Definitions
- the invention relates to a lifting system for wastewater.
- the use of sewage lifting equipment is always required when wastewater incurred below the backflow level of the sewer system, for example, in a basement room, and when there is no natural gradient from the point of origin to the channel system.
- This known lifting system has an insert body, which consists of two parts connected together by flanges and forms a main channel and a side channel arranged above this, wherein the insert body can be inserted between two flanges of a correspondingly formed drainage line.
- a housing projection is formed, which serves to receive a pump.
- a backflow flap are arranged both in the secondary channel and in the main channel.
- the known lifting system has a number of disadvantages.
- the arrangement of the back pressure flaps in the parting plane of the two parts of the insert body makes it extremely difficult to clean the backflow flaps and the corresponding seats of the backflow flaps, which is required in particular when using the lifting system for faecal wastewaters at regular intervals.
- Another disadvantage is that the plurality of relatively complicated flange surfaces makes it difficult to seal the entire lifting system.
- the invention has for its object to solve the problems raised by the disadvantages of the prior art technical problems.
- the sewage lifting plant according to the invention has a main body which has at least one inlet and at least one outlet and in which a sewage pump is arranged and two separate flow channels are defined.
- a first flow channel is a forced drainage channel, through which the water is guided in the event of backwater in the sewer system via the activated wastewater pump is
- the second flow channel is a spillway through which the wastewater can flow freely when there is no backwater in the sewer system.
- the lifting station according to the invention for wastewater also has two backflow flaps, wherein in the event of backflow a first backflow flap closes the forced drainage channel and the second backflow flap closes off the drainage channel. Both backwater valves are mounted in a Einschiebeteil, which can be removed as a whole from the body.
- the first backflow flap is arranged substantially vertically above the second backflow flap.
- the insertion part can be made particularly simple.
- the second backflow flap can be manually or motored brought into its closed position and fixed therein via a forced operation. In case of prolonged absence, a house can be reliably secured against backwater. If water is generated by the house during this time, it will be forcibly disposed of by the pump.
- the main body can be designed as a revision shaft into which an insert element can be inserted.
- a revision shaft can be part of an existing sewage system and is usually used in the continuous pipe string of a house, for example in the basement sole.
- the inspection shaft usually has a top cover and a cap. After removing the cover and the cap, the inspection shaft ensures access to the pipe string, for example for the purpose of cleaning.
- This advantageous embodiment of the lifting plant according to the invention for wastewater makes it possible to provide an existing sewage system without lifting system with a lifting system without structural measures, in particular a destruction of the basement floor and the pipes are required.
- the convertibility of the conventional sewage system without lifting system on a sewage system with lifting system without any structural measures is a significant advantage from a cost and time perspective.
- the sealing of the insert part in the base body can be effected by a circumferential sealing device and in the ready-assembled state of the lifting system, the insert part are fixed by the insert element in the body.
- the insert element preferably has substantially the shape of a lid suitable for closing the base body.
- the insert element can be easily exchanged for the cap of an existing inspection shaft, thus extending this already existing inspection shaft without any structural measures to the function of a lifting system with backflow protection.
- the wastewater pump is preferably arranged in a pump housing integrated in the cover, the pump housing having a pump suction opening and a pump outlet opening.
- the pump housing having a pump suction opening and a pump outlet opening.
- the sealing seat between the outlet opening of the pump housing and the insertion part in the region of the first backflow flap by a spherical or conical contact surface takes place.
- a spherical or conical contact surface takes place.
- the lifting system according to the invention is preferably provided with a device for chopping coarse materials, so that they can be used in addition to the use of faeces-free wastewater for the use of faecal wastewater.
- the lifting system according to the invention also has a device for detecting the water level in the body, so that the operation of the sewage pump can be controlled in dependence on the height of the water level.
- a main body 1 has an inlet 2 and a drain 3.
- the body can be an existing, for example, in the basement floor of a residential building built inspection shaft, which is connected with its inlet 2 and its outlet 3 to the pipe string of the sewer system of a residential building.
- the base body 1 is provided at its upper edge with a sealing device, not shown, and can be closed by a closure lid, not shown.
- an insert element 10 is placed on the base body 1.
- a circumferential sealing groove 11 is formed, which receives the upper region of the peripheral edge of the base body 1 when the insert element 10 is placed on the base body 1.
- a sealing device not shown, for example, a correspondingly shaped rubber ring may be provided.
- a pump housing 12 is integrated into the insert element 10.
- reinforcing ribs 13 are provided to give the insert 10 sufficient strength.
- a wastewater pump 20 is arranged in the pump housing 12.
- the sewage pump 20 draws in via a pump suction 21 waste water, which exits through a pump outlet opening 22 from the pump housing 12.
