Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Overhead-Warenausgabebehälter, insbesondere für die Ausgabe von Warenpackungen, z.B. Zigarettenschachteln, gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, vgl. US-A-4 498 714.
Die Erfindung befaßt sich mit dem Problem, einen Overhead-Warenausgabebehälter zu schaffen, der eine bequeme Selbstbedienungs-Entnahme sowie eine noch einfachere Befüllung mit Warenpackungen ermöglicht, die vorhandenen Restwarenpackungen nachgeordnet sind.
Die Erfindung löst dieses Problem durch einen Overhead-Warenausgabebehälter mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1. Hinsichtlich wesentlicher weiterer Ausgestaltungsmerkmale wird auf die Ansprüche 2 bis 7 verwiesen.
Der erfindungsgemäße Overhead-Warenausgabebehälter bildet eine Selbstbedienungs-Baueinheit, die mit geringem Aufwand an die Aufnahme unterschiedlicher Warenverpackungen anpaßbar ist. Die als Schubladen ausgebildeten, übereinander angeordneten Warenträger schaffen eine Unterteilung in eine Vielzahl von Gefachen, die durch ihre Neigung dem Kunden übersichtlich zugewandt sind und eine leicht zugängliche Entnahmeöffnung darbieten.
Werden die Warenträgerschubladen aus dieser Betriebsstellung schräg abwärts aus dem Behälter herausgezogen und um einen Winkel nach unten abgeklappt, so gelangen sie in eine seitlich zugängliche Befüllstellung, in der auch von wenig geübtem Bedienpersonal eine einfache Befüllung möglich ist. Dabei befindet sich auf dem Warenträger vorhandene Restware in einer vorderen, der Entnahmeöffnung benachbarten Entnahmestellung, so daß Nachfüllware leicht hinter der Restware positioniert werden kann. Danach sind die Warenträgerschubladen mit einer einfachen entgegengesetzten Bewegungsfolge in den Overhead-Warenausgabebehälter rückführbar und in diesem arretierbar.
Weitere Einzelheiten und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung und den Zeichnungen, die zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des erfindungsgemäßen Warenausgabebehälters veranschaulichen. In der Zeichnung zeigen:

In Fig. 1 ist ein insgesamt mit 1 bezeichneter Overhead-Warenausgabebehälter dargestellt, der als Selbstbedienungseinrichtung für die Ausgabe von Warenpackungen 2, z.B. Zigarettenschachteln, vorgesehen ist. Die Warenpackungen 2 sind in abgeteilten Räumen des Behälters 1 in einer Hintereinanderanordnung aufgenommen (linke Seite in Fig. 1) und aus dem jeweiligen Aufnahmeraum über eine vorderseitige Entnahmeöffnung 3 entnehmbar.
Der nicht erfindungsgemäß ausgebildete Behälter 1 ist durch vertikale Teilerwände 4 (Fig. 5) in nebeneinander liegende Schächte 5 unterteilt, und in diesen Schächten 5 sind übereinander angeordnete Warenträger 6 abgestützt. Die vergrößerte Darstellung gemäß Fig. 2 verdeutlicht in Zusammenschau mit der Querschnittsdarstellung gemäß Fig. 3 eine optimale Anordnung einer Mehrzahl der Warenträger 6, deren allgemein mit 8 bezeichnete Vorderseiten mit den Unterkanten 7 eine nach oben vorn geneigte Entnahmeebene E definieren. Die Warenträger 6 sind aus einer Betriebsstellung (Fig. 3) innerhalb des Schachtes 5 schräg abwärts (Pfeilrichtung B) in eine Inventur- und Befüllstellung aus dem Schacht 5 herausziehbar (Fig. 2, Fig. 5) und in die entgegengesetzte Bewegungsrichtung in die Betriebsstellung rückführbar (Fig. 4).
Die Teilerwände 4 sind in eine Rückwand 10 des Behälters 1 eingehängt, wobei mittels eines Traghakens 11 und eines Steckansatzes 12 eine lösbare Verbindung geschaffen ist, die eine auch stufenlose Veränderung des horizontalen Abstandes T der jeweiligen Teilerwände 4 ermöglicht (Fig. 2). Mit dieser Gestaltung ist eine modulare Bestückung des Behälters 1 erreicht und dieser kann mit geringem Aufwand an die Aufnahme unterschiedlicher Größen von Warenpackungen 2, beispielsweise an Zigarettenschachteln in Form von Big Packs, angepaßt werden.
