- the invention relates to a device for generating electrical Control signals for the operation of an internal combustion engine and a Internal combustion engine according to the generic term of the respective independent Claim.
- the control signals generated by the device are electrical Control signals.
- the device comprises a number of control elements that do so are arranged to rotate in synchronism with the crankshaft, and there are sensors assigned to the control elements are provided, which are connected to the Controls work together to ensure that each sensor is preset Angular positions of the control element assigned to it emits a signal.
- the electrical control signals for the operation of the Internal combustion engine can be generated.
- the invention is therefore based on the idea of the electrical control signals that are in the Normal operation can be generated by a control unit, by a Generate device that is driven by the crankshaft.
- a control unit by a Generate device that is driven by the crankshaft.
- the controls are like this designed and arranged so that at predetermined angular positions, the specific positions of the pistons (based on the working cycle) correspond, trigger signals in the sensors assigned to them which the electrical control signals for the operation of the internal combustion engine can be determined.
- the Pilot control units of the hydraulic systems can be controlled.
- the required electrical Control signals for the hydraulic systems are provided so that the Internal combustion engine remains ready for operation.
- control elements and those assigned to them preferably act Sensors contactlessly together because this is a special one represents low-wear and reliable design.
- the device comprises at least two driven essentially parallel by the crankshaft Shafts on which several control elements are arranged, respectively the control elements are fixed in place with respect to the respective shaft.
- It there are three groups of controls namely a first Group for generating electrical signals for the start of injection, one second group for generating electrical signals for the injection end and a third group for generating electrical signals for the control of the Gas exchange.
- the number of controls corresponds to one Group the number of cylinders of the internal combustion engine, so that for each Cylinder three controls are provided. Consequently, for everyone Cylinder separately a signal for the start of injection, a signal for the End of injection and a signal for the gas change, in particular the Actuation of the exhaust valve generated.
- these waves are used to generate the control signals and not the direct mechanical actuation of hydraulic systems, they can be used as very compact and short, typically only a few centimeters long Be designed waves. Their length can for a large diesel engine, for. B. be less than 20 cm.
- the first and third groups or the second and are particularly preferred the third group of controls together on one of the two Shafts arranged, that is the group of controls for the The start of injection on the one hand and for the end of injection on the other are open different shafts mounted.
- This measure has the advantage that the injection duration, i.e. the time shift between the Signals for the start of injection and the end of injection can be changed.
- the two gears are substantially the same and comb together.
- the two waves are also on a web connected to each other so that the two gears as a planetary gear interact. This makes it structurally particularly simple Design, which on the one hand ensures that both waves with turn at the same speed, and the other a swiveling one Shaft around the longitudinal axis of the other shaft, so that the Injection duration is adjustable.
- the web preferably has on it a face on a toothing in which a third gear engages, so that by rotating the third gearwheel, the entire shaft rotates around the Longitudinal axis of the other shaft is pivotable.
- control elements are preferably each designed as disks adjacent with respect to the axial direction of the respective shaft, especially with the same distance between adjacent panes, are arranged, wherein each disc has a recess that a Signal triggers when the assigned disk rotates Sensor happens.
- the electro-hydraulic is controlled, is an inventive device for generating electrical control signals provided in the event of a fault or Failure of the normal control to generate the control signals for the Hydraulic systems takes over, making the internal combustion engine operational remains.
- Electrical signals are also preferably used based on the signals from the sensors Control signals for the starting system generated, so that the Brennkratmaschine can also be started with the emergency system.

