Claims (10)

  1. Kraftfahrzeuganlasser mit einem Gehäuse (18), in dem ein Elektromotor (12) mit einer Ausgangswelle (26) angeordnet ist, die eine koaxiale Einspurvorrichtung (22) unter Einfügung eines Planetengetriebes (34) drehend antreibt, das ein innen gezahntes (62) Hohlrad (44) aus einem starren Werkstoff (M1) umfaßt, das wenigstens teilweise in einer Aufnahme (58) des Gehäuses gelagert ist und das eine zylindrische ringförmige Einfassung (46) umfaßt, die innen gezahnt und an ihrem vorderen axialen Ende durch eine für den Durchgang einer Ausgangswelle (42) des Planetengetriebes in ihrer Mitte aufgebohrte (52) radial ausgerichtete Querwand (50) verschlossen ist, wobei das besagte Hohlrad (44) aus einem biegsamen Werkstoff (M2), insbesondere aus Elastomermaterial geformte Stücke (P) umfaßt, um eine Torsionsdämpferfunktion zu erfüllen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagten Stücke (P) zwischen dem gezahnten Hohlrad (44) und formschlüssigen Abschnitten (68) der Aufnahme (58) des Gehäuses (16, 18) eingefügt sind, um das gezahnte Hohlrad (44) gegen Verdrehung im Verhältnis zum Gehäuse (18) zu sichern und eine Torsionsdämpferfunktion zwischen diesen beiden Elementen (44, 18) zu erfüllen.
  2. Anlasser nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zylindrische Außenfläche (63) der Einfassung (46) des gezahnten Hohlrads (44) mit einer schwingungsdämmenden Umfangsschicht (C) versehen ist, die aus dem besagten biegsamen Werkstoff (M2) geformt ist und die zwischen der Einfassung (46) und den formschlüssigen Abschnitten der als Lagerung für die Einfassung des gezahnten Hohlrads dienenden Aufnahme (58) eingefügt ist.
  3. Anlasser nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämpferstücke (P) und die schwingungsdämmende Umfangsschicht (C) durch Aufformen auf dem gezahnten Hohlrad (44) ausgeführt sind.
  4. Anlasser nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hohlrad aus starrem Werkstoff (M1) einerseits und die Dämpferstücke (P) sowie die Umfangsdämmschicht (C) aus biegsamem Werkstoff andererseits gleichzeitig nach einer Sandwichformtechnik mit einer starren (M1) und biegsamen (M2) Formmasse hergestellt werden.
  5. Anlasser nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Dämpferstücke (P) axial nach vorn von der Außenfläche (65) der Querwand (50) des gezahnten Hohlrads (44) aus erstrecken und durch ihre axial ausgerichteten entgegengesetzten Seitenflächen (40) mit gegenüberliegenden Teilflächen (72) zusammenwirken, die jeweils paarweise eine in der Aufnahme (58) des Gehäuses (18) ausgebildete formschlüssige axiale Nut (68) seitlich begrenzen.
  6. Anlasser nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gezahnte Hohlrad (44) eine Reihe von Verbindungsarmen (76) umfaßt, die sich axial von der Außenfläche (65) seiner Querwand (50) aus im Innern der Dämpferstücke (P) erstrecken.
  7. Anlasser nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querwand (50) des gezahnten Hohlrads eine Reihe von durchgehenden axialen Löchern (74) umfaßt, durch die sich jeweils biegsame Formmasse (M2) eines Dämpferstücks (P) erstreckt, um einen Befestigungsfuß (76) zur Befestigung des entsprechenden Dämpferstücks (P) auf dem gezahnten Hohlrad (44) zu bilden.
  8. Anlasser nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämpferstücke (P) winklig gleichmäßig um die Achse (X-X) des gezahnten Hohlrads (44) herum verteilt sind.
  9. Anlasser nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mittige Bohrung (52) des Hohlrads ein Lager für die Drehführung der Ausgangswelle (42) des Planetengetriebes (34) begrenzt und daß die Innenfläche (52) des Lagers mit einer Schwingungsdämmschicht versehen ist, die aus dem besagten biegsamen Werkstoff (M2) geformt ist und die zwischen der Innenfläche des Lagers und einem Drehführungslager (54) der Ausgangswelle eingefügt ist.
  10. Anlasser nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfangsdämmschicht (C) eine Rippe (66) zur Winkelverrastung des Hohlrads (44) in der Aufnahme (58) des Gehäuses (16, 18) umfaßt.
