Abstract

This machine is furnished with four bond blades supported by eight special pulleys which going away from the machine centre permit the increasing of the cut thickness.

      1 1 structure It is made of 316 inox steel (alimentary) with precautionary measures as protection carter and micro-interrupters which will be applied to the closing doors. This permits a machine lock during the maintenance. In this structure will be applied four groups whose two motorized and two idles.

    Claims (1)

    1. The bladed multi-shearing system permits the installation of 3 or more machines with a further increase of the productivity proceeding to the preparatory, intermediate and final cut in automatic series and in a quick succession, obtaining any cut thickness (from 1 to 16 cm) and with the desidered form.
      We can pass from the unique piece to 125 pieces in 10 seconds.
      The bladed multi -shearing machine (fig. 1), for which we claim the right of patent, is composed of four band blades supported by eight special pulleys, which going away from the centre of the machine, permit to increase the cut thickness.
      It is composed of :
      a hand wheel of register(1) with two threads screw "12 1 -14 3) which permits the removal of the two wheels from the centre of the machine;
      bronze lead nut connected to the back pulley support (2);
      hand wheel draft blades (3) which permits the register of the four higher pulleys (idles), blades tension;
      back pulleys supports (4) guide for the pulleys supports sliding (5);
      anterior pulleys supports (6);
      bronze guides for the idles pulleys sliding (7).
      The machine is furnished with four pulleys - holder blocks connected to a steel structure, whose two motorized and two idles.
