Le fond 47 de l'organe de manoeuvre peut être un fond rapporté pour en faciliter le démoulage, ainsi que pour faciliter le montage du dispositif.
  • La hauteur axiale de l'organe de manoeuvre est supérieure à la hauteur de l'organe de manoeuvre du mode de réalisation précédent, de manière à pouvoir y loger le ressort 40. Le bourrelet d'accrochage 26 du capot 27 est porté par l'extrémité supérieure de l'organe de manoeuvre 4.
  • Un évent 43 est ménagé dans le fond 47 de l'organe de manoeuvre 4 de manière à chasser l'air, comprimé en réponse à la réduction de volume résultant de la compression du ressort 40.
  • L'étanchéité sous la cupule est assurée au moyen d'un joint torique 44 monté sur la périphérie du plateau transversal 23 formé par l'extrémité 19 de la tige filetée 8. Un tel joint peut être réalisé avantageusement en matériau élastomérique.
  • Le fond 24 de la cupule 11 est directement en contact avec le plateau transversal 23 avec lequel la cupule 11 est couplée à la fois en rotation et en translation. La cupule 11 est couplée en rotation avec la chemise 2 au moyen d'un ergot 101 prévu sur la surface extérieure de la cupule 11, et apte à coulisser dans une rainure longitudinale 102 ménagée dans la surface intérieure de la chemise 2.