- Fig. 2 shows a schematic representation of Clarification of the functioning of the internal combustion engine 1.
- Die Internal combustion engine 1 is a two-stroke crosshead large diesel engine Longitudinal rinsing designed. Such machines are used, for example Used to power ships.
- the internal combustion engine 1 is electro-hydraulic controlled, that is, it has no tax wave in the classic Meaning, but at least the injection of the fuel into the cylinder and the gas exchange are controlled with hydraulic systems that Pilot control units, which by means of electrical signals from a Control unit 9 can be operated such that they are the hydraulic systems for the Control injection and gas exchange.
- the internal combustion engine 1 has a crankshaft 2, which has a Crankshaft gear 2a and a meshing gear 3 with this one High-pressure pump 4 drives the fuel under high pressure, for. B. up to 2000 bar, promotes through a line 46 in a fuel accumulator 6.
- a pump 5 which is also driven by the crankshaft 2 provided which a hydraulic medium, for example a hydraulic oil, promotes via a line 57 in a hydraulic accumulator 7.
- the Fuel accumulator 6 and the hydraulic accumulator 7 are each as formed tube-like components that extend along the engine.
- the internal combustion engine 1 has an injection system 10 for injecting the Fuel in the cylinder, both with the fuel accumulator 6 and is also connected to the hydraulic accumulator 7 and after Common rail principle works, as well as a gas exchange system 20, with one Exhaust valve 21 for discharging the combustion gases from the cylinders.
- the gas exchange system 20 is also with the hydraulic accumulator 7 connected. For the sake of a better overview, this is shown in FIG Injection system 10 and the gas exchange system 20 only for one Cylinder shown.
- each pilot control elements provided that are designed as electromagnetic pilot valves 30, that is, the pilot valves 30 are by means of electrical signals actuated. These electrical signals are in normal operation Internal combustion engine 1 from control unit 9 via signal lines S1 the magnetic pilot valves 30 transmitted.
- the electronic Control unit 9 is also via a signal line S2 with an angle encoder 8 (shaft encoder) connected to which the speed of the crankshaft 2 as well the crank angle and thus the respective piston positions can be determined.
- angle encoder 8 is drive-connected to the crankshaft 2. For example, it can be arranged on an axis which is from the Gear 3 is driven.
- the angle encoder 8 is a Gearbox, not shown, driven so that it with the engine speed rotates. There is also a reference encoder 8a for each angle encoder 8 provided for synchronism between the crankshaft 2 and the Angle encoder 8 to monitor. Using the angle encoder 8 received signals determines the control unit 9 taking into account the most favorable of the current load and the current speed Injection times and quantities for the individual cylinders as well as the Actuation times for the gas exchange valves, e.g. B. the Exhaust valves 21, and accordingly sends the electrical signals the pilot valves 30, which thereupon the injection and the gas exchange Taxes.
- the control unit 9 taking into account the most favorable of the current load and the current speed Injection times and quantities for the individual cylinders as well as the Actuation times for the gas exchange valves, e.g. B. the Exhaust valves 21, and accordingly sends the electrical signals the pilot valves 30, which thereupon the injection and the gas exchange Taxes.
- Injection nozzles 13 typically there are several for each cylinder in a large diesel engine Injection nozzles 13 are provided, for example three (see FIG. 2). It is one Injection device 11 is provided, which by means of the pilot valves 30 is piloted and accordingly the injection nozzles 13 with fuel provided. In the embodiment described here is for each Injection nozzle 13 provided a separate pilot valve 30, but it is also possible to use several injection nozzles 13 together with one Control pilot valve 30.
- Fig. 3 shows partly schematically, partly in section a possible Configuration of the injection system 10 with the injection device 11, which comprises a control slide 112 and a metering piston 111, which is designed as a differential piston and delimits a metering space 117.
- the injector 11 is operated by the fuel accumulator 6 which the high pressure pump 4 conveys the fuel with fuel fed.
- An input channel 113 for the fuel branches into one Channel 114, which leads to the rear of the metering piston 111 and into one Main channel 115.
- the fuel under high pressure can pass through the channel 114 flow to the rear of the metering piston 111 and through to the other the main channel 115 and an inlet channel 118 into the metering space 117.
- the pilot valve 30 Due to the area difference, it runs on both sides with the pressure of the Fuel accumulator 6 acted upon metering pistons 111 in its defined End position.
- the pilot valve 30 now receives an electrical signal from the control unit 9 so it switches and from the hydraulic accumulator 7 hydraulic oil reaches a control piston 120 of the control slide 112.
