Claims (10)
- Pinzette (10) mit zwei Schenkeln (12,14), die jeweils an einem ihrer Enden in Verbindung miteinander stehen und an ihren anderen Enden durch Einwirkung eines manuellen Schliessdrucks zum temporären Eingriff miteinander gebracht werden können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pinzette (10) aus Leichtmetall besteht und einstückig ausgebildet ist, indem die Schenkel (12,14) durchgehend in einem Scheitelbereich (13) miteinander in Verbindung stehen.
- Pinzette (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass mindestens die Oberfläche des Scheitelbereichs (13) an seiner Innenseite gleichmässig gekrümmt ausgebildet ist.
- Pinzette (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke des Scheitelbereichs(13), gemessen an der durch den Scheitel (S) des Scheitelbereichs verlaufenden Längsachse der Pinzette, um mindestens das 1,5-fache dicker ist, als die Normaldicke der Pinzette.
- Pinzette (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schenkel (12,14) in einem Bereich zwischen beiden Schenkelenden (121,141) eine Paar Verdikkung (171,172;151,152) um mindestens das 1,5-fache der normalen Dicke der Schenkel (12,14) aufweisen, um die Verformung der Pinzette (10) beim manuellen Zusammendrücken zu begrenzen.
- Pinzette (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die Schenkel (12,14) an ihren Enden (121,141, an denen sie miteinander in Eingriff gebracht werden können, klauenartig und/oder spitz zulaufend ausgebildet sind.
- Pinzette (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1- 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schenkel (12,14) im Bereich zwischen ihren Enden (121,141)und dem Scheitelbereich (13) einen prismatischen und vorzugsweise rechteckigen Querschnitt haben, dessen Höhe der Normaldicke der Schenkel entspricht und dessen Breite mindestens zweimal grösser ist als die Normaldicke.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Pinzette (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein aus Leichtmetall bestehendes Strangprofil mit einer, der herzustellenden Pinzette entsprechenden Querschnittsform quer zur Längsrichtung des Profils zerschnitten wird.
- Strangprofil aus Leichtmetall, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Strangprofil quer zur Längsrichtung des Profils die Form einer Pinzette (10) hat.
- Strangprofil nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pinzette (10) zwei Schenkeln (12,14) hat, die in einem Scheitelbereich (13) ineinander übergehen.
- Strangprofil nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Krümmung (13) eine annähernd halbkreisförmige Innenfläche (130) hat und Dicke des Scheitelbereichs, gemessen an der durch den Scheitel (S) verlaufenden Längsachse der Pinzette (10) mindestens um das 1,5-fache grösser ist, als die Normaldicke der Pinzette.
