Definitions
- the present invention relates to a device for a heating system with a low loss header Decoupling of a primary heating circuit from secondary heating circuits and with a heating circuit distributor for the secondary circuits.
- the heating circuit distributor is often preceded by a low loss header.
- the hydraulic switch separates the primary circuit of the boiler from the secondary circuits and ensures that all secondary circuits each the required amount of heating water at a constant temperature is fed.
- the temperature in the secondary circuits is true lower than the temperature of the heating water at the boiler flow, but this is at modern low-temperature heating systems not disadvantageous.
- Heating circuit distributor and hydraulic separator separate components, each for the same or two manufactured by various manufacturers and manufactured by Heating installers can be installed. In doing so at the location of the heating system the heating circuit distributor and the hydraulic switch for itself on a wall or a Carrier arrangement attached and then together as well as with the other parts of the heating system suitable non-flexible or flexible pipe elements connected. This completes the installation and subsequent Attaching a legally required Thermal insulation is obviously complex and corresponding expensive.
- the problem is solved according to the invention in that the device made of hydraulic switch and heating circuit distributor with switch housing and distributor housing and all between the two flow connections as a prefabricated integrated unit is executed and only one flow connector on the switch side and a return pipe to connect with at least one heat generator provided in the primary circuit and only two or more each on the distributor side Flow connections and return connections for connection with heat consumers provided in the secondary circuit having.
- the integrated design advantageously leads to the fact that Considerable number of line connections to be made on site is reduced. This also increases the risk of Errors and the resulting leaks during manufacture the corresponding line connections are reduced, because it is usually automated in prefabrication and therefore work with high quality can be worked manually during an on-site installation must be, often with limited space are present, the work, especially welding or soldering work.
- the attachment the integrated unit easier because now only nor the one unit on a wall or a support device has to be attached, whereas earlier two separate components had to be kept for themselves.
- Another The advantage is that a certain one is already in advance low loss header with a specific heating circuit distributor assembled into the integrated unit can be, the two parts thermally are optimally coordinated.
- a first development of the device according to the invention provides that the switch housing is aligned vertically is that the heating circuit distributor is a combined Flow and return manifolds with a single horizontal aligned, inside the flow and return areas is divided housing and that the two housing perpendicular to each other immediately and / or firmly with each other via at least one rigid piece of pipe connected, preferably welded.
- the single ones Parts of the facility remain in this configuration their usual and local installer known arrangement and orientation, so that on the The installer does not need to make any changes here is, but continues to work in the usual way can be.
- An alternative embodiment of the device according to the invention provides that the switch housing is aligned vertically is that the heating circuit distributor is a combined Flow and return manifolds with a single vertical aligned, inside the flow and return areas is divided housing and that the two housing adjacent to each other running parallel to each other directly connected to each other, preferably are welded.
- the switch housing is aligned vertically is that the heating circuit distributor is a combined Flow and return manifolds with a single vertical aligned, inside the flow and return areas is divided housing and that the two housing adjacent to each other running parallel to each other directly connected to each other, preferably are welded.
- Another contribution to achieving low manufacturing costs in manufacturing the facility is that at least the flow connection from the hydraulic Switch to the flow area of the heating circuit distributor by simply breaking through an area in which the two housings are in direct contact with each other, is formed.
- the flow connector on a higher level opens into the switch housing than the flow connection between the hydraulic switch and the flow area of the heating circuit distributor and that above the mouth of the flow connector in the switch housing a gas plenum with a vent and / or valve is provided.
- the device can be used at the same time take over the function of an air separator, whereby a corresponding component in the heating system no longer has to be provided separately.
- the heating water flow rate is relatively low and therefore the flow is absolute Laminar, effective ventilation or degassing guaranteed. Functional impairments of the Heating system by air or in the heating water This avoids gas bubbles.
- Heating water free of air or gas bubbles is particularly important with modern ones Heating systems with condensing boiler and electronically regulated circulation pump important.
- Heat exchangers in condensing boilers have to achieve high efficiency usually very many flow paths, each with a very small one Flow cross-section, in which an air bubble to do so can lead to one or more flow paths not more of the heating water will flow, causing harm local overheating of the heat exchanger up to can cause a burn.
- electronically controlled Circulation pumps are sensitive, especially with a shortened lifespan, on air or steam bubbles in the pumped heating water.
