Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a mast element, in particular for a scaffold with as load supports serving masts.
A scaffold usually includes a frame structure that is built in tiers Treads that serve as a working platform for working people such as bricklayers or Serve artisans, are provided. One has several floors frightening frame construction doesn't have great stiffness when not using it Tread is reinforced. Often, however, one is faced with the task of building a To provide treads on higher floors, or for example in the fifth floor to provide a tread that extends over the footprint of the Frame construction protrudes. In this case, there will be several floors frightening masts from individual mast elements as a load-bearing construction for Commitment. Such a modular support structure is described in DE 198 2077 2 proposed.
However, the connection of the mast elements, which is often not only compressive but also tensile need to record, time consuming. So you are z. B. forced during assembly by Use appropriate bolts to pin out the cuttings with the tubes of the yourself to connect the mast element underneath. Currently available to others standing mast elements, the connection is made by time-consuming Screw connections.
One form of the common screw connection is that with an external thread provided, mast element in the internal thread of another mast element is screwed in. It must be assumed that the manufacturing a screw connection necessary rotation of the two elements against each other is at least 360 degrees - in practice mostly a multiple of it - and that means screwed mast elements in their entirety during the Experience a change in length during the connection process. Another form of Screw connection is that two mast elements to be connected to each other for example, are provided with connecting plates on their end faces, in the area of Connection plates by means of a threaded bolt nut connection to be attached to them secured against tensile forces. Here, too, the screw connection is removed Twisting the thread bolt at least 360 degrees - but usually a multiple of which - manufactured.
The object of the invention is to provide a mast element for scaffolding that is special can be easily and quickly connected to other mast elements.
This object is achieved by a mast element with the features of
The fact that the mast elements according to the invention by simply plugging together and twisting are connected to each other, otherwise this is not necessary when installing from mast elements existing masts screwing or staking with Bolts of the individual mast elements. This allows a connection of mast elements be done in a faster time. In addition to an increase in speed caused by the mast elements according to the invention also a more secure connection, because the person in charge of building the mast is securing the connection not forgotten by a screw connection or staking out with bolts.
The mast elements are plugged together in that a Centering means are provided for each mast element. These can e.g. B. from a conical bore and a matched round profile, or one circular opening for receiving a circular attachment, the more advantageous Way is chamfered conically.
It should be explicitly mentioned here that the twisting of the mast elements is not in the sense a screwing takes place. That is, in particular, the connection is made by means of Twist in that the one mast element after plugging together by less is rotated as 360 degrees and the interconnected mast elements no change in length during the twisting process, such as. B. when screwing Experienced. The twisting z. B. happen that the two mast elements around 15 degrees are rotated, the guides of the two mast elements being bayonet-like grasp one behind the other. A rotation of 90 degrees is also conceivable.

Dreick-Profile denkbar. Unter Zuhilfenahme von Fig. 3 bzw. Fig. 4 ist zu erkennen, daß
An
Mastelements 1 abschließen.1 shows a mast consisting of two interconnected
The mast elements according to the invention are connected by plugging them together

Each
In one embodiment of the invention, the four
Mastelementen.2 explains the structure, the interaction and the function of the

The means, which are provided on the
Anschlußplatte hergestellt wird.4 has four
hergestellt. The positioning and twisting of one mast element with the other is thereby
relieved that in the center of the
Because the engaging elements engage behind the connection plate and during twisting

Mastelemente angibt. The twisting of the two
miteinander verbundenen Stirnplatten fluchten.
Accidental disassembly of the mast composed of
In another embodiment, the security against unintentional

Overall, the following workflow results for connecting two mast elements. The
