Claims (10)
- Steckdose für eine mehrpolige Steckverbindung für den elektrischen Anschluß eines Kraftfahrzeuganhängers an einem Kraftfahrzeug, mit einem Dosengehäuse (1) und einem in dem Dosengehäuse (1) aufgenommenen Kontaktträgereinsatz (2) für die Aufnahme von mit elektrischen Anschlußleitungen (3, 3') zu versehenen elektrischen Steckkontakten (4), welcher einen Kontaktträger (5) für die rückwärtige Abstützung der Steckkontakte (4) in dem Kontaktträgereinsatz (2) und einen Kontaktaufsatz (6) für die Halterung der Steckkontakte (4) an dem Kontaktträger (5) aufweist, sowie ggf. mit einem Stützkörper (7) für die Abstützung des Kontaktträgereinsatzes (2) auf einer rückwärtigen Montagefläche (8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Kontaktträgereinsatz (2) und Gehäusemantel (9) sowie der ggf. vorhandene Stützkörper (7) zueinander fluchtende erste Aussparungen (10, 12; 11) für die seitliche Wegführung der Anschlußleitungen (3, 3') aufweisen.
- Steckdose nach Anspruch 1 mit Mitteln zum Signalisieren der Einsteckposition eines Steckers in dem Dosengehäuse (1), d.h. z.B. für die Anhängerkennung, bei welchen in wenigstens einer Anschlußleitung (3') wenigstens eines Steckkontaktes (4) des Kontaktträgereinsatzes (2) zu einer Ausgangssignal-Empfangseinrichtung ein einen Schaltkontakt aufweisender in einem Freiraum des Dosengehäuses (1) befindlicher Schalteinsatz (13') und ein Zusatzstecker (13) vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kontaktträgereinsatz (2) und der ggf. vorgesehene Stützkörper (7) zueinander fluchtende zweite Aussparungen (14, 15) für die seitliche Wegführung der Anschlußleitung (3') von dem Zusatzstecker (13) aufweist.
- Steckdose nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten Aussparungen (10, 12; 11) von Kontaktträgereinsatz (2), Gehäusemantel (9) und ggf. Stützkörper (7) den zweiten Aussparungen (14, 15) von Kontaktträgereinsatz (2) und ggf. Stützkörper (7) einander diametral gegenüber liegen.
- Steckdose nach einem der Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zusatzstecker (13) mit seitlich abstehenden bzw. seitlich abgewinkelten Kontakten (16) für die Anschlußleitung (3') ausgestattet ist.
- Steckdose nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kontaktträgereinsatz (2) in den Stützkörper (7) mittels an letzterem vorgesehenen Rasthaken (17) einrastbar ist.
- Steckdose nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rasthaken (17) bei montiertem Dosengehäuse (1) gegen elastisches Ausweichen zur Verhinderung einer Freigabe des Kontaktträgereinsatzes (2) blockiert sind.
- Steckdose nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blockage der Rasthaken (17) mittels Sicherheitsvorsprüngen (18) erfolgt, welche bei der Montage bezüglich der Rasthaken (17) reversibel von einer Freigabestellung in eine Blockierstellung überführbar sind, und zwar aufgrund Abstützens des Stützkörpers (7) auf der Montagefläche (8).
- Steckdose nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Montagefläche (8) von einem Befestigungsblech (19) gebildet ist, welches mit steckdosenseitigen Gewindebuchsen (20) in dafür vorgesehene rückwärtige Aufnahmekammern (21) des Dosengehäuses (1) eintaucht, und daß in die Aufnahmekammern (21) von der Vorderseite des Dosengehäuses (1) aus betätigbare Befestigungsschrauben (22) für den Eingriff in die Gewindebuchsen (21) hineinragen.
- Steckdose nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der ggf. von dem Befestigungsblech (19) gebildeten Montagefläche (8) und der rückwärtigen Stirnfläche des Gehäusemantels (9) eine Dichtung (23) angeordnet ist.
- Steckdose nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützkörper (7) mittels einer Dichtmanschette (24) gegen die Innenwandfläche (25) des Dosengehäuses (1) abgestützt ist.