- the return nozzle on at a higher level opens into the switch housing than the flow connection between the return area the heating circuit distributor and the low loss header and that below the mouth of the return pipe in the switch housing a mud collecting room with a Blowdown connector and / or valve is provided.
- Flow rate of the heating water is low and the flow is laminar, can occur in the return water Dirt and dirt carried along from the heating circuits Mud in the deepest part of the hydraulic switch deposit and collect the forming sludge collection chamber without that there is a risk that the mud will pass from here Whirling gets back into the water cycle.
- the dirt-sensitive circulation pump is raised Wear caused by dirt carried in the heating water and mud are protected and there are condensing boilers Blockages in the narrow flow paths mentioned above in the Avoided heat exchangers.
- This property can also the device according to the invention in many cases a separate water filter inside the heating system be saved. Draining the accumulated Sludge can easily become regular Maintenance of the heating system, e.g. by briefly opening one that serves as a drain valve Ball valve.
- the flow cross section the switch housing is four to ten times as large as the flow cross section of the flow connector and the Return pipe.
- the switch housing and the distributor housing with measured in the horizontal direction of the same depth are. It also creates a harmonious visual impression the establishment achieved.
- the connecting line forming the flow connection through one with that of the heating circuit distributor facing side of the low loss header, preferably welded, rectangular tube or U-profile is formed, the interior of which is above an opening with the return area of the heating circuit distributor and below another breakthrough with the lower one Hydraulic switch area in flow connection stands.
- At least the two housings form-fitting, two-part or multi-part heat insulation body includes.
- FIG. 1 of the drawing shows, this is here illustrated embodiment of the device 1 a hydraulic switch provided in the left part 2 and a heating circuit distributor arranged to the right of it 3, switch 2 and distributor 3 an integrated unit form.
- a reversed version can of course, can also be made to different to take local conditions into account.
- the hydraulic switch 2 is in the vertical direction running switch housing 20 executed can be formed by a rectangular tube made of steel. Of left opens into the upper area of the switch 2 flow connector 21 to be connected to a boiler, can be introduced into the switch 2 through the hot heating water is. Near the lower end of the switch 2 opens from this out a return pipe 22, which also with the Connect the boiler and the cool return water is feasible to the boiler.
- the inside of the hydraulic switch 2 is completely free of internals; in addition, the flow cross section of the switch is 2 ⁇ m several times larger than the flow cross section of Flow connector 21 and return connector 22, so that inside the switch 2 relatively low flow rates and laminar flow conditions in the heating water guaranteed are.
- FIG. 1 On its right side in FIG. 1 is the present one Embodiment of the device 1 the housing 20 of the hydraulic switch 2 with a housing 30 the heating circuit distributor 3 directly and firmly connected, preferably welded.
- the housing 30 also exists from a rectangular tube, but here what is in Figure 1 is not visible, the interior in a lead area and a return area is divided. This will be explained in the description of Figure 2.
- the direct connection between the junction box 30 and the switch housing 20 is at an altitude, which is slightly lower than the confluence of the flow connector 21.
- the return range of the Heating circuit distributor 3 via a flow connection 24, here a rigid pipe with a 90 ° bend, with the lower one Area of the hydraulic switch 2 connected.
- the flow connection 24 in the switch 2 in one Altitude which differs from the altitude of the mouth of the return pipe 22 differs.
- the difference in height is at least as large as the diameter of the return nozzle 22, here the confluence of the Flow connection 24 over the mouth of the return port 22 lies.
- the lower The end area of the low loss header 2 is a sludge collecting area 27 trained in which the sinking Dirt and sludge particles from the returning heating water settle and collect and if necessary the accumulated sludge via a sludge connection 27 ' can be deducted.
- the upper end portion of the housing 20 of the hydraulic Switch 2 serves as a gas collecting space 25, from which, if necessary Gas accumulated there via a vent connection 25 'deducted if necessary or via an automatic Bleed valve to be drained automatically can.
- One attached to the upper end face of the housing 20 Connection piece 26 is used for recording if necessary of a sensor for a temperature measurement.
- connection piece 35 is provided, the also for the inclusion of a sensor for a temperature measurement is used.
- a sensor for a temperature measurement can be used either in the connecting piece 26 in the primary circuit or arranged in the connecting piece 35 in the secondary circuit become.