- the control slide 112 then moves as shown above, first closes the main channel 115 and then opens the Access to a feed line 121 leading to the injector 13. Now can the fuel from the metering chamber 117 through a channel 119 in the Feed line 121 arrive. The injection starts. To end the Injection, the pilot valve 30 receives an electrical signal again, and it switches back to the position shown in Fig. 3.
- the control piston 120 is relieved by flowing off the hydraulic medium and the Control spool 112 moves downward as shown, being first closes the access to the feed line 121, whereby the Injection is ended.
- the further downward movement gives the Control slide 112 the connection between the main channel 115 and the Inlet channel 118 in the metering chamber 117 free, so that fuel is out again the fuel accumulator 6 can get into the metering space 117.
- a sensor system 122 is also provided which detects the position of the Dosing piston 111 detected and forwarded to the control unit 9. With this electro-hydraulically operated injection system 10 is one volumetric fuel metering realized.
- Fig. 4 shows in a partially schematic, partially sectioned Representation of a possible configuration of the gas exchange system 20 with the exhaust valve 21, which has a valve body 27, which depending on its position the connection between the combustion chamber of the cylinder and a discharge line opens or closes .
- the actual actuation of the outlet valve 21 takes place with one of the Hydraulic oil various working oil, which is for example a lubricating oil.
- Separating piston 23 provided the two liquid systems separates from each other, that is, on one side of the separating piston 23 there is the working oil and on the other side the hydraulic oil.
- the Separating piston 23 is controlled by means of a control piston 22 which is in turn piloted with the pilot valve 30.
- the separating piston 23 is via a connecting line 25 filled with the working oil, which as hydraulic rod acts, connected to a drive piston 26, the Valve body 27 actuated.
- the valve body 27 is in through an air spring 24 in held in its closed position.
- the drive piston 26 is a stepped piston trained to take into account the fact that when the Exhaust valve 21 first requires a greater force to the Valve body 27 against the pressure of the combustion gases and the air spring 24 to open. After the pressure of the combustion gases has decreased, only a small force is required to completely push the valve body into the Bring open position, or keep in the open position.
- the control piston 22 is moved into the position shown in FIG. 4 shown position brought.
- the pilot valve 30 switches on an electrical transmitted by the electronic control unit 9 Signal in a position in which the upper end face as shown of the control piston 22 is relieved, that is to say in this position hydraulic ec existing above this end face in the return R flow out.
- the control piston 22 moves upward into that in FIG. 4 position shown. This creates a connection between the Hydraulic accumulator 7 and the underside of the separating piston 23 opened, so that the hydraulic oil upwards the separating piston 23 as shown emotional. This movement is caused by the working oil in the connecting line 25 transferred to the drive piston 26, which then the valve body 27 in the Open position moves.
- the pilot valve 30 switches into its second position, in which there is a connection between the Hydraulic accumulator 7 and the upper face of the Control piston 22 produces.
- the hydraulic oil flows out of the Hydraulic accumulator 7 and applies pressure to this end face, whereby the control piston 22 against the force of the spring 22a moved downward as shown.
- the Connection between the hydraulic accumulator 7 and the bottom of the Separating piston 23 closed.
- the drive piston 26 pushes up and displaces working oil in the Connection line 25. Consequently, the separating piston 23 from the working oil as shown, pushed down and displaced Hydraulic fluid from its underside via the control piston 22 in the Return R.
- a measuring system M with a redundant sensor system is also provided, in order to detect the movement or the position of the valve body 27.
- On The corresponding measurement signal is sent to the electronic.
- Control unit 9 transmitted, which can recognize on the basis of this measurement signal whether the Movements of the valve body 27 correspond to the target values. at The control unit 9 can intervene and, for example, the deviations Stop the next fuel injection into the corresponding cylinder. This ensures that, for. B. an engine with n cylinders also with (n-1) Cylinders remains operable.
- the normal operating functions of the Large diesel engines such as injection and gas exchange are electro-hydraulic controlled by the electronic control unit 9, which the electrical Control pulses matched to the current working cycle of the engine and at the right times, the specific crank angles and thus Positions of the pistons correspond to those affected Pilot valves transmitted. If there is a malfunction or failure of the normal control, for example damage to the angle encoder 8 or on both angle encoders 8, so that the control unit 9 the required can no longer generate electrical signals correctly or at all, an emergency system is required to ensure that the Large diesel engine to get.

