An elevator glass door leaf is known in which a glass plate is used as the filling material becomes. On the front of the rectangular frame there is a door panel, in which the receiving opening is provided. The glass plate has on its front centrally on a protrusion that is obtained by milling the surface along the edge of the Glass is formed. The glass plate is inserted into the frame so that the projection is received in the receiving opening of the sheet. Then be Glass retaining strips attached to the inner circumference of the frame, which is at the back of the Fit the glass plate.
The well-known elevator glass door leaf consists of a large number of different components, which are required to manufacture the elevator glass door leaf, so that the Assembly is complicated and time consuming. In addition, the appearance of the Rear of the elevator glass door leaf due to the need for the glass retaining strips must also be mitered exactly, impaired.
The invention has for its object a structurally simple means To create frame sheet that can be produced quickly with little effort and both on the front as well as the back has a nice appearance.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen des erfindungsgemäßen Rahmenblattes sind Gegenstand der Patentansprüche 2 bis 12.This object is achieved by a frame sheet with the features of claim 1 solved. Advantageous embodiments of the frame sheet according to the invention are the subject of claims 2 to 12.
The frame sheet according to the invention can be produced quickly with little effort, since for Assembly of the filling material with its lateral edges in the vertical column the holding sections are inserted. Afterwards it is only necessary the pressing device at the rear edge of the vertical gap of the holding section to attach, which presses the filling material to the back of the frame element. Either from the front as well as from the back, the side edges of the filling material are behind its assembly is not visible, so that additional elements to cover the lateral edges of the filling material can be dispensed with.
The tubular holding sections and the frame element preferably form one part, by bending the vertical sides of the frame element made of sheet metal is formed. As sheet metal, sheet steel, non-ferrous sheet metal or the like can be used.
In a preferred embodiment there are one between the two holding sections lower or upper crossbar attached, which the filling material in its Keep position fixed. The two crossbars point at both ends Stops to prevent the fill material from shifting sideways. The Crossbeams can be used according to the intended use of the frame sheet be adjusted. For example, there are suspension devices in the upper crossbar intended for system-specific suspension on a carriage.
However, there are also other areas of application conceivable, e.g. use as a window element or the like.
The
The holding
The
As can best be seen in FIG. 4, there is a crossbar above the
In Fig. 6, the legs and flanges for holding the
verhindert.In the transition between the
