Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a frame part, in particular Wall element, according to the generic term of the independent Claim, its use as a modular component for buildings or the like structures and a method of manufacture of such a frame part.
It has become increasingly unaffordable to finance a house. Apart from the land prices, the construction costs play a whole decisive role.
Prefabricated building techniques have long been known, the conventional prefabricated houses are still relatively expensive, however. Wooden houses, especially half-timbered houses, have been alike since Long state of the art - the problem in this regard is too see that the beams and posts to be processed are relatively expensive and thus costly cut and finished so that ultimately nothing is saved again.
A particular problem with regard to the prefabricated houses mentioned on the one hand and the half-timbered houses on the other hand is that their disassembly is generally equivalent to the fact that the Houses are destroyed.
Aus der DE-U 88 07 441 ist ein plattenförmiges Wandelement, insbesondere Isolierelement zur Wärme und/oder Schallisolierung bekannt, welches sich auszeichnet durch einen in sich geschlossenen Rahmen, dessen lichte Querschnittfläche an Wärme- und/oder Schallisolierung des Dämmaterials angeordnet ist, sowie durch je eine, zu beiden Seiten der Rahmenebene angeordnete Deckschicht, die mit dem Rahmen fest verbunden ist und das Dämmaterial in dem von dem Rahmen aufgespannten Hohlraum einschließt.DE-U 88 07 441 is a plate-shaped wall element, in particular Insulating element for heat and / or sound insulation known which is characterized by a self-contained frame, the clear cross-sectional area of heat and / or sound insulation the insulating material is arranged, as well as by one, on both sides the top layer arranged on the frame level, which is fixed to the frame is connected and the insulating material in the spanned by the frame Includes cavity.
A plate-shaped component is known from CH-A 397 200, the forms at least the outer wall of a room, with a plastic outer surface, an insulating material filling and a wooden frame, whereby the wooden frame is covered on both sides by clamping plates, parallel to the vertical wood of the frame and perpendicular to the plate level, a plurality of parallel clamping plate strips are arranged next to each other at a distance, which with the horizontal Timbers of the frame and the clamping plates are firmly connected are and the plastic outer surface in one piece with a plastic cover is formed, which is the abutting surface of the component covers.
The object underlying the present invention is therein, a frame part for building a building and a manufacturing process for the frame part and a using it Specify buildings that can be manufactured extremely inexpensively and that still meets all requirements for stability and durability becomes.
The present invention is first achieved by a method according to claim 1 solved, after which the posts (wooden beams or natural stone strips) parts subject to tolerances, especially rough sawn are connected to each other in such a way that a rail part with exactly given external dimensions (length and width). The Opening of the frame part can be done by planking from alike parts that are subject to tolerance, in particular rough sawn become; the longitudinal beams and possibly also the transverse beams on the outside of the long grooves in which during assembly for Improvement of the sealing effect sealing wedges are inserted.
A particular aspect of the present invention is that inferior because of by-products of a sawmill (or a stone work) a positive recovery or To use.
It is further contemplated that two opposing cross posts be clamped on a mounting / worktop so that their external dimensions correspond to the specified external dimensions of the frame part, that the cross posts according to the specified external dimensions Cut length so that the two side / end Longitudinal posts are those specified by the clamped cross posts Internal dimensions are cut and fitted accordingly, and that the cross and longitudinal posts in the corner area with each other get connected.
In other words, relevant to the present invention, in particular rough-sawn wooden beams or wooden boards (and also stone moldings) as starting material for modular Use frame parts and assemble them so that they are included to the external dimensions that are decisive for the entire structure - Dimensionally accurate frame part is available in the manner of a usual Modular technology with other frame parts of a comparable type and size can be put together (and also disassembled).
In this respect it can be seen that the construction costs are not only due to the considerable cheaper parts of the building, but also as a result of cheaper construction times and the elimination of heavy equipment, very much are reduced.
With regard to the assembly of the frame parts, the use of a (Frame) connector proposed that allows two each Frame parts via a one-piece combination of a right / left thread move in such a way that they finally fit snugly against each other.
