Description
- à recouvrir la cavité de chacune des demi-coques d'un film étirable préalablement tendu ;
- à déformer mécaniquement ledit film au moyen d'au moins un embauchoir ayant sensiblement la forme d'un produit à conditionner, obtenant ainsi une alvéole de forme voulue ;
- à créer un vide partiel dans la zone délimitée entre ledit film et le fond de ladite demi-coque ;
- à solidariser ledit film à ladite bride et à
découper le film au niveau ou au-delà du bord libre de
ladite bride ;
et après mise en place du ou produit dans la ou les alvéoles ainsi crées dans le film d'une demi-coque et recouvrement de l'ensemble par une autre demi-coque de structure analogue, bride contre bride, - à solidariser entre elles lesdites brides accolées.
- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective illustrant le type d'emballage qui peut être obtenu à l'aide du procédé et de l'installation selon l'invention ;
- les figures 2 à 5 montrent quatre étapes du cycle
de fonctionnement de l'installation, à savoir :
- à la figure 2, l'unité de conformation est en position haute, c'est-à-dire en position rétractée d'attente,
- à la figure 3, l'unité de conformation est dans la position opérationnelle et le film est conformé,
- à la figure 4, le film est découpé, et
- à la figure 5, l'unité de conformation est rétractée après conformation et découpe du film.
Claims (10)
- Procédé pour la fabrication d'un emballage destiné notamment à la présentation et à la conservation de produits alimentaires, ledit emballage étant constitué de deux demi-coques (1,2 ; 8) en matière plastique revêtant la forme de barquettes ayant chacune un fond, une paroi latérale et une bride périphérique (81) au niveau du bord libre de leur paroi latérale, lesdites demi-coques (1,2 ; 8) définissant chacune une cavité et étant accolées l'une à l'autre par leurs brides (81), ledit emballage renfermant un espace de confinement (4) dont la configuration est sensiblement complémentaire à celle du ou des produits à conditionner, procédé caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste :a) à recouvrir la cavité de chacune des demi-coques (1,2 ; 8) d'un film étirable (27) préalablement tendu ;b) à déformer mécaniquement ledit film (27) au moyen d'au moins un outils de conformation (15) ayant sensiblement la forme d'un produit à conditionner, obtenant ainsi une alvéole de forme voulue ;c) à créer un vide partiel dans la zone délimitée entre ledit film et le fond de ladite demi-coque (1,2 ; 8) ;d) à solidariser ledit film à ladite bride (81) et à découper ledit film (27) au niveau ou au-delà du bord libre de ladite bride ;
et, après mise en place du ou des produits dans la ou les alvéoles ainsi créées dans le film (27) d'une demi-coque et recouvrement de l'ensemble par une autre demi-coque de structure analogue, bride contre bride,e) à solidariser entre elles lesdites brides (81) accolées. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on tend le film étirable (27) dans la direction de sa laize et transversalement à cette direction, avant l'opération de déformation.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on casse le vide partiel des demi-coques (1,2 ; 8) après leur réunion, bride contre bride.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'on casse le vide partiel par perforation des demi-coques (1,2 ; 8).
- Installation pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte :a) un moyen adapté à appliquer un film étirable (27) préalablement tendu sur la cavité de chacune des demi-coques (1,2 ; 8) ;b) au moins un outil de conformation (15) ayant sensiblement la forme d'un produit à conditionner, adapté à déformer mécaniquement ledit film (27) et à créer un vide partiel dans la zone délimitée entre ledit film et le fond de ladite demi-coque (1,2 ; 8) en chassant une partie de l'air de cette zone ;c) un moyen de solidarisation dudit film à ladite bride (81) et de découpe dudit film (27) au niveau ou au-delà du bord libre de ladite bride ; etd) un moyen d'application d'une autre demi-coque de structure analogue, bride contre bride ;e) un moyen de solidarisation, entre elles, desdites brides (81) accolées.
- Installation selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte une unité de moulage (9) formée d'une platine (14) support d'outils de conformation (15) montée mobile par rapport à un plateau (13) de pilotage des outils de conformation (15), lui-même soumis, dans un sens, à l'action d'un vérin (28) et, dans l'autre sens, à l'action d'organes de rappel (17), ledit plateau (13) coulissant sur des colonnes de guidage (16) et étant susceptible d'être amené dans au moins deux positions extrêmes, l'une d'attente dans laquelle le vérin de pilotage (28) est rétracté et les organes de rappel (17) détendus, l'autre opérationnelle, correspondant à la phase de déformation du film étirable (27), dans laquelle le plateau (13) est en position basse, le vérin (28) étant déployé et les organes de rappel (17) comprimés.
- Installation selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les colonnes de guidage (16) du plateau de pilotage (13) supportent un cadre presseur (21) du film (27), des ressorts (17) sollicitant ledit cadre (21) à l'écart du plateau (13).
- Installation selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que la platine (14) support d'outils de conformation (15) est assemblée au plateau de pilotage (13) par des broches (18) susceptibles de coulisser dans ledit plateau (13), ladite platine (14) étant sollicitée à l'écart dudit plateau (13) par des ressorts de rappel (20).
- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisée en ce qu'un cadre (30), solidarisé audit plateau (13) supporte un couteau (29) dont la taille et la géométrie correspondent sensiblement à celles du bord libre de la bride (81) de la demi-coque (1,2 ; 8).
- Installation selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une table horizontale (7) pour la réception des demi-coques (1,2 ; 8), ladite table étant soumise à l'action d'un vérin à simple effet (10) assurant le déplacement de la demi-coque en direction dudit couteau (29).
