Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for outsourcing Scale stream from printed products, with a winding block, one Winding core and at least two, spaced apart on the Outside of the shingled stream lying against the wrap, by one Tape magazine with removable wrapping tapes.
  • Facilities of this type are known and have proven themselves. They are used for printed products and in particular preliminary products for newspapers for temporary storage, transport and / or for further processing in a shingled arrangement on a winding core wind.
  • the winding cores or winding blocks docked with a vehicle.
  • the wrap also used vehicles.
  • the Print products outsourced by unwinding and for further processing for example a 'inserting machine or cutting system to hand over.
  • a device of this type shows, for example the applicant's EP 0 826 616 A1.
  • CH-A-672 628 discloses an apparatus for continuous Winding and unwinding flexible fabrics on resp. by a circumferentially driven winding, a winding tape braked resp. after this Run is driven by the winding. So that the drive of the winding is simplified, at least one further winding tape used that on the opposite side of a shingled stream rests on the wrap and after resp. before a loop the winding is lifted from it and driven or braked and fed back into the wrap.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object To effectively avoid disruptions when outsourcing a stream of shingles.
  • the invention also relates to a method for outsourcing a stream of scale.
  • a winding tape is pulled radially away from the winding so that the area of the winding tape that is pulled away strips off the outsourced printed products from the winding.
  • a winding tape is thus used for the to strip off print products to be outsourced.
  • a winding tape takes over thus a stripping function. Additional wipers such as a sword are not required. It has also showed that the wiping function with a winding tape can be done very reliably.
  • the one winding tape is pulled away the invention by means of a pulley on which the radially withdrawn winding tape is deflected. Kick the mentioned Difficulties arise, so the winding tape to be removed placed around the pulley and moved it radially away from the reel, until the subtracted area the printed products to be outsourced from Wipes off.
  • the application of a winding tape to the pulley can after a development of the invention then particularly reliable take place when the deflection roller is arranged on a movable arm is.
  • This arm is preferably rotatable on like a clock hand Winding core stored. Turning the arm turns the pulley brought between the winding tape to be removed and the winding.
  • the arm is preferably rotated by means of a gear motor, with which a gearwheel is rotated, on which the said Arm is attached.
  • the direction of rotation of the arm during insertion the pulley is the opposite direction to that in which the winding is rotated for retrieval.
  • FIG. 1 shows a winding frame 19 on which a winding core 4 is stored.
  • Printed products 3 arranged so that they form a roll 1.
  • the printed products 3 are, for example, preliminary products for newspapers or magazines.
  • the winding 1 is known per se Way held together with two winding tapes 5 and 6. This Winding tapes 5 and 6 are each at one end on the winding core 4 attached and rolled up with the other end on a tape magazine 11.
  • FIG. 1 shows the winding 1 when the printed products are being outsourced 3.
  • the winding 1 is thus here in the direction of arrow 13 Axis A rotated.
  • the printed products begin approximately in the middle of the rocker 8 3 the outer layer of the shingled stream 2 the winding 1 to leave.
  • the scale stream 2 now moves on the seesaw 8 tangentially in the direction of arrow 14 away from the winding and arrives for example on a conveyor belt 12, which is only here is indicated.
  • the conveyor belt conveys the printed products 3 in the shingled stream, for example, to a plug-in machine, where the printed products 3 are processed further ..
  • the released sections of the winding tapes 5 and 6 are rolled up on the magazine 11.
  • the two winding tapes 5 and 6 2 are spaced apart on the outside according to FIG 1a of the scale stream 2 on this under a comparatively high Tension.
  • the two winding tapes 5 and 6 hold the winding 1 together.
  • the winding tapes 5 and 6 are preferably elastic. But you can also essentially be inelastic.
  • winding tape 5 and the winding tape 6 leave the shingled stream 2 after a deflection roller 20.
  • the winding tape 5 is always tight against the shingled stream 2.
  • winding tape 6 is in some areas by means of a deflection roller 7 pulled away from the winding 1.
  • the area where the winding tape 6 is pulled away from the winding 1 is where the shingled stream 2 leaves the angle 1 tangentially.
  • Figure 1 runs the pulled area 6a of the winding tape 6 approximately tangential and essentially parallel to the outsourced Print products 3.
  • Another area 6b also runs in the essentially tangential but essentially perpendicular to Area 6a.
  • the deflection roller 7 is mounted on an arm 15 which on one inner end is attached to a gear 16.
  • the axis of rotation the gear 16 is located on the axis A of the winding core 4.
  • the deflection roller 7 extends parallel to the axis A and is located 4 at a distance from the lateral surface 1a of the Winding 1.
  • the arm 15 adjustable, for example telescopically adjustable his.
  • the gear 16 and thus the arm 15 with the guide roller 7 can rotated about the axis A by means of a gear motor 18 fixed to the frame become.
  • the geared motor 18 with a pinion 17 provided that meshes with the gear 16.
  • Figures 3 to 6 show how the deflection roller 7 is moved around the winding tape 6 in some areas pull radially away from the winding 1.
  • the pulley 7 with the arm 15 and the gear motor 18 thus form means 21, with which a winding tape 6 can be pulled away from the winding 1.
  • FIG. 3 shows the deflection roller 7 in the starting position
  • Arm 15 is approximately in the eight o'clock position.
  • the pulley 7 is not in engagement with the winding tape 6.
  • the winding tape 6 is thus like the winding tape 5 in front of the guide roller 20 on stream 2.
  • the rocker 8 is here according to Figure 3 pivoted away into a vertical position. Around five the deflection roller 7 grips the winding tape 6 and begins pull this away from the winding 1.
  • Figure 3 shows dash-dotted lines the position in which the pulley 7 this Band 6 'shown in dash-dot lines has already been somewhat pulled away from the winding 1 Has.
  • the arm 15 is now rotated further counterclockwise until the deflection roller the position shown in Figure 5 with 7 '' has reached.
  • the arm 15 is thus approximately in Halbachtuhr ein.
  • the winding tape 6 is thus in some areas withdrawn radially from the winding 1 and forms an area 6a, which is tangential to the outer surface of the winding 1 and when outsourcing the printed products 3 as explained above from Strips wrap 1.
  • the tape 5 are removed. Is the pulley in position 7 "shown in FIG. 5, the winding is for Ready to outsource.
  • the rocker 8 is here again in the position pivoted, in which the winding 1 clockwise can be rotated. Is the wiping function of the winding tape 6 not required, arm 15 is turned counterclockwise rotated into the starting position shown in Figure 3.
  • the means 21 form the preferred means with which the deflection roller 7 can be brought into a position in which the winding tape 6 is partially pulled away from the winding 1.
  • other means are also possible with which the band 6 could be pulled away.
  • the funds 21 are therefore only a preferred embodiment here.