Die vergrößerte Einzeldarstellung gemäß Fig. 5 zeigt die zweckmäßige Ausbildung der Teilerwände 4 als zweiteilige Baueinheit, die einen in die Rückwand 10 des Behälters 1 einhängbaren ersten Wandteil 13 mit einem hinteren Winkelteil 14 und einen dem Wandteil 13 zugeordneten und zu diesem parallel ausgerichteten zweiten Wandteil 15 in Form einer Stützplatte umfaßt. Dieser zweite Wandteil 15 ist auf der zum ersten Wandteil 13 abgewandten Seite mit den Warenträgern 6 versehen, die abnehmbar am Wandteil 15 abgestützte und daher einzeln entnehmbare Baueinheiten bilden. Zwischen den beiden Wandteilen 13 und 15 sind Führungsschienen 16 und 17 als Auszugteile vorgesehen, so daß der zweite Wandteil 15 relativ zum ersten Wandteil 13 ausziehbar ist und die Warenträger 6 damit gemeinsam aus ihrer Betriebsstellung (Fig. 4) in ihre Füllstellung (Fig. 5) überführbar sind.
Der zweite Wandteil 15 ist in seiner eingeschobenen Endstellung mittels einer von Hand auslösbaren Arretierungsvorrichtung A (Fig. 7, Fig. 8) festlegbar, wobei eine über eine Feder 18 bewegliche Rastklinke 17 in eine Aufnahmeöffnung A' am unteren Randbereich des verschiebbaren Wandteils 15 eingreift (Fig. 4).
Die Festlegung der Teilerwände 4 bzw. des jeweiligen Wandteils 13 am Behälter 1 wird in Zusammenschau von Fig. 3 und Fig. 6 deutlich, wobei die Rückwand 10 in ihrem oberen Bereich eine sich annähernd über die Breite der Rückwand 10 erstreckende Aussparung für die Aufnahme der jeweiligen am ersten Wandteil 13 vorgesehenen Traghakenteile 11 aufweist. Im Abstand unterhalb der Aussparung erstreckt sich ebenfalls über die Breite der Rückwand 10 ein Aufnahmeschlitz in Form einer Randabkantung 9 (Fig. 3), in die der am ersten Wandteil 13 in Form einer Haltezunge 12' angebrachte Steckansatz 12 eingreift (Fig. 4).
Die geschnittene Einzeldarstellung der Schachtbaugruppe gemäß Fig. 4 zeigt im wesentlichen die konstruktiven Details der mit dem zweiten Wandteil 15 verbundenen Warenträger 6, wobei diese mit einer in ihrer Breite K (Fig. 2) im wesentlichen der Breite der abzustützenden Warenpackungen 2 entsprechenden und zur Entnahmeseite (Entnahmeöffnung 3) hin schräg abwärts ausgerichteten Gleitbahn 20 versehen sind, entlang der ein jeweiliger Druckschieber 21 verschieblich geführt ist. Dieser Druckschieber 21 kann mit einer sich in der Ebene der Gleitbahn 20 von der Vorderseite 8 des Warenträgers 6 aus erstreckenden Zugfeder (nicht dargestellt) in Form einer Rollfeder verbunden sein, die bei einer Bewegung des Druckschiebers 21 in Richtung zum rückseitigen Ende des Warenträgers 6 hin vorgespannt wird (Pfeilrichtung Z). Danach kann der Druckschieber 21 unter Wirkung der Federkraft in einer Pfeilrichtung D eine Rückstellbewegung ausführen.