- This is the one described here Embodiment of the device 40 according to the invention realizable that groups A and B for the start of injection and that Injection ends are mounted on different shafts 41a, 41b, and that the second shaft 41b is mounted so that it is all about the longitudinal axis the first shaft 41a is pivotable.
- the webs 45 are on hers Face that is closest to the second shaft 41b, each as part of one Gear, so curved and provided with a toothing 461.
- Two additional gear wheels 60 which are on one third shaft 61 are attached, which are substantially parallel to the extends two shafts 41a, 41b.
- the third wave 61 extends from the Housing 44 out and is either manually or by means of the outside a drive device rotatable. If the third shaft 61 is rotated, it has this means that the second shaft 41b as a whole around the first shaft 41a is pivoted. This swiveling movement changes the relative one Angular position between the disks 42a of the first group A for the Start of injection and the corresponding disks 42b of the second Group B for the injection end. This corresponds to a change in Injection duration.
- the disks 42a of the first group A for the start of injection and the Disks 42b of the second group B for the injection end are thus on the respective shafts 41a, 41b mounted that related pulses for the start of injection and the end of injection are triggered simultaneously be (injection duration equal to zero) when the webs 45 in one neutral middle position.
- the Crosspieces 45 parallel to the lower and upper wall of the housing 44 aligned when they are in the neutral middle position, that is the centers of the three axes of the shafts 41a, 41b, 61 are then on a straight line. In this case there is no injection.
- the webs 45 Depends on the desired direction of rotation of the motor, for example depending on if the ship should go forward or backward, the webs 45 and so that the second shaft 41b upwards by means of the third shaft 61 (as in FIG. 6 shown) or pivoted downward as the double arrow D suggests. This results in a time difference between the pulses for the Start of injection and the associated impulses for the end of injection and thus a finite injection period.
- the duration of the injection can be varied by swiveling movement
- a suitable injection duration is adjustable.
- the pivoting range of the webs 45 is z. B. up to 30 °.
- the distance between the Disks 42b and the sensors 43b also when pivoting the second Wave 41b constant.
- the temporal sequence of the Essentially, pulses and signals for the different cylinders only by the relative angular position of each of the disks that are at the same Group belong, is fixed, and thus by the arrangement of the holes in the shafts 41a, 41b, in which the set screws 52 engage. So can the device 40 in a simple manner to any number of cylinders and Firing intervals are adjusted, namely by an appropriate one Arrangement of the holes for the set screws 52 on the shafts 41a, 41b.
- the output signal supplied can be the one present at its output Signals directly as electrical control signals to the corresponding Pilot valves 30 for actuating the hydraulic systems are transmitted, z. Description
The invention relates to a device for generating electrical Control signals for the operation of an internal combustion engine and a Internal combustion engine according to the generic term of the respective independent Claim.
Large diesel engines are used, for example, as drive units for ships or used as stationary systems for electricity generation. At acquaintances Internal combustion engines of this type are the typical operating functions, like fuel injection into cylinders and gas changes, at which removes the combustion gases from the combustion chamber of the cylinders are controlled mechanically-hydraulically via cam drives. Is to a camshaft driven by the crankshaft of the engine is provided, which is commonly referred to as control shaft in large diesel engines. There are several cams on the control shaft with which the injection pumps and the stroke pumps are driven for valve actuation.
Such control shafts, which are usually along the entire length of the Large diesel engines extend, take up a lot of space and bring a considerable design effort. Furthermore, the times are for the start of injection, the end of injection and the opening and closing of the exhaust valves by the respective cams, so that a Varying these times only with a relatively large effort is feasible. Such variations are desirable, however, for everyone Operating states, for example at full load, partial load or reverse running an optimal, economical, efficient and energy-saving To enable the engine to work.
