Claims (7)
- Treibladungsanzünder für patronierte Munition mit einem Anzündrohr (4), in dem sich eine Übertragungsladung (5) befindet, mit den Merkmalen:a) das Anzündrohr (4) umfaßt ein Anzündöffnungen (9) aufweisendes Mantelrohr (8) und ein zum Schutz der Übertragungsladung (5) gegen äußere Umgebungseinflüsse in dem Mantelrohr (8) angeordnetes dünnwandiges Schutzrohr (10), dessen Außenwand bündig an der Innenwand des Mantelrohres (8) anliegt und die Anzündöffnungen (9) verdeckt,b) das Schutzrohr (10) besteht aus mindestens einer Folie aus Kunststoff mit einer Wandstärke zwischen 0, 1 und 0,8 mm, wobei die Folie durch Einkleben in das Mantelrohr (8) eingebracht oder durch ein Extrudierverfahren in dem Mantelrohr (8) hergestellt ist.
- Treibladungsanzünder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schutzrohr (10) aus einer Blasfolie besteht.
- Treibladungsanzünder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schutzrohr (10) aus zwei Kunststoffolien besteht, wobei es sich bei der ersten Folie um eine Klebfolie und bei der zweiten Folie um eine Blasfolie handelt.
- Treibladungsanzünder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schutzrohr (10) aus einem durch Rotationsformen hergestellten Kunststoffrohr besteht.
- Treibladungsanzünder nach Anspruch 2 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das durch Blas- oder Rotationsformen hergestellte Kunststoffrohr aus Polypropylen (PP) oder Polyethylen (PE) besteht.
- Treibladungsanzünder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schutzrohr (10) eine Wandstärke zwischen 0,15 und 0,6 mm aufweist.
- Treibladungsanzünder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schutzrohr (10) vor den Anzündöffnungen (9) mit Sollbruchstellen versehen ist.