Die jeweiligen Druckschieber 21 sind in ihrer Endstellung am rückwärtigen Ende der Warenträger 6 mittels einer federbelasteten Rastklinke 22 (Pfeil F) arretierbar, wie dies beispielhaft der obere Warenträger 6 in der Querschnittsdarstellung gemäß Fig. 3 zeigt. Diese Rastklinke 22 ist durch Einsetzen einer letzten Warenpackung 2 unmittelbar vor dem Druckschieber 21' auslösbar, so daß danach bei vollständig gefülltem Warenträger 6 der Druckschieber 21 für seine Drückerbewegung (Pfeil D) automatisch freigegeben ist und die Warenpackungen 2 zur Entnahmeöffnung 3 hin bewegen kann. Beim Nachfüllen von Warenpackungen 2 ist der Druckschieber 21 in Richtung der Rastklinke 22 bis hinter diese zu bewegen. Damit verbleibt Restware auf dem Warenträger 6 nahe der Entnahmeöffnung 3, und die weitere Benutzung der Selbstbedienungs-Vorrichtung 1 erfolgt nach dem Einlegen der Neuware zwangsläufig nach dem first-in-first-out-Prinzip.
In vorteilhafter Ausbildung des Behälters 1 weist dessen Rückwand 10 einen in Betriebsstellung vertikalen unteren Teil 23 und einen zur Entnahmeseite hin abgewinkelten oberen Teil 24 auf, so daß auch die Teilerwände 4 einen diesem abgewinkelten Rückwandverlauf des Behälters 1 angepaßten rückwärtigen Randverlauf (Fig. 3, Fig. 4) aufweisen. Durch eine Anpassung der Länge der Warenträger 6 an den rückwärtigen Randverlauf der Wandteile 13 bzw. 15 sind die Warenträger 6 ihrerseits unterschiedlich lang und bilden Gefache mit einem unterschiedlichen Aufnahmevermögen für Warenverpackungen 2 (Fig. 3).
Die Warenträger 6 sind im Bereich der Vorderseite 8 mit einem Abschlußteil 26 versehen, das lediglich einen Teil der Höhe der eingestellten Warenpackungen 2 einnimmt, so daß über die Entnahmeöffnungen 3 ein bequemer Zugriff möglich ist. Durch eine Ausbildung der Abschlußteile 26 aus einem durchsichtigen Material, z.B. Plexiglas, ist auch die zum Kunden geneigte Packungsaufschrift gut lesbar.
In ihrer parallelen Übereinanderlage sind die Warenträger 6 im Bereich des vorderen Abschlußteils 26 um etwa eine Packungsdicke versetzt zueinander angeordnet (Abstand W, Fig. 3), so daß sich die jeweils unter Wirkung des Druckschiebers 21 am Abschlußteil 26 anliegende Warenpackung 2 in der über die Entnahmeöffnung 3 zugänglichen Entnahmestellung befindet und zugriffsgerecht zum Kunden hin geneigt ist.
Die endseitigen Stirnseiten 27, 28 (bzw. eine Zwischenwand 28') des Behälters 1 (Fig. 6) sind innenseitig mit einer jeweiligen Führungsnut 29 (Fig. 3) versehen, in der ein insgesamt mit 30 bzw. 30' bezeichneter Verschlußrolladen verschiebbar abgestützt ist. In der Offenstellung des Behälters 1 befindet sich der Verschlußrolladen 30 oberhalb und rückseitig der Teilerwände 4 und durch eine Rollbewegung (Pfeil R), beispielsweise mittels eines Antriebsmotors 31 gesteuert, kann der Verschlußrolladen 30, 30' in eine Schließstellung zur Entnahmeseite des Behälters 1 hin bewegt werden, so daß damit eine zuverlässige Diebstahlsicherung erreicht ist. In zweckmäßiger Ausführung ist der Verschlußrolladen 30, 30' als Gitterstabrolladen 32 ausgebildet.
Die Perspektivdarstellung gemäß Fig. 6 verdeutlicht, daß der Behälter 1 an seiner Rückwand 10 an einem insgesamt mit 33 bezeichneten Trägergestell befestigt ist. Im Bereich der Rückwand 10 sind zwei längslaufende Reihen von Schraublöchern 34 vorgesehen, die eine in Längsrichtung des Behälters 1 variable Verbindung mit dem Trägergestell 33 ermöglichen. Die gesamte Stützkonstruktion ist im Bereich des Trägergestells 33 mit zwei untereinander durch Diagonalstreben 35, 36 ausgesteiften Stützsäulen 37, 38 versehen, die über jeweilige Stützöffnungen 39 die Abstützung von Zusatzbehältern (nicht dargestellt) ermöglichen. In zweckmäßiger Ausführung sind dabei die Bauteile des Trägergestells 33 als vorgefertigte Lochstreben mit jeweiligen Öffnungen 39 ausgebildet, die eine längs- und/oder querseitige Einhängung von Warenkörben ermöglichen.
