der Sockel (3) mindestens zwei federnd ausgebildete, jeweils mit einer Rastnase (8a) versehene Laschen (8) besitzt, der Sockel (3) eine ringförmige Scheibe (6) aufweist, die um eine senkrecht zur Scheibenebene angeordnete Ringachse drehbar gelagert ist, wobei die ringförmige Scheibe (6) eine der Ringachse zugewandte Innenwand (6b), die Wandbereiche (6ba, 6bb) mit unterschiedlichem Abstand zur Ringachse aufweist, besitzt, die Laschen (8) an der Innenwand (6b) der ringförmigen Scheibe (6) anliegen.