Dies zeigt in

This basic idea is that those with tolerance, especially rough sawn Wooden beams and wooden boards (posts) of economic use and thus add value by: they are assembled into a frame part, the external dimensions of which accurate despite the inaccurate dimensions of the rough sawn posts agree (and their insulating cavities with insulation materials, in particular with production waste from sawmills).
4 aufgelegt und dem Innenmaß der Querpfosten 2, 3 entsprechen abgelängt;
dieser Längspfosten 4 wird sodann paßgenau zwischen die
Querpfosten 2, 3 geschoben (vergleiche Pfeil γ).
der Querpfosten 2, 3 ab.The starting point is a worktop / assembly plate 1 (assembly island)
on which the posts are aligned and cut relative to each other
(tailored). Assuming that a right angle
Frame part is to be produced, a cross post is first
2 aligned on the worktop 1 (see arrow α) and
fixed, namely - compare Fig. 2 - parallel to a guide groove
(20), along whose machining tools or the like
can be moved. In the second step, the
Fig. 1 erläuterten Verfahren hergestellten Rahmenteils 10 dargestellt
längs derer in definierter Weise Bearbeitungs-, Verschiebe-
und Arretierungswerkzeuge verstellt und fixiert werden können. In Fig. 2 is now a section of one based on the
1 illustrated method shown
Brett-Schicht-Verfahren hergestellten mehrschichtigen) Beplankung
100 versehen; der Zwischenraum zwischen der beidseitigen
Beplankung 100 kann dabei selbstverständlich mit einem geeigneten
Dammstoff ausgefüllt werden.Fig. 3 shows a finished
der Sägeindustrie).4 shows a section of a wall area and
in the corner area of two - here identical -
Rahmenteilen 10, 10' entwickelte Verbinder (vergleiche Fig. 5 /
verbessern.4 should also show how the
In
33, 34 zusammengezogen (vergleiche Pfeil X).FIG. 5 essentially shows the detail "A" from FIG. 4 for explanation
and disclosure of the connector for two
Clamping point between the two
In Fig. 6 are a
With regard to the use / processing of the tolerant, in particular rough-sawn wooden beams / posts should be noted, that the sound insulation compared to the conventional wooden components is much better.

predetermined external transverse size of the frame part, these transverse posts are cut to length using machining tools to match the predetermined external size, the two laterally adjoining/terminating longitudinal posts are cut to size and fitted in each case to match the predetermined internal dimensions predetermined by the mounted transverse posts and the transverse and longitudinal posts are connected to one another in the corner region. - Method according to the preceding claim, characterised in that the posts are provided as rough hewn parts from tolerance-affected wooden beams, wooden boards or strips of natural stone by sawing.
- Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that provided in the outer sides of the posts are grooves into which sealing wedges are inserted during assembly.
- Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the aperture between the transverse and longitudinal posts is provided with planking composed of tolerance-affected parts.
- Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the planking for the aperture is built from rough hewn parts.
- Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the aperture is planked over in such a way that an insulating space is formed.
- Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the hollow insulating space formed by the planking and posts is filled with waste byproducts.
- Method according to the preceding claim, characterised in that sawdust and/or wood shavings from sawmills are selected to be the waste byproducts.
- Frame part (10) to be used as a modular structural element for buildings or like structures having with regard to length and width precisely predetermined external dimensions with transverse and longitudinal posts connected to one another, characterised in that the frame part (10) has posts (2, 3. 4, 5) made from wooden beams, wooden boards or strips of natural atone affected by tolerances due to rough hewing from which the transverse posts (2, 3) are cut to length to match the predetermined external size and the longitudinal posts are fitted in to match the internal dimensions predetermined by the mounted transverse posts, the transverse and longitudinal posts being connected to one another in the corner region.
- Buildings having at least two frame parts according to the preceding claim 9, characterised in that these are arranged side by side and connected by at least one connector which comprises sockets (30) which are arranged in appropriate spatial correspondence to one another in receiving bores (15) each for one socket in the frame parts (10), round bolts (31) and threaded bolts, it being possible to brace each pair of sockets relative to one another via complementary round bolts and threaded bolts penetrating the latter and each having a left-hand and a right-hand thread (33, 34) in such a way that the frame parts rest flush against one another.
