Abstract

Solid toilet cleaner or freshener blocks etc. are made from a composition with a basic color and contain uniformly distributed, optically discernible colored or self-colored particles of active ingredients of at least one different color.

Description

The invention relates to a piece-like means for the toilet area and a method for producing the lumpy agent.

The known piece-shaped means for the toilet area are predominant monochrome. Such funds for the toilet area should, however not just the desired cleaning and scenting of the toilet area cause. It is also required that they look and look appealing the cleaning effect and cleaning power also visually to the consumer keep in mind.

This includes, for example, that the funds create an even foam have, since the consumer foam formation as a measure look for the cleaning power of the agent used.

Furthermore, multi-colored piece-like means are known, which are optical are appealing, but require a complex production, because for each mass of a color a separate extruder can be used and the different strands are then merged have to.

Toilet cleaning blocks are from the earlier application WO 98/40170 known, which is a particulate bleach or its precursor and comprise a dye on a particulate, non-bleaching carrier.

Bar soaps are known from US-A-4,175,050, which a variety of include colored soap particles or detergents, the colored substances arranged in a mosaic-like structure are.

Also from US-A-3,485,905 are inhomogeneously colored bar soaps known.

The object of the present invention is an optically appealing to provide piece-like means for the toilet area, with the increasing desires of the consumer for visualization the cleaning effect and cleaning power are taken into account is, the means can also be simple and inexpensive to manufacture should.

This object is solved by the features of claim 1.

Through the use of colored or colored active ingredients for manufacturing an attractive appearance is achieved. The discrete Color centers also visualize the special effectiveness for the consumer and cleaning power of the agent.

The statistical embedding of the color centers in the mass also occurs no locally changed resolution speed and no "falling apart" of the agent on how it is with agents with two separate different ones Color areas are partially the case.

Usually, lumpy compositions are produced by extrusion, being throughout the manufacturing process of mixing, kneading and extruding large forces on the individual components and Pressures act. The entire manufacturing process is straightforward Mixing and "complete" homogenization of the components directed so it's amazing that the colored and / or colored ones Active ingredients despite that during the manufacturing process forces largely retained as discrete color centers in the medium stay and not be rubbed out.

The desired components are colored with the other components of the agent or simply add colored ingredients, the mass becomes intimate mixed, kneaded and then into an extruder using an extruder endless strand shaped and this then into pieces or blocks cut a suitable shape.

The color centers are statistically distributed in the mean. In general the average grain size of the color centers is approximately between 0.03 mm to about 3 mm, preferably about 0.5 to 2 mm and particularly preferably about 1 mm. The grain size that is required to get the desired Achieving looks naturally also depends on that Color contrast between the base color and the color of the color centers from.

In addition to a predominantly white mean with, for example, blue statistical distributed color centers can also be a means with a "colorful" base color can be produced in the white, black or "Colorful" active ingredients of a color other than the base color are embedded are.

In principle, color is used for the purposes of the present invention Color understood including the non-colors white, gray and black.

"Active ingredients" are to be understood as all solid substances that are used for disinfection can serve as iodine-polyvinylpyrrolidone. In addition, sodium tripolyphosphate, preferably as calcined colored sodium tripolyphosphate, be used. This calcined colored sodium tripolyphosphate is offered in many different colors and can for example from Impag in Offenbach.

It is also possible to use colored disinfectants, for example Iodine-polyvinylpyrrolidone, by means of its brown color centers can be provided. Iodine-polyvinylpyrrolidone is available from BASF available.

Particularly good results were obtained when calcined active ingredients were used reached.

The total proportion of components (c) and (d) should be 0.5 to 10% by weight be. Components (c) and / or (d) essentially serve as Foaming agent. When using lactobionic acid derivatives as Foaming agents can be added with the same foam effect Amount of foaming agents compared to conventional formulations reduce by about half or more.

The agent according to this preferred embodiment can be 20 to 80 % By weight of inorganic salt (s), preferably 40 to 75% by weight of an inorganic Salt, which is selected from the group consisting of the alkali and / or alkaline earth salts of sulfuric acid, phosphoric acids, Nitrogen acids, carbonic acid or hydrochloric acid or mixtures thereof, contain. This allows the consistency and rinsing behavior of the cleaning block.

Perfume (f) in an amount of 0 to 10% by weight, preferably 2 to 7% by weight. This will deodorize of the toilet area. At the same time, the perfume when it is used in the form of liquid perfume oils, however also determine the consistency of the finished cleaning block and contributes in particular to the plasticization of the raw material.
