Description

The invention relates to a heat exchanger with essentially horizontal Finned tubes (1, 1 ') that run parallel to each other, such as tubes one Waste heat boiler, the stacked tubes (1, 1 ') at certain intervals have pushed over cylindrical sleeves (3, 3 ') and the tubes (1) over support the sleeves (3) on the corresponding sleeves (3 ') of the pipes (1') underneath, the sleeves (3 ') of the lowest row of tubes (1') on support devices (6, 6 '), the are connected to a housing via hanging elements (7, 7 ', 7 ", 8), and the cylindrical sleeves (3, 3 ') have an annular cross section.

AT 395 754 B is a perforated plate for vertical support of horizontal ones Pipes, preferably finned pipes, on a housing, especially for waste heat boilers or capacitors, in which the holes for the pipes according to a division scheme are arranged and slightly compared to the outer tube diameter have a larger cross section, known.

The invention has the disadvantage that the manufacture of the perforated plates by Cutting is complex, the manufacturing tolerances are often so large that the remaining bridge between the holes is narrow and the necessary strength of the Perforated plate at high temperatures, such as those found in a waste heat boiler, is therefore not given and there is a risk of deformation of the perforated plates. Furthermore, the minimum spacing of the holes is specified in terms of strength, so that a greater pipe density cannot be realized.

No. 4,245,694 describes a device for supporting heat exchanger tubes known, which consists of a plurality of cylindrical sleeves or similar elements, through which the heat exchanger tubes pass, the sleeves in one Frames are arranged. This device does not have at higher exhaust gas temperatures the necessary strength.

US 2 268 730 shows a device for supporting essentially horizontally extending pipes, at least one support device and the associated hanging elements are at least partially cooled, but the support device not exclusively attached to hanging elements.

The US 4,368,695 shows a heat exchanger with perforated plates of a cooled support device having.

The object of the present invention is to provide a support for the To develop pipes that have the necessary strength at higher temperatures and their manufacture compared to AT 395 754 B with little effort is possible.

The invention is characterized in that at least one support device on two Hanging elements is attached and that both the support device and the hanging elements are cooled by the support device as a flow-through collector a hanging element as the feed pipe and a hanging element as the discharge pipe this collector is trained.

What is new about this invention is that the at least partial cooling of the carrying device and the hanging elements the cooled parts in the circuit of a waste heat boiler integrated and cooled at high exhaust gas temperatures, so that the heat resistance of the cooled parts is increased, which increases the temperature resistance of the Device is given.

One embodiment of the invention is that cooled support devices or cooled hanging elements with uncooled supports or uncooled hanging elements are combined.

This has the advantage that the support devices or hanging elements with higher temperature loads flowed through with the medium, i.e. cooled and the less temperature-stressed Devices can be made easier by being uncooled be formed.

The centers of the sleeves of a row of tubes can each have the extent of a sleeve radius be staggered relative to the row of pipes below, which makes a special tight arrangement of the pipes is guaranteed.

The centers of the sleeves of a row of tubes can also be perpendicular to the Sleeves of the underlying row of tubes can be arranged. This aligned arrangement of the tubes requires a less tight packing of the tubes and thus a little more space for the exhaust gas flowing between the pipes.

The sleeves are welded together in the area of mutual contact lines. As a result, the mutual position of the sleeves is permanently determined.

When the tubes are designed as finned tubes, at least two fins lie on a sleeve so that the pipe is stably supported.

The invention is shown by way of example and schematically in FIGS. 1 to 4.

A in Fig. 2.Fig. 1 shows a section through the longitudinal axes of the sleeves of two adjacent tubes along the section line A-A in FIG. 2.

Fig. 2 shows a section of a tube bundle in section normal to the longitudinal axis of the Sleeves or pipes.

Fig. 3 shows two tube bundles in section normal to the longitudinal axis of the sleeves or tubes in the Area of a combined suspension device.

Fig. 4 shows two tube bundles in the area of an uncooled suspension device in the Cut normal to the longitudinal axis of the sleeves or tubes and in the side view.

In Fig. 1 two superimposed finned tubes 1, 1 'are shown, which by fins 2, 2 'lie on the inner surface of sleeves 3, 3' pushed over. The inside diameter the sleeves 3, 3 'is so compared to the outer diameter of the ribs 2, 2' chosen that the finned tubes 1, 1 'easily pushed into sleeves 3, 3' and the finned tubes 1, 1 'can be tilted in the longitudinal direction in the sleeves 3, 3'. Thereby lies the Longitudinal axis 4, 4 'of the finned tube 1, 1' below the longitudinal axis 5, 5 'of the sleeve 3, 3'. The length of the sleeves 3, 3 'is chosen so that at least two ribs 2, 2' on the Sleeve 3, 3 'are supported.

Fig. 2 shows a section of a tube bundle in cross section in the area of the sleeves 3, 3 '. The finned tubes 1, 1 'lying in the sleeves 3, 3' are shown, wherein the respective rib 2, 2 'is also shown in the area of the section line A-A. The pipes 1, 1 'are arranged in horizontal rows, the center points of the sleeves 3, 3' a row of tubes each in the extent of a sleeve radius compared to the one below Row of pipes are offset. As a result, each sleeve 3 lies except on the edge of the Pipe bundle located sleeves on two sleeves 3 'of the lower row of tubes and has therefore one line of contact with a total of six other sleeves 3, 3 '. The location of this Lines of contact are in a sleeve 3 located in the middle of the tube bundle indicated by dashed lines. The sleeves are along these lines of contact 3, 3 'welded together. The mutual distance between the tubes (1, 1 ') is due to the Dimensions of the sleeve (3, 3 ') automatically given.

Fig. 3 shows two superimposed tube bundles, which are represented by the sleeves 3 are. The lower tube bundle lies on a support device which is designed as a collector 6 which is flowed through by medium in the indicated direction of the arrow. The Collector 6 is attached to at least two hanging elements 7, 8, the one hanging element formed as a feed pipe 7 and the other hanging element as a discharge pipe 8 is. The arrows indicate the direction of flow of the medium passed through. The upper tube bundle is on a support device designed as an uncooled support 6 ' supported, the carrier 6 'being carried by the hanging elements 7, 8. The exhaust gas to be cooled flows from below through the tube bundle, the exhaust gas temperature decreases towards the top due to the cooling through the pipes. Thus, the Carrying device of the overhead tube bundle designed as an uncooled carrier 6 ' become.

Fig. 4 shows in the right part two superimposed tube bundles through the sleeves 3, the carrying devices 6 'and the hanging elements 7', 7 "being uncooled are trained. The support devices designed as profile supports 6 'are on Side elements 7 'attached, which with the profile carrier 6' of the overlying Tube bundle or connected to the support grid 10 by tabs 7 ". A profile beam 6 ', two side elements 7' and an element 9 form a support frame which Pipe bundle or the sleeves 3. 3 'holds together.

Die waagrechten Linien in den Seitenelementen 7' zeigen die Lage der Mittelpunkte der einzelnen Reihen von Hülsen 3.In the left part of Fig. 4 is the side view of the tube bundle in the area of the support devices or hanging elements shown. The horizontal lines in the side elements 7 'show the position of the center points of the individual rows of sleeves 3.

In the case of a waste heat boiler, several of the tube bundles shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 are used arranged side by side and one above the other.
