- Method of installing according to claim 1, characterised in that the sleepers are dual-block concrete sleepers whose reinforcement comprises structural steel rods which extend substantially parallel to the sleeper axis and are connected together by shackles, and which extend as connecting elements continuously through both individual blocks.
- Method of installing according to claim 2 or 3, characterised in that the reinforcement (2) has what are known as grid carriers (18) with longitudinal rods (19, 20, 21) respectively forming three edges of a triangular prism and two sinusoidal members (22, 23) connecting them.
- Method of installing according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the partial concreting-in (5) at the top is provided with stripping slopes for the casting compound (17) which extend at an incline with respect to the running plane of the rails from one sleeper end to the other sleeper end.
- Method of installing according to claim 5, characterised in that the upper face (16) of the partial concreting (5) - except for the fixing humps - is formed as an inclined plane.
- Method of installing according to claim 5 or 6, characterised in that the incline of the stripping edges is approx. 1%.
- Method of installing according to one of claims 5 to 7, characterised in that the sleeper is provided with a height marking (25).
