Definitions
- the invention relates to a slat for slatted blinds, consisting of a elongated, thin metal strips, which have a hole pattern at least in some areas, and, if appropriate, openings in a longitudinal central zone has, as well as a slatted blind, which several at a distance from each other arranged slats.
- Slatted blinds and the slats provided for this purpose serve to close rooms shade and in particular also direct sunlight into rooms reduce or prevent entirely.
- the slats are one for this purpose Combined slats.
- the slats are in a predetermined vertical distance suspended in turning tapes and possess in vertically aligned openings in their longitudinal central zones, through which drawstrings run, which are attached to the lower end lamella are.
- the slats can be tilted about their longitudinal axis using the turning strips and at the same time the strength of those caused by the slatted curtain Adjust shading effect.
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide a slat of the type mentioned to further develop that especially transparency, light control effect and Allow reflections of the incident light on the slat to be specified more precisely.
- This object is achieved with a lamella of the type mentioned at the outset by that the cross-sectional area of the holes and / or the distance between adjacent holes varies in a predetermined manner on the metal strip.
- the advantages of the invention are, in particular, that the varying Cross-sectional areas of the holes and / or distances between adjacent holes Effect of the individual slats and thus the entire slat curtain on allows incident light to be specified much more precisely. Even with the same ratio between the proportion of holes on the metal strip and its total area depending on the location on the slat different effects on the achieve incident light, depending on how the hole sizes and / or Hole spacing varies.
- the cross-sectional area varies the holes, i.e. the hole size, and / or the distance between adjacent holes according to a given function of the location coordinates on the metal strip.
- the hole size and / or the distance can be determined by a suitable function adjacent holes taking into account, for example, a medium one Angle of incidence of the incident light and / or a preferred angular position optimize the individual slats so that a slat curtain with high Transparency and optimized freedom from glare is achieved.
- the holes are preferably arranged along a number of straight lines which are parallel to the Longitudinal edges of the metal strip run, the lying on a straight line Holes all have the same cross-sectional area. Those lying on a straight line Holes are preferably all at the same constant distance from one another.
- the straight lines on which the holes are arranged also preferably face one another all the same distance. It has been shown that such Arrangement of the holes on the metal strip is sufficient, the distance of the Straight lines and / or the size of the holes vary to provide a desired transparency and to achieve shading effects. This results in a viewer a smooth and optically calm course of different transparency and Shading effect within a slat. Such an impression can be preferred are reinforced by the fact that the distance of the straight lines on which the holes are arranged, is equal to the distance that adjacent holes on a straight line have.
- the holes have in supervision a circular shape with a given diameter.
- the maximum diameter of the holes is preferably less than 4 mm.
- the diameter of the holes is preferably between 0.5 mm and 3 mm.
- the Percentage of holes on the metal strip is preferably between 5% and 40% of the Total area.
- the Hole size or the hole diameter with a given distance of one Longitudinal edge of the metal strip steadily or gradually.
- An alternative Embodiment of the lamella according to the invention takes the hole size or Hole diameter with a predetermined distance from a longitudinal edge of the metal strip steadily or gradually.
- the individual slats are essentially horizontal, several being arranged at a predetermined vertical distance from one another Slats form a slatted curtain.
- the inclination of the individual Slats adjusted so that one faces the incident light outer longitudinal edge of the slats is lower than one facing an interior inner longitudinal edge of the respective slat.
- the metal strip is in the Cross section concave curved up or down.
- a curved one Cross-section of the metal strips can advantageously further influence the shading effect and take the light control effect of the slat curtain.
- Predefined zones of the metal strip are preferred in the lamella according to the invention free of the hole pattern.
- at least one surface of the metal strip partially or completely mirrored. This can advantageously increase the light directing effect of the slats be so that the incident light is directed upwards into the shaded interior is reflected in this way to indirectly illuminate the room to realize with daylight.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 show an upper section of a slatted blind 1 with a Head profile 2, reversible bands 4 and elongated, thin metal strips 10, which to represent the slats.
- the turning tapes 4 which in pairs from the head profile 2 substantially vertical running downwards, the lamellas are all in one on their connecting webs predetermined vertical distance from each other. Let through the turning tapes 4 the slats pivot about their longitudinal axis so that they have a desired Take the angle of inclination.
- the head profile 2 there are turning mechanisms 3 for setting the desired one Tilt angle of the slats by operating the turning belts 4 and winding drums (not shown) for winding traction elements (not shown), which are passed through openings in the central zone of the slats and are attached to a lower end lamella.
- the traction elements serve one to gather the slats covering the slats. They are driven Winding drums manually or by a shirring motor (not shown).
- the head profile 2 also serves to slat blind 1, for example on a ceiling or to fasten a lintel.
- slatted blind 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, they have a elongated, thin metal strips 10 existing slats a predetermined, adjustable angle of inclination.
- incident light facing longitudinal edge 11 of the respective metal strip 10 arranged lower than a corresponding inner longitudinal edge 9 facing an interior space. 1 and 2, the direction of the incident light is exemplified by arrows 5.
- the metal strips 10 are flat in the illustrated embodiments a homogeneous thickness and are characterized by the inner and outer longitudinal edges 9, 11 and side edges 13 limited.
- the metal strips 10 are of a variety of circular holes 14 provided, the centers of which in a uniform Grids are arranged.
- the holes 14 each have the same distance to the outer longitudinal edge 11 also a same diameter, during the Diameter of the holes 14 with increasing distance from the outer longitudinal edge 11 increases or decreases.
- FIG. 3 shows sections of a plan view of a metal strip 10, which is limited by longitudinal edges 9 and 11 and a side edge 13. In the 3 are only a few, for reasons of clarity, not Holes 14 shown to scale are shown.
- the holes 14 have one circular cross section and are each arranged on imaginary straight lines 12, which run parallel to the longitudinal edge 11 of the slat.
- a distance b adjacent Straight line 12 from each other is of the same size and corresponds to that shown in FIG Embodiment of the metal strip 10 a distance a from the center points Adjacent circular holes 14 on the straight line 12. This leads to that the holes 14 in several rows along several straight lines 15, which are perpendicular run to the outer longitudinal edge 11, are aligned.
- the hole diameter d differs from straight line 12 to straight line 12. According to Figure 3, the hole diameter d increases with increasing distance D from a longitudinal edge 11 steadily.
- a local direction vector also runs parallel to the longitudinal edge 11 of the lamella 10 x and perpendicular to it a location direction sector y, which location coordinates x, Define y on the metal strip 10.
- F is the cross-sectional area of the holes referred to, which in the illustrated embodiment of the diameter d Holes depends.
- the straight lines 12 running parallel to the outer longitudinal edge 11 lying holes 14 all have the same diameter d.
- the diameter d the holes 14 increases in the illustrated metal strip 10 with increasing Distance D from the longitudinal edge 11 of the metal strip 10 to.
- At least one surface of the individual metal strips 10 of the slatted blind 1 is partially or completely mirrored.
- the metal strips 10 are concave in cross section curved below or above.
