Description
The invention relates to a method for producing printed products by inserting at least one partial product and / or side dishes in a main product, wherein at least the Main products at the display of a printing machine by encircling Gripper of a buffer storage arrangement for on and Outsourcing of products containing conveyor system recorded and on conveyor paths of a formed from rotating pockets Inserting machine are fed, the products of one with the buffer storage einggit connected conveyor of the conveyor at the display of Printing machine and taken to a with the buffer memory arrangement on the downstream side conveyor of the conveyor system be handed over.
The production volume of a printing press, for example one Offset rotary printing press is about 80,000 printed copies per hour at the delivery to dispose of the Printing machine to be taken over by conveyors. For a long time, the processing was delivered by the printing press Quantity of products between 40 and 80,000 copies per Hour via a buffer arrangement by one or more Slotting machines coped. This procedure requires long-lasting processing. The use of a buffer arrangement is in addition to the demand for an uninterrupted printing process tied, so that in case of malfunction of the inserter of Product flow are redirected to the buffer arrangement can.
Zur Einlagerung von Produkten werden u.a. Wickelrollen verwendet. For the storage of products u.a. Winder rolls used.
Basically, however, there is a desire for processing excluding caching on bobbins, by which the pressure due to the between the products Loading and unloading friction tends to smearing.
The object of the invention is therefore to provide a method according to the above and to create a facility where the processing routes are shortened and harmful loads considerably reduced by intermediate storage and investment costs be mitigated.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the falzerfassen products optionally before the buffer arrangement from the transporter on a direct transit route falzvoran be delivered to the conveyor.
This is one the delivery routes between printing press and inserter shortening bypass used. Of course, this method also allows the processing of partial products or side dishes in the same way.
By the method according to the invention, the requirements can be met on insertion machines and it can be a processing the products from the press to the inserter without detours.
Are advantageous to the delivery of the printing press of a Transporter at the fold also accepted products at the fold opening into the pockets of a plug-in machine Conveyor passed, making handling at the neuralgic Transition points is greatly simplified.
The delivery of products from the carrier is done appropriately in an approximately parallel to the transfer direction inclination position to the overpass.
For application of the inventive method is preferably used a device that consists of one of at least the main products by means of rotating grippers on the delivery of a printing press receiving and circulating on a conveyor path Insert pockets of a Einsteckmaschine überführenden conveyor consisting of a latch arrangement, wherein for receiving the products on the display with the buffer arrangement on the storage side connected conveyor and paging side of the latch assembly the pockets of the inserter feeding conveyor the conveyor system are provided, which device according to the invention characterized in that the transporter between Display and buffer arrangement by a on rotating Traction means fastened brackets formed, on and disengageable transfer organ connected to the conveyor is.

Die Fig. 2 zeigt u.a. den mit der Auslage A verbundenen Transporteur
4 in einem noch näher zu beschreibenden Ueberführungsbereich
der Einrichtung 5. Der Transporteur 4 weist ein mit
strichpunktierter Linie angedeutetes, endlos umlaufendes (siehe
Fig. 1) Zugmittel 18 -beispielsweise eine Gelenkkette- auf, an
Fig. 2 shows u.a. the conveyor connected to the display A

Transporteur 4. The second last of the
