Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Innenzahnradpumpen umfassendes Pumpenaggregat, insbesondere für das Schmiersystem einer Brennkraftmaschine, wobei zumindest zwei gesondert angeordnete Innenzahnradpumpen mit gleichachsigen, in Antriebsverbindung stehenden, außenverzahnten Innenrotoren ausgerüstet sind und einer der Innenrotoren mit einer Einrichtung zur gesteuerten / geregelten Unterbrechung der Antriebsverbindung ausgebildet ist, und wobei diese Einrichtung einen in einer Ausnehmung des Innenrotors gegen die Kraft einer Feder verschiebbar geführten und mit einem Drehanschlag einer Antriebswelle zusammenwirkenden Sperrbolzen umfaßt, der von der Antriebswelle her mit Pumpendruck beaufschlagt wird und bei ausreichend hohem Pumpendruck die Antriebsverbindung unterbricht. Erfindungsgemäß ist in die im Außenumfang des Innenrotors mündende Ausnehmung auf der der Antriebswelle abgewandten Seite des Sperrbolzens ein Druckentlastungsventil eingesetzt. Dabei kann sich die den Sperrbolzen in Richtung zur Antriebswelle verschiebende Feder am als Rückschlagventil ausgebildeten Druckentlastungsventil abstützen.

The invention relates to a pump unit comprising internal gear pumps, in particular for the lubrication system of an internal combustion engine, at least two separately arranged internal gear pumps being equipped with coaxial, externally toothed internal rotors in drive connection and one of the internal rotors being designed with a device for controlled / regulated interruption of the drive connection, and wherein this device comprises a locking pin which is guided in a recess in the inner rotor against the force of a spring and cooperates with a rotary stop of a drive shaft, which is acted upon by pump pressure from the drive shaft and interrupts the drive connection when the pump pressure is sufficiently high. According to the invention, a pressure relief valve is inserted into the recess opening in the outer circumference of the inner rotor on the side of the locking bolt facing away from the drive shaft. The spring displacing the locking pin in the direction of the drive shaft can be supported on the pressure relief valve designed as a check valve.
