Claims (8)
- Gleisbaumaschine (1) zur Bearbeitung eines Gleisoberbaus unter Zerstörung einer vor dem Arbeitseinsatz eines Arbeitsaggregates (21) vorhandenen Gleis-Ist-Lage eines Gleises (5) und Bildung einer hinter dem Arbeitsaggregat (21) befindlichen Gleis-Soll-Lage, bestehend aus einem auf Schienenfahrwerken (2) abgestützten und mit dem Arbeitsaggregat (21) verbundenen Maschinenrahmen (6) sowie aus einer Meßpunkte (351-356) sowie eine Meßsehne (36) aufweisenden Abtasteinrichtung (33) zum Abtasten der Gleis-Ist-Lage, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abtasteinrichtung (33) aus zwei in Maschinenlängsrichtung hintereinander angeordneten Tasteinheiten (31,32) gebildet ist, wobei die Distanzierung von wenigstens drei Meßpunkten (351-356) der vorderen bzw. ersten Tasteinheit (31) zueinander identisch ist mit der Distanzierung der Meßpunkte (351-356) der zweiten Tasteinheit (32) zueinander, und daß eine Wegmeß- und Speichereinrichtung (46,47) für eine wegabhängige Wiedergabe eines in einem Meßpunkt (352,353,354) der ersten Tasteinheit (31) gemessenen Meßwertes (x1,x2,x3) bezüglich der Seitenlage des Gleises (5) zur Steuerung eines Meßpunktes (352-354) der zweiten Tasteinheit (32) vorgesehen ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer der Meßpunkte (354) der zweiten Tasteinheit (32) als durch Antriebe (19) relativ zum Maschinenrahmen (6) verstellbares Arbeitsaggregat (21) ausgebildet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Meßsehne (36) der zweiten Tasteinheit (32) als Maschinenrahmen (6) ausgebildet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Tasteinheit (31) aus zwei in Maschinenlängsrichtung hintereinander angeordneten Meßsehnen (36) gebildet ist, die jeweils zwischen einem gemeinsamen Winkel-Meßpunkt (355) und einem endseitigen Meßpunkt (351,356) gespannt sind, und daß ein Winkelmesser (37) zur Erfassung eines bezüglich einer Horizontalebene von beiden Meßsehnen (36) eingeschlossenen Seitenlagewinkels (y) vorgesehen ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Maschinenrahmen (6) aus zwei in Maschinenlängsrichtung hintereinander angeordneten, durch ein Rahmengelenk (8) gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Rahmenteilen (9,10) gebildet ist, und ein Winkelmesser (37) zur Erfassung eines bezüglich einer Horizontalebene von beiden Rahmenteilen (9,10) eingeschlossenen Seitenlagewinkels (γ') vorgesehen ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Meßpunkt (355) der zweiten Tasteinheit (32) durch das Rahmengelenk (8) gebildet ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Meßpunkt (354) der zweiten Tasteinheit (32) ein zur Ablage von Neuschwellen (14) ausgebildetes Arbeitsaggregat (21) vorgesehen ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweiten Tasteinheit (32) zwei Distanzmeßeinrichtungen (41) zur Erfassung eines Abstandes zu einem Nachbargleis (42) zugeordnet sind, wobei die erste Distanzmeßeinrichtung (41) in Arbeitsrichtung vor dem vorderen Rahmenteil (9) und die zweite Distanzmeßeinrichtung (41) im Bereich des Rahmengelenkes (8) mit der Maschine (1) verbunden ist.
