  4. Manual writing or dispensing device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that a wall region of the bladder (8) acts on a lever arm (12) arranged in the interior of the chamber (6, 7) to activate the valve device (15).
  5. Manual writing or dispensing device according to claim 4, characterised in that the lever, which provides the lever arm (12), is L-shaped and that the lever is subjected to a spring force in the direction of closing of the valve device (15).
