Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zur Einleitung von Schutzgas bei einer Druckgießmaschine bei der die Schmelzdosierung mittels Evakuieren aus einem Warmhalteofen (5) über ein Saugrohr (6) erfolgt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gaszuleitung (14) außerhalb und dem Gießaggregat (10) zugewandten Endbereich der Gießkammer (7) und/oder eines Absaugkasten (13) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Einleitung von Schutzgas nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gaszuleitung (14) aus einem Rohr oder mehreren Rohren mit düsenartigen Endstücken oder einem Ringkanal besteht.
- Vorrichtung zur Einleitung von Schutzgas nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß die Gaszuleitung (14) aus nur einer Zuführleitung besteht.
- Vorrichtung zur Einleitung von Schutzgas nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutzgaseinleitung mittels eines Zeitgliedes steuerbar ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Einleitung von Schutzgas nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zeitpunkt und die Zeitdauer der Schutzgaseinleitung frei wählbar sind.
