  • cutting the teeth of the entire mechanism can be obtained by generation. This allows to realize finer teeth than by cutting. Cutting per generation is more precise than cutting, as well from the point of view of the regularity of the profile of the teeth that of wheel diameter. It also gives a better state of tooth surface. Manufacturing tolerances can therefore be reduced, thereby increasing the range in which the reversing system can work properly.
  • Blind spots when changing direction of rotation of the automatic winding weight 1, 2 are directly those of the planet gears and can be adjusted in particular by the pitch chosen for the teeth, or by the number of satellites 11, 12 working with inverters 7 and 8.

Claims (7)

  1. Uhr mit Aufzugautomatik, eine Schwungmasse für die Aufzugautomatik (1, 2), die einen zentralen Teil (2) aufweist, der von Laufringen (3a, 3b) eines Kugellagers (3) umgeben ist, von denen einer (3a) fest mit dem zentralen Teil (2), der andere (3b) mit Mitteln zur Positionierung und lösbaren Befestigung (5 - 5e) am Werkgestell (6) der Uhr verbunden ist, ein Untersetzungsgetriebe (15 - 18), um diese Masse für die Aufzugautomatik (1, 2) mit einer Federwelle (19) zu verbinden, und eine Umsteuervorrichtung (7 - 12) umfassend, um die zweiseitig gerichtete Drehbewegung der Masse für die Aufzugautomatik (1, 2) in eine einseitig gerichtete Drehbewegung umzuformen, die an die Federwelle (19) übertragen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten beiden Ritzel (7, 8) der Umsteuervorrichtung konzentrisch zu dem zentralen Teil (2) frei drehbar sind, wobei jedes dieser ersten Ritzel (7, 8) mit einem Planetenrad (11, 12) im Eingriff steht, dessen Drehachse fest mit dem zentralen Teil (2) verbunden ist und dessen Verzahnung so ausgebildet ist, dass sie nur einseitig gerichtete Drehungen der ersten Ritzel (7, 8) in zwei entgegengesetzten Richtungen zulässt und diese ersten Ritzel in den anderen, umgekehrten Drehrichtungen mit dem zentralen Teil (2) kraftschlüssig macht, wobei diese ersten Ritzel (7, 8) fest mit zwei entsprechenden zweiten Ritzeln (10, 9) verbunden sind, die mit zwei entsprechenden Laufrädern (15, 16) des Getriebes im Eingriff stehen, deren Drehrichtungen einander entgegengesetzt sind.
  2. Uhr nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zentrale Teil (2) der Masse für die Aufzugautomatik einen rohrförmigen Abschnitt (2d) umfasst, dessen Innenseite als Lauffläche für eines der ersten Ritzel (7) der Umsteuervorrichtung dient und dessen Aussenseite als Lauffläche für das andere der ersten Ritzel (8) dieser Umsteuervorrichtung dient.
  3. Uhr nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dasjenige der ersten Ritzel (7), das drehbar im Inneren des rohrförmigen Abschnitts (2d) des zentralen Teils (2) montiert ist, zwei gezahnte Organe (7, 10) umfasst, die fest mit den beiden entsprechenden Enden eines Organs (7a) verbunden sind, das drehbar im Inneren des rohrförmigen Abschnitts (2d) montiert ist, wobei eines dieser gezahnten Organe (10) als axialer Anschlag für das zweite der ersten Ritzel (8) dient, das um diesen rohrförmigen Abschnitt (2d) drehbar montiert ist.
  4. Uhr nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gezahnten Organe (7, 10) des ersten, drehbar im Inneren des rohrförmigen Abschnitts (2d) montierten Ritzels fest mit zwei entsprechenden, komplementären Aussengewinden verbunden sind, die dazu dienen, sie durch gegenseitige Verschraubung fest miteinander zu verbinden.
  5. Uhr nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zentrale Teil (2) der Masse für die Aufzugautomatik einen ringförmigen Vorsprung (2b) aufweist und dass ihr äusserer Teil (1) eine Öffnung (1a) aufweist, die an diesen ringförmigen Vorsprung (2b) angepasst ist, wobei sich die gegenseitige Befestigung dieser beiden Teile (1, 2) aus einer zentripetalen Verformung des ringförmigen Vorsprungs (2b) ergibt und der Abschnitt dieses äusseren Teils (1), der diesen ringförmigen Vorsprung (2a, 2b) umgibt, die Laufringe (3a, 3b) des Kugellagers (3) überdeckt.
  6. Uhr nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der ersten Ritzel (7, 8) sich im Eingriff mit einem Satellitenrad (11, 12) befindet, dessen Verzahnung so ausgebildet ist, dass sie seine Drehung mit seinem ersten Ritzel (7 bzw. 8) nur in einer Richtung zulässt und dass eine der Umsteuervorrichtungen, die durch ein erstes Ritzel und sein Satellitenrad (7, 11) gebildet wird, spiegelsymmetrisch zur anderen der Umsteuervorrichtungen (8, 12) auf den zentralen Teil (2) montiert ist, so dass ihre jeweiligen Drehrichtungen um die gemeinsame Drehachse einander entgegengesetzt sind.
  7. Uhr gemäss einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Positionierung des Laufrings (3b) zwei komplementäre zylindrische Zentrierflächen (5e, 6a) umfassen und dass die Mittel zur Befestigung zumindest zwei Laschen (5a, 5b) umfassen, die sich an der Aussenseite dieser zylindrischen Zentrierflächen (5e, 6a) erstrecken und mit Öffnungen (5c, 5d) für Befestigungsschrauben versehen sind.
