende
Rechtecksteine 2 mit Nockengruppen 20 mit je vier Nocken 21.
Der Rechteckstein 2 bildet mit dem benachbarten Rechteckstein
2' durch die Nockengruppen 20, 20' und die Taschen 36 eine
Verzahnung 44.
Fig. 14 shows a top view of two interacting
Fig. 15 zeigt weiterhin eine
Vielfachen der Abstands f entspricht.15 shows a top view of a
The invention is not shown or described on Embodiments limited. Rather, it encompasses Developments of the invention in the context of Property rights claims.
Insbesondere sind im Pflastersteinsystem 5 Pflastersteine 1
mit den folgenden Abmessungen vorgesehen:
Die in den Figuren 6 und 9 dargestellten Pflastersteine 1,
101 können aufgrund ihrer identischen Rastermaße RB, RL
beliebig miteinander kombiniert werden, obwohl sie zu
verschiedenen Pflastersteinsystemen 5, 104 gehören. Bedingt
The paving
According to an embodiment variant, not shown, are also Paving stones provided, the six- or are octagonal.