Der Behälter 1 ist auf seiner Entnahmeseite (Fig. 3) oberhalb der Entnahmeöffnungen 3 mit einem Tragteil 40 versehen, in dem zur Warenbeleuchtung Leuchtmittel 41 abgestützt sind und im Bereich der Vorderseite 42 des Tragteils 40 ist außerdem die Festlegung von Werbeträgern o.dgl. möglich.
In Fig. 9 ist in einer Perspektivdarstellung der erfindungsgemäße Behälter 1 veranschaulicht. Die Warenträger 6' sind jeweils als sich über die Breite des Behälterinnenraumes erstreckende Laden, insbesondere Schubladen 50 ausgebildet. Auf der linken Seite der Darstellung sind die in Bedienstellung im Behälterinnenraum befindlichen Schubladen 50 derart sichtbar, daß die vorderseitige Entnahmeebene in dieser Betriebsstellung deutlich wird. Die Schubladen 50 sind im Bereich ihrer Querseiten 51,52 an jeweiligen Wandteilen 27',28',28'' des Behälters 1 abgestützt. Aus dieser Betriebsstellung ist die jeweilige Schublade 50 schräg abwärts herausziehbar (ähnlich den Warenträgern 6 - Fig. 5 - mittels Führungsschienen o. dgl.), und bei Erreichen einer maximalen Auszugstellung können die Schubladen 50 über eine gelenkige Aufhängung bei 64 und 65 in eine annähernd senkrechte Befüllstellung (Winkel W) abgeklappt werden (Fig. 9, rechte Seite). Bei dieser Schwenkbewegung der Schublade 50 in die Befüllstellung werden gleichzeitig noch in jeweiligen Aufnahmeräumen 53 befindliche Restwarenpackungen unter Schwerkraftwirkung zur Entnahmeseite hin verlagert, und hinter bzw. über der Restware können Neuwaren so gestapelt werden, daß mit geringem Aufwand auch von weniger geschultem Bedienpersonal das first-in-first-out-Prinzip realisiert wird. Nach einer Befüllung der Räume 53 ist die Schublade 50 in entgegengesetzter Bewegungsfolge in den Behälter 1 rückführbar und in dieser Betriebsstellung durch ein entriegelbares Halteteil (nicht dargestellt) fixiert.
Der Behälter 1 gem. Fig. 9 ist beidseits des mittleren Wandteils 28'' mit jeweils vier übereinander angeordneten Schubladen 50 versehen, die ihrerseits jeweils vierzehn abgeteilte Räume 53 aufweisen, so daß bei optimaler Raumausnutzung im Behälter 1 eine Vielzahl von Warenpackungen aufnehmbar ist.
In Fig. 10 sind die Warenträger 6' in einer Ausführungsform dargestellt, bei der die Schubladen 50 im Bereich der Aufnahmeräume 53 (Fig. 9) mit jeweils als herausnehmbare Einzelteile (Fig. 11) ausgebildeten Magazinen 54 versehen sind. Die Schublade 50 wird aus ihrer Betriebsstellung schräg abwärts aus dem Behälter herausgezogen und um den Winkel W in die Befüllstellung nach unten abgeklappt. In dieser Klappstellung können die Magazine 54 mit geringem Aufwand von einer Bedienperson entnommen (Pfeil E, Fig. 11), an einem entfernten Füllort mit neuer Ware versehen und danach wieder in die Schublade 50 eingesetzt werden.
Die Seitenansicht gemäß Fig. 11 verdeutlicht in Zusammenschau mit Fig. 12 die Abstützung der jeweiligen Schublade 50 im Bereich der jeweiligen Wandteile 28'' bzw. 27' (Fig. 10), an denen in gegenüberliegender Einbaulage (bis 27' nicht sichtbar) jeweilige Führungsteile 59 mit einer Führungsnut 60 vorgesehen sind. Bei Bewegung der Schublade 50 in die Befüllstellung erfolgt in der Führungsnut 60 eine Gleit- oder Rollbewegung der Schublade 50, und eine nicht näher dargestellte gelenkige Aufhängung am Führungsteil 59 wird in eine Fangnut 61 so eingeführt, daß die Schublade 50 die dargestellte Schwenkstellung einnimmt, dabei hinreichend sicher festgelegt ist und mit geringem Kraftaufwand in umgekehrter Bewegungsfolge in die Betriebsstellung rückführbar ist.
