Claims (12)

in that the sleeve which is associated with the means, which co-operates with the base (4) in order to permit closure of the pack (2) after it has been opened for the first time, has a diameter and a height such that full screwing of the stopper (6) onto the threaded neck (14) makes it possible to push the cutting parts (32) of the flap (22) through the wall of the pack (2). - Device according to claim 1, characterised in that in its initial position the flap (22) is substantially parallel to the opening (12) in the flange (10), and the cutting parts (32) of the flap (22) are designed to be flush with the wall of the pack (2).
- Device according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterised in that the flap (22) comprises a rib (34) on its surface opposite the surface which comprises the cutting parts (32) and on the side opposite the swivel pin of the flap, such that when the stopper (6) is screwed, the sleeve (42) comes into contact firstly with the rib (34).
- Device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the flap (22) is secured onto the inner surface of the neck of the base by a hinge film (24).
- Device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the cutting parts of the flap (22) are pointed teeth (32).
- Device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the base of the threaded neck (14) is provided with snap-on means (60) which allow the flap (22) to be kept in its open position.
- Device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the skirt (38) of the stopper is provided at its free end with an anti-tampering ring (44).
- Device according to claim 7, characterised in that the anti-tampering ring (44) is connected to the skirt (38) of the stopper by an area (50) which can be torn.
- Device according to claim 7 or claim 8, characterised in that the anti-tampering ring (44) has a grasping tab (56).
- Device according to any one of claims 7 to 9, characterised in that the anti-tampering ring (44) has turned-back tongues (54).
- Device according to any one of claims 7 to 10, characterised in that the threaded neck (14) of the base preferably comprises a peripheral groove (18) which intersects the threads (16) of its thread.
- Device according to any one of claims 1 to 11, characterised in that the threaded neck (14) is fitted asymmetrically on the flange (10) of the base.
