  • the horizontal movement of the pressure assembly parallel to the conveyor 8 is controlled by a pneumatic piston 157.

This sliding takes place in the opposite direction to the direction of travel of the logs, in order to move the cut piece 12'' of log in the direction of the arrow F3 ( Figure 4d). In this manner the cutting band 1 is allowed to rise again in the direction of the arrow F4 without interfering with the log of paper.
  • This horizontal movement of the pressure roller 152 is synchronized with the motor of the conveyor 8 that controls a withdrawal of the pusher arms 11 of the same entity.

Claims (8)

  1. Scie à ruban pour couper des rouleaux ou des rondins (12) de matériau à toile tel que le papier ou similaire, comprenant un dispositif de coupe (200) auquel lesdits rondins (12) sont fournis au moyen d'un transporteur (300), le dispositif de coupe (200) comprenant une paire de couronnes aériennes (3, 4), sur lesquelles coulisse un ruban de coupe (1) qui peut être mis en engagement avec ledit rondin (12), lesdites couronnes aériennes (3, 4) étant soutenues par une structure (15) qui peut coulisser substantiellement dans le sens vertical, avec un mouvement de réciproque de haut en bas et vice-versa dans une direction à angles droits vers l'axe du rondin (12) devant être coupé, caractérisée en ce que l'axe desdites couronnes aériennes (3, 4) est incliné par rapport à la direction de coulissement de ladite structure (15), la découpe du rondin étant réalisée avec le bras du ruban (1) placé dans la position la plus avancée et en ce que ledit transporteur (300) possède une alimentation à sens unique vers ledit dispositif de coupe (200), le ruban de coupe (1) étant placé dans l'espace occupé dans une vue de plan par ledit transporteur (300).
  2. Scie à ruban selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que des cylindres de guidage de lame (19) sont pourvus sur ledit bras du ruban (1) qui réalise la coupe de façon à placer la partie plane du ruban (1) dans une position perpendiculaire par rapport à l'axe du rondin (11) et à éviter que le ruban (1) ne fléchisse pendant la coupe.
  3. Scie à ruban selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdites couronnes aériennes (3, 4) ont une inclinaison telle que le bras du ruban (1) n'étant pas concerné par la coupe n'interfère pas avec le rondin (11).
  4. Scie à ruban selon une revendication quelconque parmi les revendications susmentionnées, caractérisée en ce que des dispositifs d'affûtage du ruban (20) sont pourvus sur ladite structure (15) sur le côté du ruban (1) n'étant pas concerné par la coupe, de manière à affûter le ruban (1) même pendant la période de temps où il est intéressé par la coupe.
  5. Scie à ruban selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un système à vis (21) et à écrou (22) est pourvu pour la translation dans le sens vertical de ladite structure (15).
  6. Scie à ruban selon une revendication quelconque parmi les revendications susmentionnées, caractérisée en ce que ledit transporteur (300) comprend un transporteur horizontal (8) qui s'enroule autour de deux couronnes (9, 10) d'extrémité dont au moins une est motorisée pour permettre un mouvement continu du transporteur (8).
  7. Scie à ruban selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce qu'un dispositif de verrouillage (150) est pourvu pour maintenir le rondin (12) bloqué sur le transporteur (8) pendant la coupe, comprenant deux rouleaux de pression (151, 152) espacés l'un de l'autre par une distance (15) de façon à permettre le passage du ruban de coupe (1).
  8. Scie à ruban selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un (152) desdits rouleaux de pression peut coulisser dans le sens horizontal, pour commander un léger retrait du rondin après la coupe du rondin et permettre au ruban de coupe (1) de monter de nouveau.
