Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for controlling the sequence of movements of the loom shaft, which is derived from at least one cam disc which is operatively connected to the main drive shaft of the loom and is transmitted to the loom shaft of the loom via scanning means.
The movement sequence of the shaft of the shop is described by a curve that corresponds to a stop-in-reverse function.
Ladenruhe verzichten zu müssen.DE 41 11 405 C2 discloses a drive for the loading movement of a weaving machine by means of toggle levers articulated on the one hand on the sley and on the other hand on the stand, which can be moved by a cam disk forming an eccentric drive.
The object of the known drive is to achieve a high working speed even in the case of large weaving machines, without having to forego the sufficient period of quietness of the shop.
According to the known DE 41 11 405 C2, the object is achieved in that the shaft driving the cam disk is driven by a drive which can be regulated in terms of its speed, in such a way that the shaft has a higher rotational speed when the sley is out of its position on the goods edge is guided into the rear position or from the rear position to the edge of the goods than when the sley is stationary due to the design of the cam disc, ie is in the area of the shop quiet.
According to the prior art, it is therefore essential that the shaft driving the cam disk is driven by a drive which is adjustable in its speed and that the time period for the forward and reverse movement of the sley is shortened due to the drive control while maintaining a necessary rest time of the sley can.
In the manufacture of pile fabric, such a movement sequence of the sley has a detrimental effect on the pile formation process, because the reed hitting a weft group at a relatively high speed, which is connected to the sley, inevitably does not achieve a gentle entrainment of the weft group to the stop edge of the fabric. The consequence of the relatively high reed speed in the direction of the fabric or fabric edge is that the pile warp threads to be looped are at least partially pulled out of the weft thread group. This creates loops of different heights.
In a subsequent shearing process, loops of low design cannot be grasped by the shearing knives, so that the appearance of the fabric does not appear to be uniform, which also applies to the pile fabric itself. Further disadvantageous consequences of the reed hitting the weft thread group at a relatively high speed are frequently occurring chain breaks both in the base chain and in the pile chain.
The object of the invention is therefore, regardless of whether the eccentric driving shaft with a drive that is adjustable or not adjustable in its speed is connected at a constant angular velocity of the eccentric disc driving Wave, the sley or the reed between a first end position and a second end position to give a sequence of movements, after which the reed after a rest position executes a movement sequence that an undisturbed Pile formation process to achieve high quality terry goods guaranteed.
According to the invention the object is achieved by the features of the independent claim.
Essential features are that the angular velocity of the shutter shaft after leaving a rest position, which corresponds approximately to the rear end position of the sley and thus also the rear end position of the reed, is brought to a maximum speed within more than one degree of angle of rotation of the cam disc, and then that Angular velocity of the shaft of the shutter is discontinuously decelerated to the front end position of the shutter, which corresponds to a reversal of the direction of rotation of the shaft of the shutter. According to the invention, such a speed curve of the weaving shaft means that the angular speed of the weaving shaft after reaching the maximum speed, which is preferably reached within less than 160 degrees of rotation of the total rotation angle of the cam, the speed continuously up to a first before the direction of rotation reversal in the front reversing position of the weaving shaft lying point is delayed in such a way that the weft group used to form the pile is detected with a reduced angular velocity of the weaving shaft and then the weft group in a second continuously running deceleration phase, which follows the first deceleration phase and which extends up to the reversal of the direction of rotation of the weaving shaft, to the stop edge of the fabric is struck.
With the method according to the invention, those mentioned below are advantageous Connected effects.
In addition to a high-quality product image, there are machine-side advantages of the design that there is no need to control the dancer shaft, which maintains the chain tension, because the process sequence according to the invention permits a higher chain tension in the chain. In this context, additional devices, such as a so-called slat underlay, can be dispensed with because the warp tension of the pile warp threads can be increased sufficiently and the slats of the warp guard do not require any support.
In addition, due to the uniform pile height, the waste generated in the shearing process is less than with different pile heights.
In the drawing, the course of the rotational angular velocity according to the invention is Shutter wave shown in the form of a curve.
At an angular speed of 0 1 / s, the weaving shaft is in a first or second direction of rotation reversal position, the first reversing position corresponding to the rear reed position and the second reversing position to the front reed position or edge position.
After the weaving shaft has reached the first reversing position, it remains in a resting position for the purpose of inserting the weft thread. The weaving shaft is then accelerated to a maximum speed and then continuously decelerated to a speed of 0 1 / s up to the blade stop. During the delay, the weft thread group entered into a shed for pile formation is taken along by the reed at a relatively high speed of about 20 l / s and attached to the fabric's edge.
The entrainment of the weft thread group by the reed at the high speed mentioned leads to the disadvantages described above.
After the weaving shaft has reached the first reversing position, it remains in a resting position for the purpose of inserting the weft thread. The weaving shaft is then accelerated to a maximum speed, which in the curve is, for example, approximately 23 1 / s. After the maximum speed there is a discontinuous speed delay until the blade stops.
According to the invention, the speed deceleration consists of two deceleration phases, namely a first deceleration phase that ends at approximately 13 1 / s. With this delayed speed, the weft thread group is gripped by the reed and struck against the edge of the goods with further delay until the leaf stop, at a speed equal to 0 1 / s.
Tests have shown that such a discontinuous Speed deceleration of the weaving shaft and consequently of the reed on Terrycloth weaving machines produce high quality terry goods.
