Claims (4)

  1.   2. A device according to claim 1, characterised in that said complementary means comprise a cam path (42) and paired projections (45, 46) for helical screwing, one of which is provided on the end cover (11) and the others are provided on the cap proper (10).
  3. A device according to either of the preceding claims, characterised in that the top wall (15) of the cap proper (10) provided with the finger (19) also has a shaft (20) coaxial with said finger and the diameter of which is substantially that of a circle bounding the holes (16, 17) provided in said wall and formed in the shape of annular crown portions.
  4. A device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the piercing members are formed by spikes (73, 74) or the like provided at the ends of a skirt (71) depending from the end cover (11), said skirt being of a diameter which is slightly less than that of the shaft (20) of the cap proper with sealing beads (71a, 20a) on said skirt and said shaft respectively.