Among other things, these are the reasons why according to recent developments Large diesel engines are built without a control shaft (in the classic sense). . Motors of this type are controlled electro-hydraulically. The Hydraulic systems with which the injection, the gas exchange and if necessary, auxiliary systems, such as the starting system, are operated controllable by means of pilot elements, for example pilot valves, the pilot valves being actuated by means of electrical signals which come from a central control unit. This control unit determines by means of the crank angle, the speed of the engine and possibly others State variables the optimal period and the optimal one Amount of fuel for the injection or the times for opening and Close the exhaust valves and send the electrical ones accordingly Control signals to the pilot valves, which then the associated Actuate hydraulic system. Because of this very variable electric-hydraulic Control makes injection and gas change easier Optimize and for all operating conditions of the large diesel engine and adapt to the respective working cycle of the machine, because the mechanical positive couplings between the positions of the pistons and the actuators such as injection pumps or stroke pumps there are more.
It is with such large electro-hydraulically controlled diesel engines but it is desirable to have an emergency system available, also for if the "normal" control fails, the motor can still be operated so that, for example, the ship powered by the engine remains maneuverable.
Such an emergency system is described for example in EP-B-0 701 652. This emergency system works purely mechanical-hydraulic. These are the Slider of the control valves, which in normal operation by means of electrical Signals are positionable, each connected to a first piston, the is hydraulically actuated. Each such first piston is a second one Piston assigned to the first piston via a hydraulic Rod is connected. The second pistons follow cams on one Control shaft are arranged, which rotates synchronously with the crankshaft. If the normal electrical control fails now, the emergency system activated and actuate the second pistons driven by the cams The valves of the control valves are mechanically and hydraulically operated via the first pistons. In an emergency, a purely mechanical-hydraulic is used Switched control that works in principle the same as that Control of a classic large diesel engine using a control shaft and Cam. However, this emergency system is relatively complex. So must for everyone actuating control valve has its own mechanical-hydraulic emergency drive with the corresponding hydraulic pistons, connecting lines and Utilities are provided. This means a relative high equipment and design effort, which accordingly is expensive.
Based on this prior art, it is therefore a task of Invention, a device for operating an electric-hydraulic controlled internal combustion engine, in particular a large diesel engine, to provide operation even if the normal control fails the machine is possible, the device being as inexpensive as possible, should be compact and space-saving. It is also an object of the invention propose an internal combustion engine with such a device, so that the internal combustion engine even if the normal electro-hydraulic fails Control can still be operated.
The objects of the invention solving these objects are the Characteristics of the respective independent claim.
According to the invention, a device for generating Control signals for the operation of an electrically-hydraulically controlled and an internal combustion engine having a crankshaft, in particular one Large diesel engine, proposed in which internal combustion engine at least the injection and the gas exchange by means of hydraulic systems are controlled, the hydraulic systems comprising pilot control units, which can be actuated in this way by means of electrical signals from a control unit are that they are the hydraulic systems for injection and gas exchange Taxes. The control signals generated by the device are electrical Control signals. For this purpose, the device comprises a number of control elements that do so are arranged to rotate in synchronism with the crankshaft, and there are sensors assigned to the control elements are provided, which are connected to the Controls work together to ensure that each sensor is preset Angular positions of the control element assigned to it emits a signal. By means of these signals, the electrical control signals for the operation of the Internal combustion engine can be generated.
