Abständen voneinander in die Gruppierstation 23
einlaufen. Während des Querabschiebens einer Packungsreihe 13
muß die Zufuhr weiterer Packungen 10 zur Gruppierstation 23
zeitweilig unterbrochen sein. Zu diesem Zweck wird das Vereinzelungsband
18 angehalten, so daß keine weiteren Packungen 10
auf der der Gruppierstation 23 zugekehrten Seite austreten können.

im Anschluß an das Vereinzelungsband 18 werden die (einzelnen)
Packungen 10 zwischen Seitenwänden 26, 27 gefördert,

Packungsreihe 13 (Fig. 9, Fig. 10).The
Eine aus mehreren Packungsreihen 13 gebildete Packungsgruppe,
nämlich eine Lage 14, wird durch einen Hubförderer 33 an der
Oberseite erfaßt, von der Sammelplatte 29 abgehoben und einer
Verpackungsstation zugeführt, im vorliegenden Falle in einen
Karton 11 von oben her eingesetzt. Der Hubförderer 33 weist
einen auf- und abbewegbaren Hubkopf 34 auf, der jeweils einen
komplette Gruppe von Packungen 10, also eine komplette Lage 14
durch Saugorgane erfaßt, anhebt und von oben her in einen Karton
11 einführt. Der Hubförderer 33 kann in geeigneter Weise
ausgebildet sein. Vorteilhaft ist ein Hubförderer in der Ausgestaltung
und Arbeitsweise gemäß DE-A-196 54 041.0.A pack group formed from

Packungsreihen 13 bzw. Lagen 14 angepaßt, wobei zweckmäßigerweise

43 hindurch (Fig. 11). Bei Feststellung einer derartigen zurückgebliebenen

- Apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the packs (10) can be fed to the grouping station (23) in an irregular sequence by a feed conveyor (12), it being possible for the packs (10) to be stowed, forming a closely packed layer in the process, in the region of a separating belt (18) which adjoins the feed conveyor (12), and for an individual, front pack (10) in each case to be fed, in a controlled manner, to a grouping belt (24), which adjoins the separating belt (18), in order to form a pack row (13).
- Apparatus according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that, by means of the transverse pusher (28), the pack row (13) formed on the grouping belt (24) can be pushed off from the grouping belt (24), transversely to the conveying direction of the same, onto the collecting plate (29), which adjoins the grouping belt (24) laterally.
- Apparatus according to Claim 1 or one of the further claims, characterized in that the linear drives (37, 38) together with the drive motor are arranged beneath the conveying plane of the packs (10) or of the pack rows (13), and the pushers (28, 31) or the pusher plates (30, 32) thereof are connected to the linear drive (37, 38) via crossbars (39), and arranged in the region of the collecting plate (29) is a slot (40) for the through-passage of the crossbar (39) for the counteracting pusher (31).
- Apparatus according to Claim 1 or one of the further claims, characterized in that the separating belt (18) is followed by a counting element (41) for counting the packs (10) fed to the grouping station (23), preferably a transversely directed light barrier which interacts with a counting unit in the region of a central control means.
- Apparatus according to Claim 1 or one of the further claims, characterized in that arranged in the region of the grouping belt (24), at the end of the pack row (13) formed, is a testing element for establishing the correct positioning of the packs (10) of a pack row (13), in particular a light sensor (42) in the region of a rear end surface of the last-fed pack (10) of a pack row (13).
- Apparatus according to Claim 1 or one of the further claims, characterized by a monitoring element in the region of the collecting plate (29) for establishing that a complete layer (14) has been picked up correctly by the lifting conveyor (33), preferably a light barrier (43) in the region of the transition from the grouping belt (24) to the collecting plate (29), the light barrier (43) taking effect, once a layer (14) has been picked up and the counteracting slide (31) has been guided back into the starting position, in order to sense any packs (10) which have not been picked up.
