Claims (5)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Blendenteils, Betätigungsteils oder dergleichen Teile mit Funktionssymbolen (9, 11) für die Beleuchtung mit Durchlicht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,a) dass ein transparentes Trägerelement (1) derart gebildet wird, dass auf dessen Oberfläche (5) innerhalb zumindest eines ersten vorbestimmten Bereichs eine der Form zumindest eines ersten Funktionssymbols (9, 11) entsprechende erste erhabene Struktur (7) vorgesehen ist, undb) dass dann auf das Trägerelement (1) in dem ersten vorbestimmten Bereich eine erste transparente Farbschicht (13, 15) aufgebracht wird, undc) dass dann die das zumindest eine erste Funktionssymbol (9, 11) aufweisende Oberfläche (5) des transparenten Trägerelements (1) derart mit einem nicht-transparenten Material (17) abgedeckt wird, dass die im Wesentlichen parallel zur Oberfläche (5) des Trägerelements (1) verlaufende Oberfläche (7a) der ersten erhabenen beschichteten Struktur (7) frei von dem nicht-transparenten Material (17) bleibt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass innerhalb zumindest eines weiteren vorbestimmten Bereichs der Oberfläche (5) des Trägerelements (1) eine der Form zumindest eines weiteren Funktionssymbols (9, 11) entsprechende weitere erhabene Struktur (7) vorgesehen ist und dass auf das Trägerelement (1) in dem zumindest einen weiteren vorbestimmten Bereich keine oder eine gegenüber der Farbschicht im ersten Bereich andersfarbige transparente Farbschicht (13, 15) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine temperaturstabile Farbe > 80° C verwendet wird und dass das Trägerelement (1) mit nicht-transparentem Material (17) umspritzt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägerelement (1, 100) zumindest im Bereich eines oder mehrerer Funktionssymbole (9, 11, 108, 110) transparent farbig ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die farbigen transparenten und/oder die nicht-transparenten Schichten (13, 15, 102, 104) durch Folien gebildet werden.