The invention is therefore based on the idea of the electrical control signals that are in the Normal operation can be generated by a control unit, by a Generate device that is driven by the crankshaft. To the controls are provided that are driven by the crankshaft and rotate in sync with it. The controls are like this designed and arranged so that at predetermined angular positions, the specific positions of the pistons (based on the working cycle) correspond, trigger signals in the sensors assigned to them which the electrical control signals for the operation of the internal combustion engine can be determined. With these electrical control signals, the Pilot control units of the hydraulic systems can be controlled. At a Failure of the normal electro-hydraulic control can thus by means of the device according to the invention the required electrical Control signals for the hydraulic systems are provided so that the Internal combustion engine remains ready for operation. Is such a device in one Large diesel engine integrated, so the emergency operation differs from Normal operation essentially only by the way the electrical control signals for the hydraulic systems are generated. Consequently no additional hydraulic systems are required, which makes the Device is inexpensive, very compact and very space-saving. For a large diesel engine with six cylinders, for example Control elements and the sensors are housed in one housing the length of which is less than 20 cm.
The control elements and those assigned to them preferably act Sensors contactlessly together because this is a special one represents low-wear and reliable design.
In a preferred embodiment, the device comprises at least two driven essentially parallel by the crankshaft Shafts on which several control elements are arranged, respectively the control elements are fixed in place with respect to the respective shaft. It there are three groups of controls, namely a first Group for generating electrical signals for the start of injection, one second group for generating electrical signals for the injection end and a third group for generating electrical signals for the control of the Gas exchange. The number of controls corresponds to one Group the number of cylinders of the internal combustion engine, so that for each Cylinder three controls are provided. Consequently, for everyone Cylinder separately a signal for the start of injection, a signal for the End of injection and a signal for the gas change, in particular the Actuation of the exhaust valve generated.
Since these waves are used to generate the control signals and not the direct mechanical actuation of hydraulic systems, they can be used as very compact and short, typically only a few centimeters long Be designed waves. Their length can for a large diesel engine, for. B. be less than 20 cm.
The first and third groups or the second and are particularly preferred the third group of controls together on one of the two Shafts arranged, that is the group of controls for the The start of injection on the one hand and for the end of injection on the other are open different shafts mounted. This measure has the advantage that the injection duration, i.e. the time shift between the Signals for the start of injection and the end of injection can be changed. For this purpose, it is advantageous to mount the shaft in such a way that it is complete is pivotable about the longitudinal axis of the other shaft, so that the Injection duration in a simple manner, namely by swiveling one Wave around the other wave, is adjustable.
According to a preferred embodiment there is a gear wheel on each shaft provided, the two gears are substantially the same and comb together. The two waves are also on a web connected to each other so that the two gears as a planetary gear interact. This makes it structurally particularly simple Design, which on the one hand ensures that both waves with turn at the same speed, and the other a swiveling one Shaft around the longitudinal axis of the other shaft, so that the Injection duration is adjustable.
To set the injection duration, the web preferably has on it a face on a toothing in which a third gear engages, so that by rotating the third gearwheel, the entire shaft rotates around the Longitudinal axis of the other shaft is pivotable.
So that no significant change in the by swiveling the shaft relative position of the controls with respect to their associated Sensors occurring are the sensors that are on the controls on the pivotable shaft are assigned, preferably stationary with respect to the Bridge arranged.
The control elements are preferably each designed as disks adjacent with respect to the axial direction of the respective shaft, especially with the same distance between adjacent panes, are arranged, wherein each disc has a recess that a Signal triggers when the assigned disk rotates Sensor happens.
In the internal combustion engine according to the invention, the electro-hydraulic is controlled, is an inventive device for generating electrical control signals provided in the event of a fault or Failure of the normal control to generate the control signals for the Hydraulic systems takes over, making the internal combustion engine operational remains.
Electrical signals are also preferably used based on the signals from the sensors Control signals for the starting system generated, so that the Brennkratmaschine can also be started with the emergency system.
Further advantageous measures and preferred configurations of the Invention result from the dependent claims.

