Claims (15)

  1. Vorrichtung (1, 501) zur Montage eines Abgabeventils (2) auf einem Behälter (4) für ein unter Druck stehendes Produkt, die aufweist:
    a) eine erste Montageeinrichtung (6, 506; 6b, 506b; 6c, 506c), die so ausgebildet ist, dass sie eine Festlegung der Vorrichtung auf einem offenen Rand (8) des Behälters gewährleistet;
    b) eine zweite Montageeinrichtung (10, 510), die so ausgebildet ist, dass sie die Befestigung des Abgabeventils (2) auf der Montagevorrichtung (1) gewährleistet;
    c) eine erste Kehle (12, 512), die zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Montageeinrichtung ausgebildet ist, und
    d) eine Blockiereinrichtung (16, 616), die zur Positionierung in der Kehle dient, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blockiereinrichtung das Anpressen der ersten Montageeinrichtung auf dem offenen Rand erlaubt, indem sie eine radiale Aufweitung eines Bodens der ersten Kehle (14, 114, 212a, 212b, 314, 412b, 414, 512a) verursacht.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Montageeinrichtung (6, 506; 6b, 506b; 6c, 506c) und die zweite Montageeinrichtung (10, 510), sowie die erste Kehle (12, 512) aus einem einzigen Stück (5, 505) aus Kunststoffmaterial bestehen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden eine geringere Dicke aufweist, als der Rest der Kehle.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blockiereinrichtung (116) die Form eines Rings aufweist, der mindestens einen Abschnitt (116a, 224) aufweist, der in radialer Richtung so dick ist, dass er in montierter Lage mit einem entsprechenden Abschnitt (110a, 226) der ersten und der zweiten Montageeinrichtung zusammenwirkt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blockiereinrichtung (116) ferner ein Ringelement (116b, 116c) aufweist, das so ausgebildet ist, dass es das Anpressen der ersten Montageeinrichtung (10, 510) auf dem offenen Rand vervollständigt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Montageeinrichtung (10, 510) eine zweite offene Kehle (6, 6b, 6c, 506, 506b, 506c) bildet, die der ersten Kehle gegenüberliegt und so ausgebildet ist, dass der offene Rand (8) des Behälters fest umschlossen wird.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Montageeinrichtung zwischen dem offenen Rand (8) des Behälters und dem Ringelement (116b, 116c) der Blockiereinrichtung angeordnet ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel (24a, 24b, 26a, 26b) vorgesehen sind, um das Verriegeln der Blockiereinrichtung (16, 516) in der ersten Kehle zu gewährleisten.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blockiereinrichtung (16, 116) ein solches Profil (16a, 16b; 116a) aufweist, dass ihr Einsetzen in die Kehle (12, 112) begünstigt wird.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blockiereinrichtung (16, 516) aus Kunststoff oder Metall (616) besteht.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Montageeinrichtung so ausgebildet ist, dass sie auf den offenen Rand des Behälters aufgeschraubt werden kann.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Teil (5, 505) aus Polyacetal und vorzugsweise aus Polyoxymethylen (POM) besteht.
  13. Spender (3), der einen Behälter (4) aufweist, der ein Produkt (P) enthält, das mit Hilfe eines Treibmittels (G) unter Druck gesetzt ist und durch Betätigung eines auf einem offenen Rand (8) des Behälters (4) montierten Abgabeventils (2) abgegeben werden kann, wobei das Ventil (2) mit einer Betätigungs- und Abgabeeinrichtung (18, 20) ausgerüstet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil mittels einer Montagevorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche auf dem Behälter montiert ist.
  14. Spender nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der offene Rand (8) des Behälters in Form eines nach außen oder innen gerollten Halses (50, 60) oder in Form eines Gewinderands (80) ausgebildet ist.
  15. Spender nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil (2) einen Körper aus Elastomermaterial aufweist.
