Abstract
Description
According to the invention, this is the state of the art
thought that can be found throughout, leave the refrigerant
from the upper area of the interior of the housing
dissipate. This thought seemed before the present one
Invention to be mandatory because yes in the lower
Area of the interior of the housing liquid refrigerant
stands, which must evaporate upwards. Also the necessity
that which collects in the area of the housing near the floor
Carry oil with an upward flow
and thus had to lead out of the accumulator
contrary to the inventive idea. With the present
Invention is recognized that a first up
rising, coming from the bottom of the housing
Refrigerant flow is definitely not an option
opposes this refrigerant flow ultimately
to be carried out on the lower end of the housing.
For this, as stated in
In general, it is harmless if inlet and outlet a slight parallel displacement of their axes exhibit; even then is the assembly of the accumulator into an essentially straight refrigerant pipe still possible without any problems. Is particularly cheap but it goes without saying if inlet and outlet are to each other are coaxial.
In terms of production technology, that configuration is the Invention particularly advantageous in which the third Area of conduction from a first pipe, which itself subsequent second area of the line from the gap between the first tube and a second, the first Pipe coaxial surrounding pipe and the first area of the Line from the space between the second pipe and a third tube coaxially surrounding the second tube is formed. These three tubes can thus be interlocked be made that two in the direction of flow successive "siphon-like" flow reversals surrender. Real pipe bends that are relatively expensive are not necessary in this case.
Not only in terms of manufacturing but also in terms of assembly technology it is favorable if the first pipe, the third pipe and connecting these two pipes at the bottom, bottom containing the hole as a one-piece insert are trained. This can be inexpensively used as a molded plastic part be produced, so needs from the individual components not to be assembled together.
This principle can be continued by the fact that to the outer tube of the insert a container for the Desiccant is molded.
In a corresponding manner, it can be recommended that the second tube and one molded onto one end of this tube Guide device on which at least one reversal the direction of flow of the refrigerant takes place, are combined in one piece into a second insert.
An embodiment of the invention is as follows explained in more detail with reference to the drawing; the only figure shows an axial section through an accumulator for an air conditioning system operating on the "orifice" principle.
The accumulator shown in the drawing includes
a cup-
In the
9.A
16 bzw. 17 eingefügt.On the outer surface of the
The radially outer wall of the
ersten Einsatz 6 in folgender Weise verschachtelt:A
Einsatz 6 zentriert.A
Rand des inneren Rohres 7 des ersten Einsatzes 6.At the upper end of the one belonging to the
Der oben beschriebene Akkumulator arbeitet wie folgt:The accumulator described above works as follows:
Vom Verdampfer kommendes Kältemittel wird dem Innenraum
des Gehäuses 1 über den Einlaß 5 zugeführt. Soweit in
Refrigerant coming from the evaporator becomes the interior
of the
As can be seen very well in the only figure, can the accumulator described simply in a straight, from bottom to top Refrigerant pipe can be used without the latter additional angles or other deflections are available should be.
