Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a vibratory drive for a mold, especially for the production of concrete moldings based on set down a vibrating table and with flowable concrete is filled.
As a rule, eccentric and Unbalance motors are used which the vibrating table of Set the molding machine in vibration. This will make the form lying on the vibrating table, open at the top and bottom also vibrated and shaken to the in the molds filled in concrete mass as evenly as possible to condense. During the shaking process, the open one Top of the mold using vertically movable Pressure plates that dip into the mold cavities from above and press on the concrete mass, closed.
A disadvantage of these known designs is that the mechanical unbalance motors largely uncontrolled Generate vibrations that cause damage and premature Signs of wear of the form lead. Out For this reason, the shape and vibrating table must be very stable and so that it is more complex to build. In addition, machine and Shape often not in terms of vibration optimally coordinated. The same applies to the concrete mass poured into the mold, which depending on the type, Volume, grain size, moisture, specific weight, etc. different vibration parameters, e.g. Vibration frequency, Vibration period, vibration path, vibration direction etc. required. Such voting errors result to an uneven filling of the mold nests and an uneven compression of the concrete mass within the form. The result of this is poor quality of the finished moldings. The more dimensioned shape and the Relatively heavy vibrating tables also require a substantial amount higher vibration energy.
Dadurch sollen optimale Schwingungsbedingungen bei niedriger Eingangsleistung geschaffen werden.DE-OS 38 37 686 is a spatial vibration system became known in which a form filled with concrete mass for the production of concrete moldings in resonance vibration is held. For this, the shape on suspension springs on Machine frame supported and by means of vibration exciters vibrated in the form of unbalance motors. With The parameters stiffness and Damping of the suspension springs sampled and the resonance frequency of the vibration system and measured in a microprocessor supervised. As soon as the resonance frequency is exceeded or fallen below will be corrected accordingly Change the suspension spring parameters to the vibration system to keep at the desired resonance frequency. Thereby should be optimal vibration conditions with low input power be created.
Teilegruppen in Eigenfrequenz erregt. Dies führt zu Beschädigungen und zusätzlichem Lärm. Ausserdem wird die Taktzeit der Maschine verlängert. This known, unrealized proposal has the disadvantage that as a vibration exciter the traditional, mechanical unbalance motors are used that not particularly good at regulating the excitation frequency own. The construction effort required to regulate the Excitation frequency by changing the suspension spring parameters is very large. At the beginning and end of the The mechanical unbalance motor carries out the shaking process a speed range from zero to maximum and again back. Individual parts or Parts groups excited at natural frequency. this leads to Damage and additional noise. In addition, the Cycle time of the machine extended.
The invention has for its object a vibratory drive of the kind mentioned at the beginning, to create the corresponding the different requirements of practice simple way is adjustable to an optimal Vibration behavior of the form and thus high quality to ensure the end product.
According to the invention, the object is achieved in that the vibratory drive consists of at least one piezoelectric, Vibration exciter exists, the fixed part with the machine frame and the vibrating part with the vibrating table connected is.
This stands for the direct transmission of the vibrations Vibrating part of the vibration exciter with a piezo element in connection, that in the fixed part of the vibration exciter is freely swingable clamped.
To achieve an optimal vibration path of the form the vibration exciter can be connected to a path translator his.
According to a further feature of the invention, the path translator is characterized in that on the piezo element Piston is attached via a hydraulic fluid with a second, smaller or larger piston in drive connection stands, with the second piston on the vibrating part the vibration exciter is attached. The Downward movement of the second piston caused by the suction force of the first piston is caused by a Return spring are supported.
The piezo element of the vibration exciter advantageously consists made of ceramic.
To achieve a simple, vertical shaking movement The shape is square in the four corner areas Vibration table one vibration exciter with vertical Swing direction arranged.
Vorzugsweise beträgt der Winkel 45°.To a spatial swing of the form and different The four corner areas allow for directions of vibration one vibration exciter each of the vibrating table arranged, the longitudinal axis, which simultaneously the Vibration direction is, with the horizontal and the vertical encloses an angle. The is preferably 45 ° angle.
A prerequisite for the spatial swinging of the form is that the vibration exciter via spherical bearings with the Vibrating table and / or connected to the machine frame are. The bearings preferably consist of ball joints.
In the case of a mold with pressure plates assigned to the mold nests, which are vertically movable by lifting elements and from on top of the concrete mass poured into the mold cavities are pressed to increase the shaking movement several vibration exciters between the lifting elements and arranged the pressure plates. In this way, one additional vibration effect on the pressure plates on the Concrete mass exercised and the distribution and compaction of the Concrete mass in the mold nests further improved.
To get an optimal vibration effect and this the to be able to adapt to different operating conditions, are the parameters of the vibratory drive, such as the oscillation frequency and / or oscillation period and / or oscillation path and / or Direction of vibration and / or the number of activated Vibration exciter changeable. The vibrators are for this purpose connected to a microprocessor, the one or several preselectable programs for setting the contains the required parameter sizes of the vibratory drive.
According to a further feature of the invention, the vibration exciters controllable individually or in groups.
Further features and developments of the invention are the See subclaims.
The advantages achieved with the invention are in particular in that the inventive installation of piezoelectric Vibration exciters offers the possibility of Vibration drive so the different operating conditions adapt that depending on the product always an optimal filling and compaction of the concrete mass and thus a good quality of the product is guaranteed. The replacement of the conventional, complex unbalance motors by the inventive Piezoelectric vibratory drive does it possible, the desired excitation frequency immediately and on relatively easy way to generate. The required Vibration energy and noise pollution are reduced. In addition, the conventional vibration method between vibrating table and vibrating table frame arranged vibrating metal bearings that a large part of the Absorb excitation frequency in the embodiment according to the invention omitted. Because the vibration exciter at the same time also serve to support the vibrating table underneath the form there is a free space, for example for the Retracting mold cores or recess bodies into the Form can be used.

