Definitions
- the invention relates to a screed specified in the preamble of claim 1 Art.
- Extendable screeds used on road pavers are limited to full extended screeds the width of the base screed indirectly the maximum working width, which is less than twice the basic screed width.
- the basic screed width is dictated by transportation regulations required for road transportation without a special permit prescribe approx. 2.5 m in Germany. Double the basic screed width or more can not be adjusted because the inner screed cheeks can be retracted up to the inner base screed cheeks, the outer extending screed cheeks no longer over the basic screed width may protrude so that when extending the screeds on each side at least the thickness of the inner base screed cheek to twice the base screed width is missing. In practice, however, users do not need to add anything else Extension parts a maximum working width corresponding to double Basic screed width required.
- the two pairs of telescopic tubes mean a considerable structural effort, increase the weight of the screed, and yet are unable to the inner Extending the screed cheek stably because the greatest support force from the lower
- the pair is to be attached when the telescopic tubes with the extending screed fully extended have moved out the furthest.
- each is Extending screed telescopic in itself, so that the outer extending screed cheeks up Extendable to twice the width of the basic screed and for transport to within of the basic screed width are retractable. Between the telescopic parts everyone Extending screeds require additional, elaborate guiding devices to be able to absorb the tilting moments that occur during operation.
- each extending screed is in itself telescopic so that the outer extending screed cheeks up to double Basic screed width extendable and for transport up to the basic screed width are retractable. Between the telescopic parts of each screed are additional elaborate guide devices and additional telescopic drives necessary.
- the invention has for its object a screed of the aforementioned To create a way that is structurally simple, roughly double Basic screed width and a transport width corresponding to transport regulations to adhere to.
- each screed can be largely independent of that in the direction of extension Adjust the dimension of the base screed because of the inner extending screed cheek is extendable through the outer base screed cheek. It can not only be set to about twice the basic screed width, but - if required - even an even greater width, always guiding the extending screed and their tilting moment support also between the inner extending screed cheek and the outer base plank cheek are preserved. It is not necessary, to form the extendable screed or the basic screed in a telescopic manner or to separate the inner extending screed cheek from the outer basic screed cheek, so that heavy and space-filling, additional guide and drive devices omitted. Rather, it will only be the management facilities already provided and drives needed.
- Each screed is attached directly to the base screed out and is in the same way against the entire control range Tipping moments supported.
- the trick, the inner extending screed cheek with the additional sliding guide part through the outer basic screed cheek drive, can be realized with little structural effort and inexpensively, whereby extended guide devices take into account the increased extension stroke and the sliding guide part moved in the outer base screed cheek and is guided.
- the sliding guide part serves to guide the extending screed Telescopic element and the inner extending screed cheek on the outer Base screed cheek and support where moments are optimally recorded.
- the extending screeds are only to guided two components of the guide devices, namely on the telescopic element and in the torque supports. This also causes large tilting moments perfectly received and there is a risk of jamming when adjusting the extending screeds avoided during operation, as jamming-free three-point supports available.
- tilting moments in both directions of rotation are based on the base board fixed stops.
- the guide bar With regard to increased extension stroke of the Extending screed, the guide bar is extended inwards.
- the guide rails on the extending planks to each other offset so that they overlap when the screeds are retracted.
- the guide sleeve according to claim 5 is a structurally simple sliding guide part to guide and support the inner extending screed cheek using anyway given construction features of the screed.
- the guide sleeve is Part of the telescopic element and is slidably supported by this.
- the extending screed can be moved over the side bar and the ring flange on the guide sleeve supported.
- the guide sleeve makes with the increased extension stroke the extending screed is part of the extending movement relative to the outer basic screed cheek with and is pushed in again when retracting the screed, so no disruptive components protrude across the transport width.