- the connector that is not required 26, 35 is closed by a stopper.
- a heating system belonging to device 1 does not flow over the flow connector 21 in one boiler shown, e.g. a condensing boiler, heated Water in the upper part of the hydraulic Switch 2.
- heated Water flows through the Opening 23 in the flow area of the heating circuit distributor 3 and is distributed from there to the flow connections 33 in order to different radiators or others Heaters such as underfloor heating or wall heating.
- Heaters such as underfloor heating or wall heating.
- From the heaters returning cooled heating water arrives through the return connections 32 into the return area of the heating circuit distributor 3 and collected from there through the pipe 24 into the lower area of the hydraulic Turnout 2.
- From the bottom of the hydraulic Switch 2 becomes the cool heating water through the return pipe 22 to reheat the boiler again fed.
- the amount of water is greater than the maximum heating water flow of the boiler, part of the return water flows corresponding to those shown in dashed lines Arrows from the lower area of the low loss header 2 up and there through the opening 23 back in the flow area of the heating circuit distributor 3, whereby due to the water mixture compared to the boiler flow set a slightly lower temperature level.
- this lower temperature level is for heating purposes still high enough to reduce performance of the heating devices does not occur. To this This ensures that all heating circuits Sufficient water and temperature are available stands without an equally high water throughput is required by the boiler.
- Figure 1a shows an enlarged view of that in Figure 1 circled connection area Y - Y between switch housing 20 and distributor housing 30, here the two housings 20, 30 are welded together. From Inside the distributor housing 30 is the lead area 31 visible, in which the heated heating water according to the continuous flow arrow in Figure 1 flows. If necessary, cooler flows from below Return water additionally in the flow area 31, such as is indicated by the dashed arrow in Figure 1.
- FIG. 2 of the drawing shows the device 1 from FIG 1 in plan view, the heating circuit distributor 3 via a much of its length in broken away representation is shown to make its interior visible.
- the housing 20 of the hydraulic switch 2 extends the housing 30 of the heating circuit distributor 3 to the right, wherein Figure 2 makes it particularly clear that the housing 20, 30 with the same depth measured in the horizontal direction are executed, which simplifies production.
- the Opening 23 connects the inside of the switch housing 20 with the flow area 31 of the heating circuit distributor 3. Its interior is a partition 30 'in the Forward area 31 and the return area 32 divided. As already known per se, the partition runs here 30 'in the form of an approximate sine wave, which makes it special favorable flow conditions in the area of the transitions to the flow connections 33 and the return connections 34 can be achieved.
- Figure 3 of the drawing shows the same representation like Figure 1, a modified version of the device 1, which differs in construction from unit 1 according to Figure 1 differentiates, but not in the function.
- the difference in construction is that the 3, the flow connection 24 of the return side of the heating circuit distributor 3 to the lower Area of the hydraulic switch 2 integrated with the latter is executed. This is to form the flow connection 24 a cross-sectionally U-shaped profile on the heating circuit distributor 3 side of the hydraulic switch 2 sealed, preferably welded on. With its upper end this pushes the flow connection 24 forming U-profile at the bottom of the heating circuit distributor 3 and is there with its return area in terms of flow via an opening 24 ' connected.
- FIG. 3 makes it particularly clear that in this embodiment the unit 1 achieved a particularly compact design is that takes up little installation space and at the thermal insulation is particularly simple and effective can be.
- Thermal insulation is useful prefabricated for device 1, e.g. in the form of two or more cup-shaped insulation parts attached to Place just placed on the device 1 and must be committed to it.
- FIG 4 shows the device 1 of Figure 3 in the same Representation as Figure 2. Particularly clear here the division of the interior of the heating circuit distributor 3 in the forward area 31 and the return area 32.
- the lead area 31 is above the opening 23 with the upper area of the low loss header 2 in Flow connection; the return area 32 is over the Opening 24 'with the interior of the flow connection 24 forming U-profile connected. That of the soft 2 facing end of the sinusoidal partition 30 ' in the heating circuit distributor 3 meets here approximately in the middle Housing 20 of the switch 2.
- Behind, i.e. in the drawing The opening 23 'lies above the partition 30' the upper area of the switch 2 with the lead area 31 of the heating circuit distributor 3 connects.
- the opening 24 ' Before, i.e. in the Drawing under the partition 30 'is the opening 24 'arranged the return area 32 of the heating circuit manifold 3 with the inside of the flow connection 24 forming U-profile connects.

Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a device for a heating system with a low loss header Decoupling of a primary heating circuit from secondary heating circuits and with a heating circuit distributor for the secondary circuits.
Especially in single-family houses and demarcated apartments
have been increasingly condensing boilers for several years
used that both the required heat as
also provide heated service water. Moreover
is a division into modern heating systems
several heating secondary circuits or heating circuits are common,
where the distribution of the heated in the condensing boiler
Heating water to the various heating circuits
a known one, e.g. described in
In the prior art known from practice Heating circuit distributor and hydraulic separator separate components, each for the same or two manufactured by various manufacturers and manufactured by Heating installers can be installed.
Therefore, for the present invention Task, a facility for a heating system to create the kind mentioned above, which the Avoids disadvantages and in particular the installation and the application of thermal insulation simplified and accelerated and thus also cheaper.
The problem is solved according to the invention in that the device made of hydraulic switch and heating circuit distributor with switch housing and distributor housing and all between the two flow connections as a prefabricated integrated unit is executed and only one flow connector on the switch side and a return pipe to connect with at least one heat generator provided in the primary circuit and only two or more each on the distributor side Flow connections and return connections for connection with heat consumers provided in the secondary circuit having.
The integrated design advantageously leads to the fact that Considerable number of line connections to be made on site is reduced. This also increases the risk of Errors and the resulting leaks during manufacture the corresponding line connections are reduced, because it is usually automated in prefabrication and therefore work with high quality can be worked manually during an on-site installation must be, often with limited space are present, the work, especially welding or soldering work. In addition, the attachment the integrated unit easier because now only nor the one unit on a wall or a support device has to be attached, whereas earlier two separate components had to be kept for themselves. Another The advantage is that a certain one is already in advance low loss header with a specific heating circuit distributor assembled into the integrated unit can be, the two parts thermally are optimally coordinated. The one for this optimal coordination of the parts required to each other Competence is on everyone at the manufacturer of the components Case in place while at heating installers are not always sufficient can. Finally, it should be mentioned as an advantage that the Unit with a suitably prefabricated thermal insulation quickly and easily and above all effectively isolated can be. Insulation faults causing heat loss or weaknesses, as with individual, manual manufactured thermal insulation often occur so excluded.
A first development of the device according to the invention provides that the switch housing is aligned vertically is that the heating circuit distributor is a combined Flow and return manifolds with a single horizontal aligned, inside the flow and return areas is divided housing and that the two housing perpendicular to each other immediately and / or firmly with each other via at least one rigid piece of pipe connected, preferably welded. The single ones Parts of the facility remain in this configuration their usual and local installer known arrangement and orientation, so that on the The installer does not need to make any changes here is, but continues to work in the usual way can be.
An alternative embodiment of the device according to the invention provides that the switch housing is aligned vertically is that the heating circuit distributor is a combined Flow and return manifolds with a single vertical aligned, inside the flow and return areas is divided housing and that the two housing adjacent to each other running parallel to each other directly connected to each other, preferably are welded. In this version of the facility a particularly compact design is achieved, the also saves material because a wall is either the heating circuit distributor or the low loss header can be saved. In this version of the facility the flow and return connections are then for the secondary circuits no longer, as usual, next to each other, but one above the other in the vertical direction; however, this change may particularly affect the installation of new heating systems already at Planning the course of the line are taken into account, so that this causes no additional installation effort becomes.
Another contribution to achieving low manufacturing costs in manufacturing the facility is that at least the flow connection from the hydraulic Switch to the flow area of the heating circuit distributor by simply breaking through an area in which the two housings are in direct contact with each other, is formed.
It is also provided that the flow connector on a higher level opens into the switch housing than the flow connection between the hydraulic switch and the flow area of the heating circuit distributor and that above the mouth of the flow connector in the switch housing a gas plenum with a vent and / or valve is provided. In this version the device can be used at the same time take over the function of an air separator, whereby a corresponding component in the heating system no longer has to be provided separately. There inside the hydraulic switch the heating water flow rate is relatively low and therefore the flow is absolute Laminar, effective ventilation or degassing guaranteed. Functional impairments of the Heating system by air or in the heating water This avoids gas bubbles. Keeping the heating water free of air or gas bubbles is particularly important with modern ones Heating systems with condensing boiler and electronically regulated circulation pump important. Heat exchangers in condensing boilers have to achieve high efficiency usually very many flow paths, each with a very small one Flow cross-section, in which an air bubble to do so can lead to one or more flow paths not more of the heating water will flow, causing harm local overheating of the heat exchanger up to can cause a burn. Also electronically controlled Circulation pumps are sensitive, especially with a shortened lifespan, on air or steam bubbles in the pumped heating water.
