Abstract

The invention relates to a device for supporting essentially horizontally extending pipes, especially ribbed pipes, which run parallel to one another such as the pipes of a waste heat boiler. The pipes, which are stacked on top of each other, have cylindrical sleeves (3) slid over them at set intervals and are supported via said sleeves on the corresponding sleeves of the pipes beneath. The bottom row sleeves (3) lie on support devices (6, 6') which are connected to a casing by suspension elements (7, 8). Said support devices (6, 6') and suspension elements (7, 8) are configured in such a way that they are at least partly cooled, and said cylindrical sleeves (3, 3') have an annular cross section. The device described exhibits the required resistance to higher temperatures since it is cooled, and also requires little labour to produce.

Description

The invention relates to a device for supporting essentially horizontally extending pipes, in particular finned pipes that run parallel to one another, such as pipes of a waste heat boiler, the stacked pipes having cylindrical sleeves pushed over at certain intervals and the pipes being attached to the corresponding sleeves Support the sleeves of the pipes underneath, the sleeves of the lowest row of pipes rest on supporting devices that are connected to a housing by hang elements, and the cylindrical sleeves have a circular cross-section.
AT 395 754 B discloses a perforated plate for the vertical support of horizontal tubes, preferably finned tubes, on a housing, in particular for waste heat boilers or condensers, in which the holes for the tubes are arranged according to a division scheme and have a slightly larger cross section than the outside diameter of the tube , known.
The invention has the disadvantage that the production of the perforated plates by chip removal is complex, the manufacturing tolerances are often so large that the remaining web between the holes is narrow and the necessary strength of the perforated plate at high temperatures, such as those prevailing in a waste heat boiler , is not given and there is a risk of deformation of the perforated plates. Furthermore, the minimum spacing of the holes is specified in terms of strength, so that a greater pipe density cannot be achieved.
From US 4 245 694 a device for supporting heat exchanger tubes is known, which consists of a plurality of cylindrical sleeves or similar elements through which the heat exchanger tubes pass, the sleeves being arranged in a frame. This device does not have the necessary strength at higher exhaust gas temperatures.
The object of the present invention is now to develop a support for the pipes, which has the necessary strength at higher temperatures and whose manufacture is possible in comparison with AT 395 754 B with little effort. The invention is characterized in that at least one carrying device and the associated hanging elements are at least partially cooled and the carrying device is designed as a flow-through collector and the hanging elements as supply and discharge pipes of this collector.
What is new about this invention is that the at least partial cooling of the carrying device and the hanging elements integrates the cooled parts into the circuit of a waste heat boiler and cools them at high exhaust gas temperatures, so that the heat resistance of the cooled parts is increased, which gives the device the temperature resistance is.
One embodiment of the invention is that cooled support devices or cooled suspension elements are combined with uncooled carriers or uncooled suspension elements.
This has the advantage that medium flows through the support devices or hanging elements with a higher temperature load, that is, they are cooled, and the less temperature-loaded devices can be designed more easily by being designed without cooling.
The centers of the sleeves of a row of tubes can each be offset to the extent of a sleeve radius relative to the row of tubes below, which ensures a particularly dense arrangement of the tubes.
The centers of the sleeves of a row of tubes can also be arranged vertically above the sleeves of the row of tubes below. This aligned arrangement of the pipes results in a less tight packing of the pipes and thus a little more space for the exhaust gas flowing between the pipes.
The sleeves are welded together in the area of mutual contact lines. As a result, the mutual position of the sleeves is permanently determined.
When the tubes are designed as finned tubes, at least two fins rest on a sleeve, so that the tube is stably supported.
The invention is shown by way of example and schematically in FIGS. 1 to 4.

The inner diameter of the sleeves 3, 3 'of the ribs 2, 2 is compared to the outer diameter' is so selected that the finned tubes 1, 'slightly in sleeves 3, 3' pushed 1 and the finned tubes 1, 1 'in the longitudinal direction in the sleeves 3 , 3 ' can be tilted. Fig. 3 shows two superimposed tube bundles, which are represented by the sleeves 3. The lower tube bundle rests on a support device, which is designed as a collector 6, through which medium flows in the direction indicated by the arrow. The collector 6 is fastened to at least two hanging elements 7, 8, one hanging element being designed as a feed pipe 7 and the other hanging element being designed as a discharge pipe 8. The arrows indicate the direction of flow of the medium passed through. The upper tube bundle is supported on a support device designed as an uncooled support 6 ' , the support 6 ' being supported by the hanging elements 7, 8. The exhaust gas to be cooled flows from below through the tube bundle, the exhaust gas temperature temperature decreases due to the cooling through the pipes. The support device of the overhead tube bundle can thus be designed as an uncooled support 6 ' .
