Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zur Betätigung eines Ventile mit variablem Hub an Brennkraftmaschinen, umfassend zwei umlaufende und gegeneinander verstellbare Nockenwellen, ein von einer Schließfeder beaufschlagtes Ventil, einen auf ein Schaftende des Ventils wirkenden axial geführten Stößel sowie einen von beiden Nockenwellen beaufschlagten auf den Tassenstößel einwirkenden Betätigungshebel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Nockenwelle (1) oberhalb des Stößels (8) angeordnet und mit einem Betätigungsnocken (4) versehen ist und die zweite Nockenwelle (2) oberhalb der ersten Nockenwelle (1) angeordnet und mit einem Stellnocken (13) versehen ist, der Betätigungshebel (14) an einem ersten Endpunkt (15) schwenkbar auf dem Stößel (8) gelagert ist, sich mit dem anderen Endpunkt (16) allseits schwenkbar an einem Lager (17) eines Verbindungsteiles (18) abstützt und mittig mit dem Betätigungsnocken (4) der ersten Nockenwelle (1) in Wirkverbindung steht, wobei sich das Verbindungsteil (18) quer zwischen den beiden Nockenwellen (1, 2) erstreckt und an seinem dem Lager (17) gegenüberliegenden Ende (21) eine Rolle (22) trägt, welche an einem Rastkreis (5) der ersten Nockenwelle (1) und einem Stellnocken (13) der zweiten Nockenwelle (2) anliegt, wobei der Rastkreis (5) und der Stellnocken (13) in jeder Stellung der beiden Nockenwellen (1, 2) zueinander einen Abstand aufweisen, der kleiner ist als der Durchmesser der Rolle (22).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsteil (18) gabelförmig ausgebildet ist, wobei am Grund der Gabel ein Lager (17) für den Betätigungshebel (14) angeordnet ist, an den Enden (21) der Gabelteile (20) Lager für die Rolle (22) gebildet sind, die Rolle (22) in axialer Richtung derart dreigeteilt ist, daß ein sich zwischen den Gabelteilen (20) befindliches mittleres Rollenteil (22.1) mit dem in den Gabelzwischenraum (23) eintauchenden Stellnocken (13) der zweiten Nockenwelle (2) in Wirkverbindung steht und jeweils ein beidseits und außerhalb des Gabelzwischenraumes (23) befindlicher Rollenteil (22.2) auf dem Rastkreis (5) der ersten Nockenwelle (1) aufliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungsnocken (4) zwischen zwei jeweils den Rastkreis (5) bildenden Scheiben (6) der ersten Nockenwelle (1) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lager (17) des Betätigungshebels (14) am Verbindungsteil (18) in axialer Richtung des Verbindungssteiles (18) verstellbar ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungshebel (14) mittig über eine am Betätigungshebel (14) gelagerte Rolle (19) mit dem Betätigungsnocken (4) in Wirkverbindung steht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stößel (8) ein Tassenstößel ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste oberhalb des Stößels (8) angeordnete Nockenwelle (1) von Nockenwellenlagerdeckeln (24) gehalten ist, die an ihrer Oberseite Lagerschalen zur Aufnahme der zweiten Nockenwelle (2) tragen, die mit einem weiteren Lagerdeckel (26) abgeschlossen sind.