- the guide sleeve does not only have the task of the inner extending screed cheek support and guide, but also the telescopic element in the outer Supporting the screed cheek, it is expedient according to claim 7, the guide sleeve by means of its outer tube in the guide channel of the outer base screed cheek slidably to guide and a recording or movement space for to create the ring flange of the inner extending screed cheek. Because both the outer tube as well as the outer base screed cheek with its guide channel openings or cutouts for the side web of the inner extending screed cheek the inner pull-out cheek can then be seen through the outer Drive the screed cheek through.
- the cross flange transmits the required support forces from Outer tube on the guide sleeve or vice versa. Conveniently located the cross flange always faces the outside of the inner extending screed cheek. However, it would be possible to have an outer and at least an inner transverse flange between the outer tube and the guide sleeve. A separate adjustment drive for the guide sleeve is unnecessary because the cross flange acts as a driver and either from the inner screed cheek relative to the outer screed cheek is pushed out if the increased extension stroke is required, or inserted through the outer extending screed cheek relative to the outer screed cheek to make the transport width.
- a working width can be set, which is at least approximately 198% of the 100% transport width corresponds to or more.
- a transport width of e.g. 2.5 m a working width of 5.0 m or more can be achieved.
- a transport width of approx.2.53 m basic screed width
- a large working width is already achieved when the inner extending screed cheek does not completely extend beyond the outer base screed cheek, but just overlap with this.
- a screed E for a road paver has one in two about sections 1, 2 existing base screed G on the for setting a profile around the center of the screed M can be adjustable relative to each other.
- the Both sections 1, 2 define one with their smoothing plates 20 shown in FIG. 2 Basic screed or transport width bG of 2.53 m, for example.
- Each section 1, 2 each has an inner base board cheek 3 and an outer base board fixed Base plank cheek 4, which is connected via connecting elements, not shown and formed as plates approximately parallel to the working direction R (FIG. 2) are.
- each section 1, 2 there is a telescopic guide tube with three sections as the telescopic element F. 5, 6, 7 fixed on the inner base beam cheek 3 and in the outer Base plank cheek supported in the transverse direction.
- Each section 5, 6, 7 is approximately like this long as the distance between the outer sides of the inner and outer base beam cheeks 3, 4.
- the outermost section 5 is in the inner base plank cheek 3 Anchored
- the innermost section 7 is arranged with the extendable on the base screed G.
- Extending screed A with (Fig. 2) extending screed lower parts 23 with Smoothing plates 24 and rammers 25 in the working direction R behind the Base screed lower parts 19 with their smoothing plates 20 and front tamper devices 21 are placed.
- Each screed A is (Fig. 2)
- the innermost section 7 of the telescopic element F is at 8 on an outer extending screed cheek 9 set.
- the outer extending screed cheek 9 is not closer to Connection devices shown with an inner, screed-fixed screed cheek 10 connected.
- On the inner screed cheek 10 is a Side web 11 is provided, which ends with an annular flange 12, which is the telescopic element F includes outside and is guided on this.
- a tube Guide sleeve H slidably guided, the length of which is approximately the length of the outermost Section 5 corresponds.
- the guide sleeve H is by means of a cross flange 13 with a concentric outer tube 14 connected, which is formed in a tubular and extending from the outer base screed 4 inward guide channel 15 engages.
- the guide length of the outer tube 14 is dimensioned so that the Outer tube 14 protrudes a maximum of a dimension x over the guide channel 15, wherein the dimension x corresponds approximately to the guide length of the guide channel 15.
- the cross flange 13 is expediently at the end region facing the screed A.
- the guide sleeve H is provided such that it is in every position of the inner extending screed cheek 10 whose outside is facing.
- the cross flange 13 further inside in the outer tube 14, or via the length of the guide sleeve or the outer tube 14 a plurality of transverse flanges 13 to provide.
- the outer tube 14 So that the inner extending screed cheek 10 with its cross bar 11 and the ring flange 12 (FIG. 3) is able to pass through the outer base screed cheek 4, are the outer tube 14, the guide channel 15 and the outer base screed cheek 4 provided with cutouts or openings 16, 17.
