Abstract

Der Rüttelantrieb für eine Form (6) zur Herstellung von Betonformkörpern besteht aus vier piezoelektrischen Schwingungserregern (10), die einerseits in den vier Eckbereichen eines Rütteltisches (8) einer Formmaschine (1) angeordnet und andererseits mit dem Maschinengestell (2) verbunden sind. Auf dem Rütteltisch (8) ist in bekannter Weise eine vertikal bewegliche Form (6) mit mehreren, oben und unten offenen Formnestern (7) abgesetzt. Nach dem Befüllen der Formnester (7) mit Betonmasse werden die Schwingungserreger (10) durch Anlegen einer Spannung aktiviert und in Rüttelschwingungen versetzt, die sich auf den Rütteltisch (8) und die Form (6) übertragen. Die Schwingungserreger (10) sind mit einem Mikroprozessor (26) elektrisch verbunden, der beispielsweise die Schwingfrequenz und andere Parameter des Rüttelantriebes durch entsprechende, vorwählbare Computerprogramme steuert. Die Verwendung der piezoelektrischen Schwingungserreger (10) ermöglicht einen Rüttelantrieb, der auf einfache Art und Weise den unterschiedlichen Betriebsbedingungen optimal angepaßt werden kann, um dadurch die Qualität des Endproduktes zu verbessern.
