- eine Variation der Ausführungsform der Figur 8a, bei der die Schrauben-Mutter-Verbindung durch eine Nietverbindung ersetzt ist,

- Figur 10

Claims (16)
- System zur Verbindung von Wandlamellen einer Aufzugskabine mit einer an einer ersten Wandlamelle (10) vorgesehenen Verbindungsvorrichtung (1), welche ein Halteelement (2) und ein Klemmelement (3) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Klemmelement (3) bezüglich des Halteelements (2) zur Festlegung der ersten Wandlamelle in einer Verriegelungsöffnung (21) einer zweiten Wandlamelle (20) mittels eines Federelements (4) in elastischer Wirkverbindung steht, wobei die Verriegelungsöffnung (21) wenigstens einen ersten Bereich (21a) mit größerer horizontaler und/oder vertikaler Erstreckung, und einen zweiten Bereich (21b) mit kleinerer horizontaler und/oder vertikaler Erstreckung aufweist, wobei die Festlegung der ersten Wandlamelle an dem zweiten Bereich (21b) der Verriegelungsöffnung erfolgt. - System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Bereich (21b) der Verriegelungsöffnung langlochartig ausgebildet ist.
- System nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungsöffnung (21) schlüsselloch- oder doppelschlüssellochförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Verbindung von Wandlamellen einer Aufzugskabine, mit einem an einer ersten Wandlamelle anbringbaren Halteelement (2) und einem an dem Halteelement angeordneten Klemmelement (3),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Klemmelement (3) bezüglich des Halteelements (2) zur Festlegung der ersten Wandlamelle an einer Verriegelungsöffnung (21) einer zweiten Wandlamelle mittels eines Federelements (4) in elastischer Wirkverbindung steht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Federelement (4) mindestens eine Feder, insbesondere eine Tellerfeder oder eine Spiralfeder, oder mindestens ein Bauteil aus einem elastisch verformbareren Material, insbesondere ein O-Ring, vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement (2) starr oder verschiebbar an der ersten Wandlamelle befestigbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Federelement (4) und das Klemmelement (3) oder das Federelement (4), das Halteelement (2) und das Klemmelement (3) oder das Klemmelement (3) und das Halteelement (2) einstückig ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement (2), das Klemmelement (3) und/oder das Federelement (4) rotationssymmetrisch ausgebildet sind, wobei insbesondere das Klemmelement (3) eine konusförmig ausgebildete Angriffsfläche (3b) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Federweg des Klemmelementes (3) durch einen Anschlag begrenzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit dem Halteelement (2) zugleich ein Keder (11) oder eine Lamellenzwischenlage an der ersten Wandlamelle anzubringen ist.
- Verfahren zum Verbinden zweier mit abgekanteten Stoßkanten (10a, 20a) ausgebildeter Wandlamellen (10, 20) für Aufzugskabinen, wobei auf die Stoßkante einer ersten Wandlamelle (10) Verbindungsvorrichtungen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 4 bis 10 aufgebracht werden, und die erste (10) oder eine zweite (20) Lamelle auf einem Bodenelement (110) der Aufzugskabine, festgelegt wird, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte:a) Heranführen der zweiten (20) bzw. ersten (10) Wandlamelle an die bereits festgelegte erste (10) bzw. zweite (20) Wandlamelle derart, daß die an der ersten Lamelle (10) angebrachten Verbindungsvorrichtungen (1) mit ersten, mit größerer horizontaler und/oder vertikaler Erstreckung ausgebildeten Bereichen (21a) von auf der Stoßkante der zweiten Lamelle (20) ausgebildeten Verriegelungsöffnungen (21) in Eingriff kommen,b) Verschiebung der ersten (10) bzw. zweiten (20) Lamellen insbesondere in Stoßkanten- bzw. Lamellenlängsrichtung, derart, daß die Verbindungselemente (1), unter elastischer Beaufschlagung des Klemmelements (3) und entsprechender Festlegung der ersten (10) und zweiten (20) Lamellen aneinander, mit zweiten, mit kleinerer horizontaler und/oder vertikaler Erstreckung ausgebildeten Bereichen (21b) der Verriegelungsöffnungen (21) in Eingriff kommen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bereich der Verriegelungsöffnung mit kleinerem Durchmesser langlochartig ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Heranführen der Lamellen (10, 20) aneinander unter Aufsetzen der ersten Lamelle (10) auf einen in dem Bodenelement ausgebildeten Vorsprung, insbesondere eine Schraube (100), erfolgt, wobei bei Erreichen der Eingriffspositionen der Verbindungselemente (1) bezüglich der ersten Bereiche (21a) der Öffnungen (21) ein an der Unterseite der herangeführten ersten Lamelle (10) ausgebildetes offenes Langloch (105) über dem Vorsprung (100) zur Anordnung kommt, so daß Vorsprung (100) und Langloch (105) bei Verschiebung der Lamellen gemäß Schritt b) des Anspruchs 11 miteinander in Eingriff kommen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung 100 als Anschlag für die Oberkante des Langlochs (105) dient.
- Aufzugskabine mit einem Boden, einer Decke, einem Türportal und einer aus Lamellen (10, 20) zusammengesetzten Wandung, wobei die Lamellen (10, 20) mit abgekanteten Stoßseiten (10a, 20a) aneinander anliegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Festlegung einzelner Lamellen (10, 20) aneinander mittels des Systems nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 bzw. wenigstens einer Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14 bewerkstelligt ist.
- Aufzugskabine nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lamellen (10, 20) an ihren Unterseiten mit nach unten offenen Langlöchern (105) ausgebildet sind, welche mit im Boden vorgesehenen Vorsprüngen, insbesondere Befestigungsschrauben (100), zusammenwirken.
