Diese Auslegersteuerung 8 ist über eine erste Schnittstelle 11 mit den Stellmotoren 91, 92, 93 verbunden ist. Jeder Stellmotor 91, 92, 93 steuert einen als Ventilator ausgebildeten Lüfter 71, 72, 73 an. Darüber hinaus ist die Auslegersteuerung 8 über dieselbe Schnittstelle11 mit einem Stellmotor 13 für das Saugrad 4 und einem weiteren Stellglied für den Greifer 3 in Form eines Linearmotors 12 verbunden.
Die Auslegersteuerung 8 weist eine Recheneinheit 10 auf, welche über eine interne, bidirektionale Datenleitung und über die Schnittstelle 11 mit mehreren Sensoren 14 - 18 verbunden ist, wobei jeder Sensor 14, 15, 16 einen Stellmotor 91, 92, 93, der Sensor 18 das Stellglied 13 für das Saugrad 4 und der Sensor 17 den Linearmotor 12 für den Greifer 3 zur Überwachung der Position zugeordnet ist. Die überwachte Position des jeweiligen Stellgliedes wird an die Auslegersteuerung 8 rückgemeldet. Die Sensoren 14 - 18 können beispielsweise als Potentiometer ausgebildet sein.
Bogenoffsetdruckmaschinen auftreten, ein oder mehrere Stellglieder auf einfache Weise manuell überbrückt werden können und ein Ausfall der gesamten Anlage vermieden werden kann.

Claims (5)
- Einrichtung zur Steuerung einer Druckmaschine, insbesondere einer Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine, bei welcher eine Steuereinrichtung in Abhängigkeit von einer tatsächlichen Position eines Stellgliedes diesem ein Ansteuersignal zur Erreichung einer vorgegebenen Position zuführt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach Feststellung eines Fehlers durch die Steuereinheit (8) die Einstellung der tatsächliche Position des Stellgliedes (12, 13, 91, 92, 93) durch eine manuelle Positionierung erfolgt, wobei für den weiteren Druckvorgang die manuell eingestellte Position des Stellgliedes (12, 13, 91, 92, 93) der durch die Steuereinheit (18) vorgegebenen Position gleichgesetzt ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinheit (8) mit einer den Fehler anzeigenden Anzeigeeinrichtung (24) verbunden ist, wobei bei Betätigung eines Bedienelementes (26) einer Bedieneinheit (25) die Steuereinheit (8) in eine Notlaufroutine versetzbar ist und die Anzeigeeinrichtung (24) nach Einstellung der Notlaufroutine eine Aufforderung zur Positionierung des Stellgliedes (12, 13, 91, 92, 93) anzeigt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach erfolgter manueller Positionierung des Stellgliedes (12, 13, 91, 92, 93) und anschliessender nochmaliger Betätigung des Bedienelementes (26) die Steuereinheit (8) die manuell eingestellte Position des Stellgliedes (12, 13, 91, 92, 93) für den weiteren Druckvorgang mit der vorgegebenen Position gleichsetzt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinheit (8) über eine zentrale Steuereinheit (19) der Druckmaschine mit der Anzeigeeinrichtung (24) zur Darstellung des aktuellen
Betriebszustandes der Druckmaschine und der Bedieneinheit (25) zur Eingabe von Befehlen und Kommandos verbunden ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckmaschine aus mehreren
Funktionseinheiten besteht, wobei jeder Funktionseinheit eine, die Funktionsabläufe dieser Funktionseinheit steuemde Steuereinheit (8, 17, 28, 29) zugeordnet ist, die mit der zentralen Steuereinheit (19) der Druckmaschine über einen Datenbus (21) Daten austauscht.