- the transverse flange 13 acts as a driver, which is used to adjust the extending screed A outwards for moving the guide sleeve H from the inner extending screed cheek 10 is taken, however, when pushing in the screed A is inserted from the outer extending screed cheek 9.
- a telescopic Stroke limiting arrangement 29, 30 in FIGS. 1 and 3 is used for limiting the extension movement of at least section 7 of the telescopic element F when acted upon of the respective displacement cylinder Z.
- the displacement cylinders Z and the telescopic elements F are separated from one another. It it is possible to structurally combine the displacement cylinders and the telescopic elements F.
- each screed A is behind the screed E in the working direction R the base screed G or its base screed lower part 19 is arranged.
- the screeds A with their smoothing plates 24 at the same height level work like the smoothing plates 20 of the base screed G, is between the cheeks 10, 9 of the Extending screed and the lower screed 23 an adjusting device 22 is provided.
- the displacement cylinders Z are offset from one another in the vertical direction.
- the guide bar 18 engages between the stops 19 which, for example, slide pads or Are rollers, and absorb the tilting moments about the axis of the telescopic element F, which result from the resistance to movement and weight of the screed A.
- the inner extending screed cheek 9 is a square plate. Your side bar 11 engages through the recesses or openings 16, 17 in the outer basic screed cheek 4, the guide channel 15 and the outer tube 14.
- the ring flange 12 on Side web 11 is expediently divided and with clamping screws 26 (Fig. 2) the guide sleeve H closed.
- the outer basic screed cheek 4 grips at the top over the inner extending screed cheek 9 and carries the torque arm S.
- the guide sleeve H is with an inner guide surface 28 on the section 5 of the telescopic element F slidably guided. It has an outer guide surface 27 for the ring flange 12 of the side web 11.
- the outer tube 14 defines with the guide sleeve H a receiving space extending in the axial direction for the ring flange 12. This receiving space is through the at the exposed end area the guide sleeve H provided transverse flange 13 limited.
- the axial distance between the inner screed cheek 10 and that not shown in FIG. 3 outer screed cheek 9 is smaller than the maximum extension stroke bA the extending screed.
- the desired working width B is achieved with the maximum extension stroke bA, and also ensured that when the screed A is fully retracted, thanks to the aforementioned small distance between the cheeks 9, 10 the outer screed cheek 9 can be retracted within the transport width bG, in which case the inner Extending screed cheek 10 directly adjacent to the inner screed cheek 3 stands.
- the extension stroke bA of the extending screed A by adjusting the arrangement 29, 30 is limited, can be with appropriate setting of the arrangement 29, 30th also set larger extension strokes and thus larger working widths of the screed than just twice the base screed width.
- the outer Basic screed cheek 4 only due to the relatively small size of the guide channel 15 and the recess 17 is weakened, which is just sufficient, the ring flange 12 to accommodate with the side web 11 of the inner extending screed cheek 10, so that they pass through the outer screed cheek 4 when extending. This results in a stable outer base screed cheek 4 and is the Guide and the tilting moment support of the extending screeds A on the base screed G improved.

Abstract
Description
Art.The invention relates to a screed specified in the preamble of
Extendable screeds used on road pavers are limited to full extended screeds the width of the base screed indirectly the maximum working width, which is less than twice the basic screed width. The basic screed width is dictated by transportation regulations required for road transportation without a special permit prescribe approx.
With a screed known from DE-A-44 06 470, the required large working width achieved with extending screeds that the inner screed cheek pushed past the outer screed cheek to the outside can be. Because the inner screed cheek is not on the outer screed cheek can support, are to absorb the torsional moments occurring during operation two pairs of telescopic guide tubes are provided on the extending screed, of which the upper pair is supported in the base screed and with its extendable Ends connected to the outer screed cheek while the bottom pair supported in the extending screed and with its extendable ends on the inner Base plank cheek is attached. In this way the outer extending screed cheek supported over the top pair while the inner screed cheek from the lower pair and without a direct support connection between the inner Extending screed cheek and the outer screed cheek is supported.