steuern. For the electrical-hydraulic control of the
The mode of operation of the
Typically there are several for each cylinder in a large diesel
Fig. 3 shows partly schematically, partly in section a possible

volumetrische Brennstoffzumessung realisiert.A
Fig. 4 zeigt in einer teilweise schematischen, teilweise geschnittenen
Fig. 4 shows in a partially schematic, partially sectioned

To avoid mixing these two media, one is

One opens between the separating
Offenstellung bewegt. To open the
To close the exhaust valve, the
Zylindern betreibbar bleibt.A measuring system M with a redundant sensor system is also provided,

In addition to the injection and gas exchange, such

The normal operating functions of the

Hierzu ist bei der erfindungsgemässen Brennkraftmaschine 1 eine
erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung 40 (Fig. 2) vorgesehen, welche die
elektrischen Steuersignale für die Vorsteuereinheiten 30 auf den
Arbeitszyklus des Motors abgestimmt erzeugt. Dazu umfasst die Vorrichtung
40 mehrere Steuerelemente 42a,42b,42c (Fig. 5), die synchron mit der
Kurbelwelle 2 rotieren.
For this purpose, in the
angepasst sind.A
Fig. 5 und 6 näher erläutert. Fig. 5 zeigt einen Längsschnitt durch das
An exemplary embodiment of the
Drehzahl rotiert wie die Kurbelwelle 2.The device comprises a
The
The two
montiert.On the two
jeder Gruppe A,B,C jeweils sechs Scheiben 42a,42b,42c.There are three disks for each cylinder of the

zugeordneten Sensor 43 vorbei bewegt.A plurality of
The
folgt realisiert. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the
Fig. 7 shows a
The
bestimmten Kolbenstellung entspricht.The
analoger Weise. From the preceding explanations it follows that only two
different types of disks are necessary, namely the one
Zylinders in seinem oberen Totpunkt befindet.
The disc 42a of group A with which the signal for the first
Cylinder is generated, is in terms of its angular position on the shaft 41a
arranged that the
einstellbar.The second
In diesem
befindet.Typically, at least in emergency operation, the gas exchange in the
Cylinders controlled so that the movement of the valve body 27 (Fig. 4)
takes place symmetrically to the bottom dead center of the respective piston. In this
In this case, the
In practice, it is desirable that the
Injection duration is changeable. This is the one described here
Embodiment of the
Einspritzdauer.Two
In diesem Fall erfolgt keine Einspritzung. Abhängig von der
gewünschten Drehrichtung des Motors, also beispielsweise abhängig davon,
je nach Last (z. B. Vollast oder Teillast) eine geeignete Einspritzdauer
einstellbar ist. Der Schwenkbereich der Stege 45 beträgt z. B. bis zu 30°.The disks 42a of the first group A for the start of injection and the
Welle 41b konstant.Since the
Anordnung der Löcher für die Gewindestifte 52 auf den Wellen 41a,41b.From a design point of view, it is advantageous that the temporal sequence of the

Of course, it is also possible in an analogous manner that

z. B. indem jeder Sensor 43 bzw. 43b der Gruppe A bzw.
Depending on the type of
Fig. 9 zeigt zur Veranschaulichung in vier Diagrammen beispielhaft
Zylinders in seinem unteren Totpunkt befindet.9 shows an example in four diagrams for illustration

Scheibe 42c erstreckt. The first (top) diagram shows the control signals for operating the
The second diagram shows the pulse-shaped signals for the

In diesem
in diesen Zylinder gelangt.

In multi-cylinder internal combustion engines are given for a