Die Magazine 54 sind in der Schublade 50 durch eine ein Federteil 55 aufweisende Klemmverbindung fixiert (Fig. 12), wobei eine Federzunge 62 am Federteil 55 in der dargestellten Befüllstellung für die Bedienperson gut erreichbar ist, damit die Klemmverbindung einfach zu lösen ist und das Magazin 54 mit wenigen Handgriffen einfach entnommen werden kann (Pfeil E, Fig. 11). Ebenso einfach ist das Wiedereinsetzen des Magazins 54 möglich.
Die Schublade 50 ist an ihrer der Vorderseite 8 abgewandten Rückseite 56 (Fig. 12) mit einer ein Display 57 tragenden Haltevorrichtung 58 versehen. Eine im Display 57 vorgesehene Registrierung ermöglicht auch bei mehreren gleichzeitig entnommenen Magazinen 54 eine positionsgenaue Zuordnung bei deren Wiedereinsetzung in die Schublade 50. Das Display 57 ist dabei im Bereich einer Klappleiste 63 abgestützt, die über eine Gelenkabstützung 64 derart mit der Haltevorrichtung 58 verbunden ist, daß mittels einer Schwenkbewegung (Pfeil H) die Klappleiste 63 zur Federzunge 62 hin verlagerbar ist (Fig. 11, obere Schubladen) und damit das jeweilige Magazin 54 in der Schublade 50 eine zusätzlich zur Klemmverbindung im Bereich des Federteils 55 wirksame Lagesicherung aufweist.

Claims (7)

  1. Overhead-Warenausgabebehälter, insbesondere für die Ausgabe von Warenpackungen (2), z.B. Zigarettenschachteln, die in abgeteilten Räumen des Behälters (1) in Hintereinanderanordnung aufgenommen und aus diesen an vorderseitigen Entnahmeöffnungen (3) im Wege der Selbstbedienung entnehmbar sind, wobei im Behälter (1) übereinander angeordnete Warenträger (6, 6') abgestützt sind, die mit den Unterkanten (7) ihrer Vorderseiten (8) eine nach oben vorn geneigte Entnahmeebene (E) definieren und aus einer Betriebsstellung innerhalb des Behälters (1) schräg abwärts aus dem Behälter (1) ausziehbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die als Schubladen (50) ausgebildeten Warenträger (6') nach Erreichen ihrer Auszugsstellung um einen Winkel (W) nach unten in eine Befüllstellung abklappbar und in entgegengesetzter Bewegungsfolge in den Behälter (1) rückführbar sind.
  2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubladen (50) sich über die Breite des Behälterinnenraumes erstrecken und im Bereich ihrer Querseiten (51, 52) an jeweiligen Wandteilen (27', 28', 28") des Behälters (1) entnehmbar abgestützt sind.
  3. Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubladen (50) in ihrer Auszugsstellung in eine etwa annähernd senkrechte Befüllstellung klappbar (Winkel W) sind.
  4. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Behälter (1) beidseits eines mittleren Wandteils (28") jeweils vier Laden bzw. Schubladen (50) mit vierzehn abgeteilten Räumen (53) für die Aufnahme von Warenpackungen vorgesehen sind.
  5. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die abgeteilten Räume (53) jeweils von als Einzelteil herausnehmbaren Magazinen (54) gebildet sind.
  6. Behälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Magazine (54) jeweils über eine zumindest ein Federteil (55) aufweisende Klemmverbindung in ihrer Stellung fixiert sind.
  7. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubladen (50) an ihrer der Vorderseite (8) abgewandten Rückseite (56) mit einer ein Display (57) tragenden Haltevorrichtung (58) versehen sind, die eine Klappleiste (63) zur Lagesicherung der Magazine (54) aufweist.
