Description
Die Schwingmassen und Koppelfederr>sind mittels Spannschrauben und Distanzhülsen so an der starren Halterung, die horizontal, flach zwischen oberer und unterer Koppelfeder eingeordnet ist, miteinander befestigt, daß sie in Abhängigkeit von der Abstimmung, also vom Verhältnis der Eigenfrequenz zur Erregerfrequenz um ein einstellbares Maß vertikal schwingen könnenThe object of the invention is to provide a Impulsvibriereinrichtung whose pulse generators are independent of the static equilibrium position and which allows to compensate dia due to wear and temperature influences occurring deviations from the maximum vibration power during the compression process. According to the invention the object is achieved with a Impulsvibriereinrichtung consisting of a vibrating table, a clamped thereon form and the vibrating table arranged pulse generators. The pulse generators are designed as Koppel.5chwinger, which are attached in pairs, symmetrically to the Achso the vibrating table by means of rigid brackets on Rütteltisch. Each coupling oscillator consists of a lower and an upper oscillating mass and a lower and an upper damped coupling spring, spring number and damping coefficient of the coupling mandrel are adjustable. On the upper side of the upper oscillating mass two inelastic impact bodies are attached. The oscillating masses and Koppelfederr> are by means of clamping screws and spacers so on the rigid support, which is arranged horizontally, flat between the upper and lower coupling f eder attached to each other, that they depend on the vote, ie the ratio of the natural frequency to the excitation frequency by a adjustable amount can swing vertically
Im Betriebszustand arbeitet die erfindungsgemäße Impulsvibriereinrichtung wie folgt: In the operating state, the pulse vibration device according to the invention operates as follows:
During the vibration process, the coupling oscillators are in periodically discontinuous contact with the mold via the baffles, with the periodicity being variable with respect to vibration of the vibrating table given variable phase angles. The control of the spring number of the coupling springs is riurc'i increasing or decreasing their filling pressure. The damping coefficient of each coupling spring is set with attenuators, which are used in the form of throttles in the air line of the coupling springs. The changing as a result of wear odor temperature influences or because of assortment change vibration characteristics is attributed by rnanuellp or automatic change of the spring number of the coupling springs and fixed or even by simultaneous change in the damping coefficient and the spring number to the target value. The phase position can be influenced by the vote of the coupling oscillator in conjunction with the internal damping of the coupling springs, with which the oscillating masses are attached vertically elastic on the vibrating table. The phase shift of the vibrations of the vibrating table and the oscillating masses of the coupling oscillator is determined by the vote, ie by the ratio of the excitation frequency to the natural frequency of the device. With very small damping of the vibrations of the device whose natural frequency depends on the ratio of the coupling spring number to the size of the vibrations. However, the damping must be so great that for the spring number uin controllable useful range results within the different values of the vote clearly reproducible corresponding values of the phase shift angle between zero and one hundred eighty degrees can be assigned. The coupling oscillators are functionally independent of the static equilibrium position of the vibrating table or of the state of compression of the material to be processed. Therefore, the adjustment of the coupling oscillator is limited to such a vote, in which the pulse transmission takes place in the optimal phase position for the compression. The coupling oscillators used to implement the task are according to their design absorber systems, which have been assigned new functions and in contrast to their actual Auigabe amplify vibrations, reshape and regulate.

At the other end of the rigid holder 9, the associated coupling oscillator 3 with clamping screws 10 and spacers 11 is arranged. This side of the rigid holder 9 is arranged flat between two coupling springs 7.8. The coupling oscillator 3 is locked horizontally to the rigid holder 9, but can still vibrate vertically in dependence on the spring number of the coupling mandrel 7.8 by an adjustable amount. The distance between the coupling oscillator 3> ur Form 2 is chosen so that the inelastic impact body 6 are in periodically interrupted contact with the mold 2 in the operating state. The rest distance of the baffle 6 from the bottom of the mold 2 can be varied by means of Koppelftdem 7.8. The rest distance can be equal to zero, the baffles 6 can also rest with biasing force. The damping coefficient of the coupling spring η 7,8 is set with attenuators, which are inserted into the air supply line of the coupling springs 7,8 and designed as throttles.
