Claims (12)
- Türschließer (1) mit einem länglichen, einstückig ausgebildeten Körper (2),der eine zu einer Unterseite (4) parallel angeordnete obere Fläche (3), zwei gegenüberliegende die Unterseite (4) und die obere Fläche (3) verbindende Seitenflächen (5, 6) und zwei den Körper (2) in Längserstreckung begrenzende Stirnseiten (7, 8) aufweist,der an der Unterseite (4) in Längserstreckung von den Stirnseiten (7, 8) abstehende Montageplatten (9, 10) aufweist undwobei an beiden Seitenflächen (5, 6) eine Welle (22) drehbar gelagert und an ein Gestänge anschließbar ist,die Seitenflächen (5, 6) gekrümmt und/oder schräg aufeinander zulaufen, beginnend an der Unterseite (4) und endend an der oberen Fläche (3), die Welle (22) mittig zwischen der Unterseite (4) und der oberen Fläche (3) in Lagerblöcken (11, 12) angeordnet ist, wobei die Lagerblöcke (11, 12) massiv und einstückig an dem Körper (2) ausgebildet sind, indem die Dicke der Seitenflächen (5, 6) an der Außenseite von der übrigen Oberfläche bis zu von der Unterseite (4) aufsteigenden Frontflächen (13, 14) verstärkt wird.
- Türschließer (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenflächen (5, 6) unterschiedlich schräg und/oder gekrümmt verlaufen.
- Türschließer (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenflächen (5, 6) parabelförmig verlaufen.
- Türschließer (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Fläche (3) zumindest teilweise gewölbt verläuft.
- Türschließer (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerblöcke (11, 12) die Form ihrer Frontflächen (13, 14) aufweisen.
- Türschließer (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Frontflächen (13, 14) senkrecht zur Unterseite (4) orientiert sind.
- Türschließer (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Frontflächen (13, 14) trapezförmig oder U-förmig ausgebildet sind.
- Türschließer (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerblöcke (11, 12) die Oberseite (3) nicht überragen.
- Türschließer (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Unterseite (4) Bohrungen (19, 20) eingelassen sind.
- Türschließer (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (2) aus Gussmaterial in nicht massiver Weise gefertigt ist.
- Türschließer (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (22) einseitig in einer Lagerschale (33) drehbar gelagert ist und die Lagerschale (33) in einer Achsbohrung (27) unter elastischer Auslenkung des Körpers (2) einführbar und nach dessen Rückfederung befestigbar ist.
- Türschließer nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (22) zumindest bereichsweise einen größeren Durchmesser aufweist als die Achsbohrung (27).
