Claims (7)
- Traversée de courant hermétiquement étanche, pour appareil électrique d'extérieur à isolation gazeuse, plus particulièrement destinée à assurer le raccordement d'un conducteur nu à un appareil, logé dans une l'enveloppe métallique dont une paroi (17) est dotée d'une ouverture (16) prévue pour permettre le raccordement d'un élément conducteur (19) de l'appareil à une extrémité d'un élément conducteur (18) axialement logé dans la traversée, caractérisée en ce que cette traversée de courant comporte une pièce de liaison et d'écran (20), métallique et d'allure cylindrique, maintenue coaxiale avec l'élément conducteur (18), par un corps (23) en matériau isolant moulé la recouvrant partiellement et formant un bouchon imperméable au gaz, et en ce que cette pièce de liaison se termine par une partie cylindrique (20A), saillant hors du corps, par l'intermédiaire de l'extrémité de laquelle cette pièce se soude en périphérie d'ouverture (16).
- Traversée de courant, selon la revendication 1, où la pièce de liaison et d'écran comporte une première partie cylindrique de révolution (20A) dont le diamètre correspond à celui d'une ouverture (16), pour élément conducteur de raccordement d'appareil, en périphérie de laquelle elle vient se souder, où cette première partie cylindrique se prolongeant, sous la forme d'un écran de contrôle de champ électrique, par une partie (20B) de diamètre progressivement décroissant, située à l'opposé de l'extrémité de la première partie cylindrique par laquelle la pièce se soude et prolongée elle-même par une seconde partie cylindrique (20C) qui a un diamètre compris entre celui de la première partie cylindrique de révolution (20A) soudée et celui de l'élément conducteur (18) de la traversée et où la seconde partie cylindrique se termine par une partie évasée (20D).
- Traversée de courant, selon l'une des revendications, 1, 2, dans laquelle le corps (23) est un corps monobloc, d'allure tubulaire, réalisé par moulage autour de l'élément conducteur (18) de la traversée qu'il recouvre, sauf aux extrémités, en formant un noyau de logement (23A), pour cet élément, ce corps comportant des ailettes de déviation de ligne de fuite (23C) et englobant la pièce de liaison et d'écran, à l'exception de la partie (20A) par laquelle cette pièce se soude, pour prolonger le noyau par une partie formant cône de répartition de champ électrique.
- Traversée de courant, selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle le diamètre hors tout du corps (23) est au plus égal à celui de la partie (20A) la plus large de la pièce de liaison et d'écran qui se trouve à l'extrémité de soudage de cette pièce, pour permettre le montage et le démontage d'au moins un transformateur torique de courant de diamètre correspondant sur cette partie la plus large.
- Traversée de courant, selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans laquelle le corps, en matériau isolant est réalisé en un élastomère dur, imperméable au gaz et à forte tenue en atmosphère extérieure.
- Traversée de courant, selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans laquelle le corps, en matériau isolant est réalisé en une résine, imperméable au gaz et à forte tenue en atmosphère extérieure qui est surmoulée sur la pièce de liaison et d'écran recouverte à ce niveau par une couche d'étanchéité en matériau élastomère.
- Traversée de courant, selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans laquelle la pièce de liaison et d'écran est une pièce en acier inoxydable.
