- einer auf der Bodenwand der Hülle angeordneten, sich über deren gesamte Länge erstreckenden Trageschiene, welche ebenfalls aus Pappkarton gefaltet ist und mindestens eine Erhebung aufweist, auf der die Stückgüter aufliegen.
Claims (10)
- Behälter zur Verpackung von in Reihe hintereinander aufzunehmenden Stückgütern (3), welche ein Gehäuse mit einer flachen Bodenseite (31) sowie zumindest aus dieser Bodenseite vorstehende stiftartige Vorsprünge (32) aufweisen, insbesondere von elektrischen Bauelementen mit aus der Bodenseite austretenden Anschlußstiften, bestehend auseiner rohrförmigen, aus Pappkarton in Form des Mantels eines Parallelepipeds gefalteten Hülle (1), welche Seitenwände in einem der Breite der Stückgüter (3) entsprechenden Abstand sowie eine den Vorsprüngen gegenüberstehende Bodenwand (15) aufweist, undeiner auf der Bodenwand (15) der Hülle (1) angeordneten, sich über deren gesamte Länge erstreckenden Trageschiene (2), welche ebenfalls aus Pappkarton gefaltet ist und welche einen Basisabschnitt (21) und mindestens eine Erhebung (22, 23, 28) aufweist, auf der die Stückgüter (3) aufliegen,
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülle (1) in Anpassung an einen rechteckigen Gehäusequerschnitt der Stückgüter (3) einen im wesentlichen rechteckigen Innenquerschnitt besitzt. - Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülle (1) aus einem Stück Pappkarton durch Faltung und Verbindung überlappender Teile (11,15), beispielsweise durch Kleben oder Heften, gebildet ist. - Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trageschiene (2) einen U-förmigen Querschnitt mit einem Basisabschnitt (21) und zwei seitlichen Rippen (22,23) besitzt, wobei der Basisabschnitt (21) auf der Bodenwand (15) zwischen zwei angrenzenden Seitenwänden (12,14) der Hülle (1) geführt ist und wobei die Rippen (22,23) die Stückgüter (3) jeweils in Randbereichen ihrer Bodenseite (31) abstützen. - Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trageschiene (2) einen Basisabschnitt (21) und zwei seitliche Rippen (22,23) sowie mindestens einen dazu parallele Mittelrippe (28) bildet, welche die Stückgüter zusätzlich zwischen zwei Reihen von Vorsprüngen (32) abstützt. - Behälter nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitlichen Rippen (22,23) kraftschlüssig an den Seitenwänden der Hülle anliegen. - Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitlichen Rippen (22,23) durch Faltung doppelwandig (24,25) ausgebildet sind. - Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitlichen Rippen einen abgebogenen Auflageabschnitt (26,27) für die Stückgüter (3) aufweisen. - Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülle (1) zumindest in einem Endbereich zwei Einschnitte (18,19) aufweist, die im wesentlichen senkrecht zueinander und zu einer zwei Wände (13,14) begrenzenden Kante (17) verlaufen, und daß der durch die beiden Einschnitte abgetrennte Endabschnitt der Hülle (1) als Begrenzungsabschnitt (16) nach innen einklappbar ist. - Behälter nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von den der Kante (17) gegenüberliegenden Endpunkten der beiden Einschnitte (18,19) bis zum Ende der Hülle (1) und parallel zu der Kante (17) jeweils eine Biegeprägung (20) zum Einklappen des Begrenzungsabschnittes (16) vorgesehen ist.
