Claims (2)
- Umreifungsgerät zum Umreifen eines Gegenstands mit einem darum gelegten thermoverschweissbaren Kunststoffband (3),
wobei
das Umreifungsgerät eine Einrichtung (2) zum Spannen des Bandes (3) und zum Reibverschweissen zweier einander überlappenden Bandteile (4,5) des gespannten Bandes (3) umfasst,
die Einrichtung (2) ihrerseits einen um eine Drehachse (6) drehbaren und antreibbaren Werkzeugteil (7) umfasst, der eine allgemein zylindrische Werkzeugmantelfläche (8) aufweist, und einen Auflageteil (9) umfasst, der eine dem Werkzeugteil (7) zugewandte, sich über einen Sektor der Werkzeugmantelfläche (8) erstreckende und diesen allgemein umschliessende Auflagefläche (10) aufweist,
zumindest die Auflagefläche (10) des Auflageteils (9) zahnungsähnlich strukturiert ist,
und der Werkzeugteil (7) und der Auflageteil (9) gegenseitig um eine der Drehachse (6) parallelen Schwenkachse (12) schwenkbar sind, um die überlappenden Bandteile (4,5) zwischen der Auflagefläche (10) und der Werkzeugmantelfläche (8) zu erfassen bzw. freizugeben,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Auflageteil (9) einen mehrteiligen Schuh (13) umfasst, der aus um die Drehachse (6) winkelmässig aneinandergereihten Haltebacken (14,16,18) zusammengesetzt ist,
wobei die Haltebacken (14,16,18) jeweilige Aussenseiten (15,17,19) aufweisen, welche zusammen eine Aussenseite (24) des Schuhs (13) sowie die Auflagefläche (10) des Auflageteils (9) bilden. - Umreifungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussenseiten (15,17,19) der Haltebacken (14,16,18) im wesentlichen eben und rechteckig mit der Drehachse (6) und der Schwenkachse (12) parallelen Kanten ausgebildet sind.