The two pairs of telescopic tubes mean a considerable structural effort, increase the weight of the screed, and yet are unable to the inner Extending the screed cheek stably because the greatest support force from the lower The pair is to be attached when the telescopic tubes with the extending screed fully extended have moved out the furthest.
In the case of a screed known from EP-A-367 893 or DE-A-38 38 158, one is the maximum working width can be adjusted to double the basic screed width, that the outer base screed cheeks in base screed fixed guides each are movable an additional distance to the outside, so that the outer screed cheeks the extending screeds in the outer basic screed cheeks extend far enough. Due to the relative mobility of the outer base plank cheeks the transport width can then be adjusted when entering. Which Guides for the movable ones that extend almost half the width of the basic screed outer base plank cheeks are structurally complex and heavy. Furthermore it is necessary to make the outer basic screed cheeks solid and double-walled. After all, the effective ones in operation when the screeds are extended Tipping moments on the extending screeds for guidance problems in the outer Basic screed cheeks and in the guides of the basic screed. For the outside Basic screed cheeks and the extending screeds become separate extension cylinders needed.
In a screed known from EP-A-367 893 or DE-A-38 44 905, each is Extending screed telescopic in itself, so that the outer extending screed cheeks up Extendable to twice the width of the basic screed and for transport to within of the basic screed width are retractable. Between the telescopic parts everyone Extending screeds require additional, elaborate guiding devices to be able to absorb the tilting moments that occur during operation.
In the case of a screed known from DE-A-38 38 157, each extending screed is in itself telescopic so that the outer extending screed cheeks up to double Basic screed width extendable and for transport up to the basic screed width are retractable. Between the telescopic parts of each screed are additional elaborate guide devices and additional telescopic drives necessary.
Weiterer Stand der Technik ist enthalten in DE 295 05 382 U, EP 0 686 729 A und EP 0 493 889 A.Further prior art is contained in DE 295 05 382 U, EP 0 686 729 A and EP 0 493 889 A.
The invention has for its object a screed of the aforementioned To create a way that is structurally simple, roughly double Basic screed width and a transport width corresponding to transport regulations to adhere to.
The object is achieved according to the invention with the features of
The extension stroke of each screed can be largely independent of that in the direction of extension Adjust the dimension of the base screed because of the inner extending screed cheek is extendable through the outer base screed cheek. Each screed is attached directly to the base screed out and is in the same way against the entire control range Tipping moments supported. The trick, the inner extending screed cheek with the additional sliding guide part through the outer basic screed cheek drive, can be realized with little structural effort and inexpensively, whereby extended guide devices take into account the increased extension stroke and the sliding guide part moved in the outer base screed cheek and is guided. The sliding guide part serves to guide the extending screed Telescopic element and the inner extending screed cheek on the outer Base screed cheek and support where moments are optimally recorded.
In a structurally simple manner, the extending screeds are only to guided two components of the guide devices, namely on the telescopic element and in the torque supports. This also causes large tilting moments perfectly received and there is a risk of jamming when adjusting the extending screeds avoided during operation, as jamming-free three-point supports available.
According to
In order to fully retract the screeds despite the extended guide rails
can, according to
The guide sleeve according to
According to
Grundbohlen-Wange hindurch fahren.Since the guide sleeve does not only have the task of the inner extending screed cheek
support and guide, but also the telescopic element in the outer
Supporting the screed cheek, it is expedient according to
According to
According to
According to

A screed E for a road paver, not shown, has one in two

Grundbohlen-Wange in Querrichtung abgestützt.
Jede Ausziehbohle A ist (Fig. 1, rechte Zeichnungshälfte)
In each
The
vorzusehen.On the
Durchbrechungen 16, 17 versehen. So that the inner extending
The
On the rear side of the screed A in the working direction is an elongated
In Fig. 2, each screed A is behind the screed E in the working direction R

steht. In Fig. 3, the guide sleeve H is with an
verbessert.Since the extension stroke bA of the extending screed A by adjusting the
