Definitions
- the invention relates to a lightweight structure for the formation of tent-like roof structures for greenhouses exhibition pavilions.
- the object of the invention is to close the gaps in demand and one
- the basic building block consists of a stretchable sunshade "male umbrella” which, when stretched out, is assembled with other similar umbrellas to form a new roof structure, for example a dome.
- the decisive factor in the construction of a self-supporting structure consists of such elements that the center rods of the umbrellas are removed below the tensioning device or telescoped together above this point
- the lightweight structure consists of five hexagonal umbrellas and one pentagonal umbrella.
- One of the five hexagonal umbrellas is the umbrella with the base points l a and lb.
- the struts 10 which are attached to the rods 2 by means of the joints 9 and the tensioning device
- All five hexagonal screens are arranged in a circle around a common center. Basically, they are screen caps or screen components. since the central rods 8 are removed after the complete assembly of the construction because it supports itself. With two rods, the umbrella stands, each umbrella cap laterally on two of the base points la-lj in The upper pentagonal gap between the ring from the five six-sided erected - umbrella is made by the five-beam. pentagonal. Umbrella closed The free ends of the five rods 2a are each connected to one of the five nodes 5a - 5e in the upper row.
- the ends of the central rods 7 below the tensioning devices are preferred by means of tensioning cables made of steel connected to each other
- the center rods can also extend outwards beyond the covering and by means of pressure rods, which expediently do not consist of a sensitive material, are also fastened to one another. The latter is when the screens or certain parts of them are arranged in one plane
- the coverings 12 are connected to the edges 13 as far as they do not represent any roof or floor edges, overlapping with the neighboring umbrellas in the rain water.
- a light structure consisting of stretchable umbrella elements is factory-made in
- “Flexible and alternative alternatives to conventional building systems are such structures with simple covering as summer buildings or with pillow-like double covering also suitable for use during colder seasons
- FIG. 3 schematically shows such a screen.
- it is a hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder 137 which struts 134 in two directions by means of its piston rod 136 via a holding device with articulation points 135 and moved from 141, so that the screen-forming rod 133 in the pivot points 142 inward
- the textile covering 130 faces below the clamping device 134-137 towards the space that the screen also forms. This is done in this example by means of a strip 131.
- the screw with screws 139 or the like with the rod 133 is connected
- the tensioning cables (132) between the rods are attached to the retaining strip 131 here. This has the advantage that in the case of umbrellas with a large diameter, this means that there are contact surfaces