liegendes Brett 8' absetzbar. An der Unterseite des rechteckigen
Rütteltisches 8 ist jeweils in den vier Eckbereichen
ein Schwingteil 9 eines piezoelektrischen keramischen
Schwingungserregers 10 befestigt, dessen feststehendes Teil
in bekannter Weise angetrieben.
Above the
Each
If an AC voltage is applied to the
The
Wird der Schwingungserreger 10 ohne Wegübersetzer betrieben,
so entfällt die Hydraulikflüssigkeit in den Zylinderräumen
18, 18' und zwischen den beiden Kolben 17 und 19
besteht eine feste Verbindung. In diesem Fall werden die
Schwingbewegungen des Piezoelements 16 in beiden Richtungen
direkt auf das Schwingteil 9 übertragen. Die Rückholfeder
20 kann entfallen.If the
Fig. 4 of the drawing shows an embodiment of the

13 verbunden.4 was the simplicity

Schwingungsdauer,
Schwingungsweg, Schwingungsrichtung und Anzahl der aktivierten
Schwingungserreger können durch entsprechende, vorwählbare
Computerprogramme in bekannter Weise vom Mikroprozessor
26 aus automatisch gesteuert werden. Soll beispielsweise
gewünschten Weise verändern.5 is a schematic block diagram of a

There is also the possibility to monitor the Vibration behavior to attach sensors to the shape which the vibration data recorded and used for control the vibration generator is passed on to the microprocessor become. This creates a real-time adaptive Control system that is computer-controlled or self-regulating can adapt to the respective operating conditions. The Piezoelectronics can be used both as a sensor and as Serve actuator.
Another embodiment in which the vibration exciter

32 befinden. Die Oberseiten der Auflageleisten 32
bilden dabei die Auflageebene 31 für das Formbrett 8'.To support the form board 8 'there are six support strips 32

When the vibrator drive is switched on, the vibrating bars become

The vibrating device according to the invention according to FIGS. 6 and 7