It is also proposed that the return nozzle on at a higher level opens into the switch housing than the flow connection between the return area the heating circuit distributor and the low loss header and that below the mouth of the return pipe in the switch housing a mud collecting room with a Blowdown connector and / or valve is provided. There also in the lower part of the hydraulic switch Flow rate of the heating water is low and the flow is laminar, can occur in the return water Dirt and dirt carried along from the heating circuits Mud in the deepest part of the hydraulic switch deposit and collect the forming sludge collection chamber without that there is a risk that the mud will pass from here Whirling gets back into the water cycle. Hereby the dirt-sensitive circulation pump is raised Wear caused by dirt carried in the heating water and mud are protected and there are condensing boilers Blockages in the narrow flow paths mentioned above in the Avoided heat exchangers. This property can also the device according to the invention in many cases a separate water filter inside the heating system be saved. Draining the accumulated Sludge can easily become regular Maintenance of the heating system, e.g. by briefly opening one that serves as a drain valve Ball valve.
In order to achieve the desired relatively low flow rate with laminar To ensure flow conditions without the hydraulic switch requires too large a construction volume, it is preferably provided that the flow cross section the switch housing is four to ten times as large as the flow cross section of the flow connector and the Return pipe.
To the manufacture and also the accommodation of the facility to simplify, it is also preferably provided that the switch housing and the distributor housing with measured in the horizontal direction of the same depth are. It also creates a harmonious visual impression the establishment achieved.
To further increase the level of prefabrication of the facility and a particularly compact design of the unit To achieve, it is further proposed that the flow connection between the return area of the heating circuit distributor and the hydraulic switch by one as an integral part of the low loss header executed connecting line is formed.
In a specific embodiment, it is preferably provided that the connecting line forming the flow connection through one with that of the heating circuit distributor facing side of the low loss header, preferably welded, rectangular tube or U-profile is formed, the interior of which is above an opening with the return area of the heating circuit distributor and below another breakthrough with the lower one Hydraulic switch area in flow connection stands. This configuration results in a special labor and material saving production of the device as well as a particularly space-saving design. At the same time this also makes effective thermal insulation the facility easier.
To make the job of the on-site installer easier, it is proposed that the outside of the switch housing and / or at least one console connection element on the distributor housing to connect the facility with a support bracket is attached. It will be advantageous associated support bracket in advance on a building wall in the Attached near the boiler, as long as there is no Lines are laid so that here is still sufficient Space for the necessary when attaching the support bracket Work is. For attaching the device even simply attaching the console connection elements is then sufficient in the support console, which also cramped space is usually possible without any problems is.
To minimize heat loss in the area of the facility, it is finally suggested that this one suitably prefabricated, at least the two housings form-fitting, two-part or multi-part heat insulation body includes.

bilden. Eine seitenvertauschte Ausführung kann
selbstverständlich auch gefertigt werden, um unterschiedlichen
örtlichen Gegebenheiten Rechnung zu tragen. As Figure 1 of the drawing shows, this is here

hydraulischen Weiche 2 ist völlig frei von Einbauten;
außerdem ist der Strömungsquerschnitt der Weiche 2 um
ein Mehrfaches größer als der Strömungsquerschnitt von
Vorlaufstutzen 21 und Rücklaufstutzen 22, so daß im Inneren
der Weiche 2 relativ geringe Strömungsgeschwindigkeiten
und laminare Strömungsverhältnisse im Heizwasser gewährleistet
sind.The
On its right side in FIG. 1 is the present one

etwas niedrigeres Temperaturniveau einstellt.
In the operation of a heating system belonging to

hydraulisches Weiche 2 dichtend aufgesetzt, vorzugsweise
An seinem
unteren Stirnende ist das U-Profil dicht verschlossen.Figure 3 of the drawing shows the same representation

Figure 3 makes it particularly clear that in this embodiment