- the wastewater pump 20 may have a chopper system for coarse materials.
- a push-in part 30 has a first backflow flap 31 and a second backflow flap 32. Both backflow flaps 31, 32 are freely pivotally mounted in the insertion part 30, wherein the backflow flaps 31, 32 in the ready mounted state of the lifting system without the effect of other external forces due to gravity in a closed state in which the first check valve 31 loosely on a first Ragstauklappensitz 33 and the second back pressure flap 32 loosely against a second remindstauklappensitz 34.
- the two backflow flaps 31, 32 are arranged substantially vertically one above the other and a subsequent to the first Ragstauklappensitz 33 line section 35, preferably via a spherical or conical contact surface, at the pump outlet opening 22 at.
- the second backflow flap 32 has two closing webs 36, by means of which, in conjunction with a locking element 37, the second backflow flap 32 can be forcibly brought into a closed position and fixed therein.
- the actuation of the locking element 37 can be actuated by a hand lever 38 arranged on the outside of the insert element 10 or, in an embodiment not shown, by a motorized, in particular electromotive device.
- the push-in part 30 is provided with a peripheral sealing device, which effects a seal with respect to the insert element 10 and the main body 1 when the lifting device is ready for operation.
- a sealing device known means such as web groove joints and sealing lips made of rubber or other elastic materials can be used.
- the insert element 10 is formed on its underside so that the insertion part 30 can be plugged together with the insert part 10, as shown in the illustration of FIG.
- the connection between the insertion part 30 and the insert element 10 is designed so that the insertion part 30 in fully assembled Condition is fixed in its position shown in FIG. 1 in the base body 1.
- the fixation of the insertion part 30 in the base body 1 can be supported by abutment of the insertion part 30 to a shoulder 4 of the base body 1, as shown in Fig. 1.
- a conventional pipe string for example, in the basement of a residential building, has a revision shaft according to the base body 1 with an inlet 2 and a drain 3, wherein the inspection shaft is sealed by a removable closure lid.
- the conventional cap is removed and the conventional inspection shaft retrofitted by placing the insert element 10 together with the insertion part 30 to a lifting plant for wastewater.
- the retrofitting requires only the replacement of the conventional cap against the insert member 10 together with the Einschiebeteil 30 and the connection to a power grid. Due to the structural design of the insert member 10 and the insertion part 30 changes to serving as the base body 1 inspection shaft are not required.
- the insertion part 30 can first be inserted into the inspection shaft or main body 1 and then the insert element 10 can be placed on the inspection shaft or base body 1 and the insertion part 30. After attachment of the insert element 10 on the inspection shaft or base body 1, for example, by brackets or, as shown in the figures, by screw a sewage lifting system with two backwater valves available.
- a first flow channel constitutes a forced drainage channel. This flow channel extends from the pump suction opening 21 through the wastewater pump 20 via the pump outlet opening 22 and the line section 35 to the first backflow flap 31.
- the second flow channel constitutes a drainage channel and extends below the pump suction opening 21 along the floor of the basic body 1 up to the second backflow flap 32.
- the second backflow valve 32 is opened by the effluent waste water to the required extent and the sewage pump 20 is out of service , The wastewater thus flows through the second flow channel.
- the water level rises within the main body 1.
- a device for detecting the water level in the body for example a probe or a pressure sensor.
- the device for detecting the water level emits a signal to a control device (not shown) and in response thereto sets the Control device the sewage pump 20 in operation.
- the sewage pump 20 draws in via the pump suction 21 waste water, which is conveyed along the first flow channel to the first back pressure flap 31 and this opens against the back pressure. This causes a forced drainage despite backflow.
- the sewage pump 20 is switched off.
- the wastewater pump 20 As long as the water level within the body 1 exceeds a predetermined limit and the wastewater pump 20 is in operation, optionally between the pump outlet opening 22 and the line section 35 during the pumping process, the wastewater is sucked in again by the waste water pump 20 through the pump suction 21. Also, in the event that due to a leak of the first backwater valve 31 and the second backwater valve 32, for example, by contamination of the valve seat, should accumulate in a backwater leak, the sewage pump 20 together with the above-mentioned control ensures that this leak water is not leads to flooding, as it is pumped back against the backwater.
- the second backwater flap 32 can be forcibly closed by operating the hand lever 38 via the locking member 37 and the closing webs 36. Should occur in this state on the inflow water, this is disposed of via the sewage pump 20.
- the insert element 10 can be removed from the base body 1 and the insertion part 30 can be removed. As a result, a simple maintenance and cleaning of the two backflow valves 31 and 32 is possible.
- the base body 1 after removal of the insert element 10 again fulfills the function of a revision shaft, the free access to this subsequent channel system, in particular for cleaning purposes, allows.
